I just purchased a 2015 Infiniti from this dealership and it is my fourth one from them and I have always had great service and friendly personnel to deal with which made all my dealings very pleasant. I would recommend this dealership to anyone The service I got from Leonard and Michael was excellent. Will always be going to them for my future autos

Love the Suv drives great and has been a fun family vehicle. Took the Suv for a trade in and was upside down by almost 6 thousand. I rather keep the Suv than take that loss
My first Infinity after three Lexuses. While satisfied with Lexus, I love my QX 50. Ride and handling is superior and for less money. Also, did not have to spend the whole day at the dealership to get the deal done. Would highly recommend Infinity of Lexington.
Excellent customer service, very happy with used car that you can't tell the difference between a new one. Enjoyable experience

It does a lot of things well but is sorely lacking in others ....dash design
is terrible..I need some thins constantly displayed and others not so much but there are no choices . Does not feel or look like a luxury vehicle ...a 160 mph speedometer ? Really ?
Wonderful experience, starting with phone/email contact with Rusty Slone! Since we live in Cincinnati, we were able to secure financing ahead of time, making the paperwork so quick and smooth when we arrived! Wallace was great to work with (financing) and the dealership is beautiful and everyone was very professional!

Really comfortable suv great looking car.great for a family. Has alot of upgrated features. Backup camera ,heated seats. Dual climate control. Back row climate control. 3rd row seats.great soud system.
I have to say that buying our used vehicle from Infiniti of Lexington was a painless process. Ramon was great to work with and treated us very well. Leonard went above and beyond to get all our paperwork done so late and get us on our way. We will definitely be repeat customers.
This car meets all of my needs. It is beautiful, spacious, has all the technology and luxury additional items that I wanted. It drives great, gets better gas mileage than I expected at 19 mpg. It has third row seats that automatically fold into the floor for more cargo space. All the seats are comfortable and adjustable, even the third row reclines! It’s an awesome car that gets many compliments! I love it. It is AWD which I don’t use often but works great if there is snow on the ground.
Ok guys I have waited for the right time to make this post as I did not want to rush and leave a review that could potentially hurt other buyers. As a consumer I usually do read the comments about the dealers and items I buy and it does make a big difference in my final decision making. So getting to the bottom of it I possibly got one of the best deals in buying my Mercedes E350. I have had it for a little over a month now and I love it. The customer service at paradise motors is a very relaxed environment and they are absolutely great in working with you to help you reach the goal price that you want and also offer an absolutely AMAZING!!! Finance option. I am very very satisfied with my buy and would definitely recommend the next set of buyers to consider making their next purchase from paradise motors. Of course to all you buyers out there make sure you check everything on the car before you buy it and I mean everything because you might find the simplest things that you normally don't think about not functioning properly. I have looked at most of their inventory and also did my research for a long time before buying the car and for as loaded as my car was NOBODY!! Could have beat their price. Very very happy... Thanks again paradise motors specially leeza who worked out the whole buying process and made it as easy as possible and rod for helping me reach the price goals I wanted. These are the people y'all need to talk too. ¿¿

Luxurious Ride

This car is so comfortable! The seats are adjustable in many ways, my favorite being the lumbar support. It also accommodates my 6'6" fiance, with plenty of room for extra passengers. We love the dual climate control, no more arguing over the heat. The QX60 handles well and the V6 offers plenty of power to pass on a hill while maintaining a smooth, comfortable ride. It feels more expensive than it is.
This car is very comfortable and sporty at the same time. The design is superior to most luxury car manufacturers. This car handles really well in the snow compared to most AWD vehicles.
If you have your phone plugged into the USB port and using it for GPS etc. it will not keep with charging it. Charges real slow.
When it’s 30 to 60 degrees out good luck finding a good temperature on the climate control system.
Example: 50 outside set it at 61 and the system will make 50 inside. Set it at 62 and the system will take it over 150 degrees.
On both of these problems the dealer told me that is how the system works.
40k vehicle doesn’t have Bluetooth audio.
I am new to the infinity line of vehicles but would buy one again. I love all its features, and it's comfort. It's not for the faint at heart because of it's price, but you will get what you pay for. Have put 5K miles on it in 4 months, and I am completely satisfied.

I've only had it for a month but so far it's been a great car and it's a very comfortable ride. Gas mileage is pretty good. I'm getting 23 miles to the gallon on mixed highway and street driving.

