Completely blown away. After being jerked around for 4 days by multiple other dealerships and countless hours wasted I have finally been taken care of. I inquired about a Buick Lacrosse online and was immediately contacted by the online sales specialist Mark. I told Mark about my mistreatment at other places and my lack of hope. Mark asked me exactly what I wanted and monthly price. Mark didnt waste my time he was honest and asked ahead of time if my deal was even doable before I drove the 45 min drive to them. When I got there he wasted no time with my deal and went directly to Don the new car salesman. Don introduced himself and again asked me what deal I was seeking. He didn't hesitate or mess with me at all. Don looked me eye to eye and said I will get you that deal and put you in that Buick today. That's exactly what happened too. I got the exact car I wanted at the exact price. When all hope was gone Mark and Don from Jim Trenary stepped in and fixed me up. The staff could not have been better. They did not play games. they knew what they were talking about. They offered me more for my trade than 4 other St. Peters / West / South County Dealers included Lou Fusz, Bommarito and Sinclaire. They stayed late to get it done and even went to buy batteries for my remote. They also have the FOREVER warranty that is amazing bumper to bumper as long as you own the car. Totally worth the drive. These guys were so easy to work with. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They even have concierge service for free including bringing you a rental even for routine maintenance! You won't find a better deal, better people, or better service in St. Louis...maybe anywhere. Can not say how impressed I am with these folks. I was on the verge of traveling 4 hours to purchase a new truck because local dealer pricing wasn't competitive to my out of town price. I decided to give two local dealers one last chance to step up. Fortunately, Marshall Ford was one of them. I wasn't feeling positive that a deal was going to happen. My sales person, Dorina , insisted I stop in because her sales manager really works with people. Thanks to Dorina for insisting I stop in because Jimmy Marshall was awesome! I'm 49 years old and have bought cars at a number of dealerships through my lifetime. Frank Leta Honda did an excellent job for my wife and I as we purchased a new 2016 Honda Pilot. Our sales representative, Kyle Lucas, was wonderful. He answered all of our questions; he was not a pressure guy at all. He worked with us every step of the way and made sure that everything tied out as we agreed, when we left to consider the offer overnight. We came back one day later and wrapped everything up; very clean and easy. I had purchased an Acura from Leta probably 12 years ago and they were equally good on that brand as well. Overall, I'd highly recommend them. Oh, they were also very fair and quick on the trade-in assessment.

This testimonial is well over due! My experience started almost 15 years ago as a little kid seeing my parents come home with a new car, from Tom Pappas Toyota of course. I never understood why they???ve bought approximately 4-5 cars from Pappas until it was my turn to buy as a 18 year old teenager ready to make my first major purchase. I of course had to use Mark Garner because well, that???s who my parents trusted and referred. I bought a 2009 Scion tC, which meant no way to negotiate which meant pure pricing back then! I???ve had my ups and downs with my tc, bought her July 3, 2008. lets fast forward and talk about what seemed to me a very simple recall, regarding my car burning through a ton of oil, not good with cars but that???s the English version. I remember calling Chris Banks in a panic because my car was driving very ???rocky???. Of course he knew about the recall, told me to drive it up to so many miles so they can track the consumption per Toyota to figure out my issue. I drove away, got 1 minute away and freaked out! Called Chris and he said please come back and go from there. He was so good with keeping me calm and explaining the issues. Come to find out I almost blew a rod, what ever that meant, found out could have destroyed my engine and my car would essentially be non drivable. Chris immediately put me in a loaner and said he would look at her in more depth. Make a long story short, the oil piston recall if I???m using correct terms resulted in the damage. The damage would cost me roughly $7,000 in repairs including labor and rental. I was in no state of mind to drop that kind of money, she???s been paid off for roughly 2 years at this time. Oh and she unfortunely was not worth $7,000. This is where Kyle, Chris, myself and the Vice President which I believe was Tom Pappas son had a private conversation with how we were going to resolve this unepected surprise. Most dealerships would hand me the 1-800 number and say take it up with Toyota, because it???s a Toyota recall, not the dealerships issue. When I say this dealership went above and beyond, that would be an understatement. My out of pocket expense cost me nothing, they figured out the repair cost directly with Toyota! I remember Kyle calling me with the news and I was so happy and appreciative! They easily could have started the whole conversation with buying a new car but they didn???t. They recognized the many many years of loyalty myself and my parents had to Tom Pappas! I tell this story to a lot of people when buying/servicing their vehicle to go straight to Tom Pappas! Tom Pappas I really hope you recognize your team, I???ve never had any negative experience with any of your staff members. Do I have my go to favorites, well of course! Without those people, who knows what kind of car I???d be driving or how much debt I???d be in! As much as I???m dreading buying a new car, I just can???t listen to other people recommending dealerships and sales people to me. I laugh and smile and respond with telling them I have my people and place to buy my next car! Biggest shout out to Mark Garner who I bought my first car from, Chris banks who is always there to answer my silly odd questions and of course goes above and beyond without question, to Kyle who is service supervisor who went to battle with Toyota regarding my major car repair, to the Vice President at the time, I???m sorry I don???t recall his name, young fella who was extremely helpful as well! Scheduled appt for my 2017 Honda CRV, the lane change departure sensor warning was off, and rear warning was sensor was off. Paul Quisenberry was my Service Agent, he was very nice and explained what he was checking and why. Very efficient and also washed my car while I was there. Great alternative to minivan w/ 2 car seats

I was looking for a mid-sized SUV with 3 rows to fit 2 car seats and a 70-lb dog. In particular, I needed access to the 3rd row with a car seat installed. There are few SUVs that met this criteria. I bought the QX60 used with every feature/package other than the theater package. The price was half that of a brand new QX60 with all of the same features (not much has changed between 2016 and 2019). Our family fits comfortably. My favorite features include the Around View Camera, Ventilated Front Seats, Intelligent Cruise Control, and of course the suite of driver safety features. This car meets all of our needs and I would give it my highest recommendation.

Ken Culver was my salesman who helped me purchase my 2017 Honda Accord LX. He also helped me in 2012 purchase my previous car. - Honda Civic LX. Ken is incredibly patient in helping me choose between a Civic or an Accord. When I decided on the Accord then came the steps on negotiating a price for my trade in. Ken was patient enough to break everything down for me more than once and answer all of my questions. When we finally agreed on a trade in price, I test drove the car again and he answered all of my questions and also stayed and showed me all of the accessories that the car came with and how it worked. I did this Process without my dad bc being female I was certain that I would not get a fair deal. When I showed my dad the breakdown of EVER he was actually very pleasantly pleased with everything and had no feedback bc Ken covered everything. If I were to EVER come back I would definitely call and have Ken wait on me. Great job once again, Ken.

The interior of the QX60 is truly a masterpiece - by far the most beautiful and thoughtfully designed vehicle interior I’ve ever seen. Driving this car is so easy and enjoyable - negative reviews about the handling and performance were a total wash for me. In comparison to other brands we test drove, this Infiniti rides like a dream. It’s incredibly smooth, quiet, and has PLENTY of “umph” when you need it; let’s face it, if you’re looking for a 7-passenger SUV to haul around kids or larger groups of people in style (and cannot bring yourself to buy a minivan), you don’t need to go from 0 to 60 in 4.8 seconds. This is the PERFECT car for long trips with the family - it’s amazing how much space they’ve managed to create in this vehicle for the driver AND all passengers without it feeling like you’re driving a bus. Couldn’t be happier with the QX60!