I was in the market (I thought) for a 4 door sedan. After driving a Q70 and a Q50, I took a Q60 for a drive and immediately decided to get one. I couldn't find a new one with the options I wanted so I purchased a CPO vehicle with low mileage.
The trunk is large enough and adults can actually fit in the back seat. The driving experience is very good since there is plenty of power and great handling. I also think it's the best looking 2 door coupe on the market. As a previous Infiniti owner, I know that this will be an extremely reliable car and I'm looking forward to keeping it a long time.

Simple and Sweet

EXTERIOR: People have stopped me in parking lots, honked in traffic, and just stared. The exterior could not look any better 11/10 INTERIOR: How can you miss the market by 4 years with not having apple carplay or android auto? That is incomprehensible for a luxury brand? I know it is coming for the 2021 models, but undescribable how you can possibly miss that. Can't tell you how interested I would be to see the data on the people who like the setup for the dual monitors. It isn't what it displays, but I haven't seen anyone in the past 5 years use the GPS provided by the manufacturer. Who approves this kind of design? WAZE integration. TRANSMISSION: Either feels like the fastest thing on the market or slowest, most unpredictable. A car for this money should have a dual-clutch. Even in manual mode, the software will override and seem like its in automatic. BACKUP CAMERA: Without the expensive assist package, it has similar backup "lanes" as my mom's 2013 honda minivan... PERFORMANCE: Sits pretty low and has good ride control. Can switch in and out of lanes quick and firm SPORTS CAR FEEL: Not really. Has the looks for it, but you feel let down by the technology. Switching between the different drive modes doesn't offer enough difference to feel like you're getting your money's worth.
Bought another car from them last week. It was such an easy stress free process. Couldn't be happier with my purchase. They'll be the first dealership we check out when my husband gets a new car in two years.

This car can almost drive itself

This is by far, the best car I’ve ever owned . I’ve had Corvettes, BMW’s and Mercedes, and they don’t come close to the quality and reliability of my qx80. It’s the perfect SUV. I love the looks, the 400 hp engine, the safety features, the comfortable seats, the way it floats down the road and I just love driving it. My next car will be another qx80👍🏻People complain about the gas mileage...but what can you expect from such a big, powerful vehicle? If I wanted good gas mileage, I would’ve bought a Prius. Even though it’s a large SUV, it’s very easy to drive and the cameras make it very easy to park. The turning radius is great, too. I absolutely love this car❤️
I was looking for a small SUV with a manual transmission. By-pass had a 2012 Jeep Patriot that fit the bill. I test drove the Jeep and liked it, but By-pass wouldn't budge on the price. To be fair, it was priced right, I just wanted a lower price! I waited nearly a month and the price finally came down. I then called and applied for credit over the phone (I live over an hour from the dealership). I told By-Pass what payment terms I was looking for and they came through. Nearly everything was done over the phone. I drove down and signed all the paperwork and drove off in under an hour. All the staff I dealt with (and it's a small staff) were kind and helpful. I will say, however, that the gentleman who handled the finance end of things was, unlike everyone else, your typical dealership employee...pushing extended warranties and GAP insurance, etc. He didn't just ask if I'd like any of the extras, he pushed them. I don't like pushy. When I turned the GAP coverage down the second time, he said that since it was the end of the month he'd REALLY like to get one more sale in...and then when I turned it down the third time he said something to the effect of, "You're killing me...." I didn't want (and didn't need) GAP. I didn't mind saying no over and over...but another customer who wasn't so determined would have caved under the pushing. In any case, aside from the finance person, I had a great experience with By-Pass motors and will definitely look there again when it's time to get another car. Do your research, decide what you want and what you're willing to pay, set boundaries for yourself, and don't let anyone (finance managers included) pressure you into anything you don't want or are not prepared for. By-Pass Motors has a good selection of vehicles and competative prices and will put their best effort behind helping customers get what they want. Just don't expect them to budge on what are usually already pretty good prices.

When looking for a car, I narrowed it down to a Q50 Sport, an IS350 F-Sport, and an Acura TLX A-Spec. None of them were perfect to me, but the Q50 was the closest. Great performance, comfortable, and definitely a luxury car. I would have preferred a Red Sport, but they are rare, and significantly more expensive, with the only difference being in horsepower.
We are repeat customers for 3 new vehicles since 2011; lst purchase Murano and last 2 Pathfinders, Platinum Edition. Nick Simmons is amazing! Nick custom ordered the 2018 Pathfinder and it was everything we wanted. We've worked with Nick and Scott together and Nick worked with Kyle Baker on our recent purchase. The professionalism and courtesy extended to my husband and me over the past 7 years has kept us purchasing through Gates Nissan in Richmond, KY despite our having moved to North Carolina in 2016. We highly recommend Gates to anyone searching for a positive experience in purchasing a vehicle as their courtesy extends to parts and service!!!