Exactly one month ago, I was in the market for a Mercedes Benz CLA 250 and they had one. It was the right price, the right color, the right mileage. I didn't call before hand to set up an appointment, but that didn't make a difference. I was made immediately comfortable by Marvin. He introduced himself and put me at ease. My sales expert, Dave, was frigging awesome. He knew so much about the car. When I wasn't sure if I wanted it or not (at first I was underwhelmed), he had me test drive a BMW 320i for a comparison. I still wasn't convinced, so Marvin suggested I take it home overnight. Everyone agreed and of course, I fell in love with it. I traded in a car and they gave me a fair market value. I did come with my own financing so it made the transaction totally smooth. 2 weeks after I had the car, Dave called me to see if I was still in love and to check on me. He also reminded me that I can bring it there for servicing. This was the easiest and smoothest process I have ever had when buying a car. Everyone here is wonderful and I will always come here. I am 68 and retired... needed something to get me around town in Midwest winters... car has a lot of bells and whistles I probably won't use, but it is solid as a tank. Was driving a Subaru Impreza... too low to the ground and too light... gave it to my son who is moving to Oregon... he loves it... wished I could put a "cow catcher" on the Infiniti... then I would be all set.

Young professional who isn’t unrealistic w/ his budget. 330hp, AWD, slick styling and interior, tried & true V6 - this ended up on the shortlist. Test drove and bought immediately. Great exhaust note, great for merging ramps, great for closing gaps. And all to not break the bank. This model is the last iteration - reliability is about as solid as you could hope for a car in this niche market. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in a similar life stage. My final choice was between a BMW 540xi, Volvo S90 Inscription and the Infiniti Q70L. Here is what I like about the Q70L: 1. Great blend of performance and luxury. To me, interior space, AV, material quality and design are all aspects of luxury and for performance, I am mainly looking for an engaged regular drive. So not sports-car-like, but not sluggish either. The Q70L's V6 and interior quality is overall an excellent package. 2. The interior is really the best the class. Semi-aniline leather available on the Q70 is only available in higher end cars like BMW's 7 Series and Lexus LS500 etc. The leather is excellent in the Q70L and the Bose Audio can only be matched if you have the Bowers and Wilkens Premium audio systems which cost over $3,000 on the other cars. The Q70 also uses active noise cancellation so the combination of a quiet interior, great seats and audio make it a best in class to me. I don't think a test drive does justice in terms of being able to test the interior of a car. The BMW 5 series works great in a test drive, but having owned one, I can easily say the Q70L is a much more comfortable car. 3. The user interface of the inbuilt infotainment system is one of the best. You can do everything with buttons or the touchscreen. Also, while the screen isn't as big as the S90 or as high-tech as the BMW 5 series, the implementation of the features on the Infiniti is next to none. With the proactive package, you get almost every important driving aid feature (except for auto parking - which is a great gimmick on the BMW) but it is implemented in a way that you can turn on and off any feature without hassle. I know this doesn't show up in test drives, but in daily use, ease of use really helps. The same can be said for the Infotainment system. It is easy to connect to your phone and also to choose your source for music etc. The use of physical buttons is a real plus. In summary: The Q70L is a car you'll love to drive and use in everyday life. It's a highly underrated car, but if you take the time to evaluate it rationally you'll realize how well made it really is.

This car meets all of my needs. It is beautiful, spacious, has all the technology and luxury additional items that I wanted. It drives great, gets better gas mileage than I expected at 19 mpg. It has third row seats that automatically fold into the floor for more cargo space. All the seats are comfortable and adjustable, even the third row reclines! It’s an awesome car that gets many compliments! I love it. It is AWD which I don’t use often but works great if there is snow on the ground.

I had some problems with a door latch on my 2015 F150. The Service Department took care of the problem quickly and very much to my satisfaction. They do a tremendous job caring for their customers. Even if you didn't buy from this dealership, I highly recommend their service group.

bueno sere el primero en escrivir español por aqui . pero puedo decir que el infiniti jx35 es muy muy bonito confortable y comodo ,y sobre todo en el manejo es mejor que cualquiera ,economico en gas muy estable en carreteras en fin no tengo nada malo que decir de este hermoso auto , cada ves que lo manejo lo disfruto al maximo , este auto supera mis nesidades
