Love the body design, the interior is comfortable. However the technology could be more updated. Car is very reliable it does 26 GPM on the highway, engine is very powerful.

I'm sending a shout out to Stacey in the service department of AutoMaxx. Recently, the seatbelt buckle malfunctioned on my BMW 530I that I bought from them. I frantically went to the department to get the buckle repaired. While getting my car checked in, Stacey decided to take the initiative to look at the buckle herself. Only had this QX55 for a few days, so cannot comment on reliability yet. Very high quality fits and finishes. Interior is very high end with real leather, carbon fiber, sensible instrumentation, peppy engine, very quiet and smooth ride, despite having run flat tires. Quality of paintwork is excellent, white tricoat is really eye catching, wheel finish is well done. This Essential model is a bit pricey compared to the Luxe model, but does have several nice extras. We traded in our 2016 Infiniti QX50, which was super reliable; so hoping for the best.

We didn't deal with the Lynchburg office in person, but when I spoke with the lady in finance( I am sorry I don't remember her name) she let me know that they can ship the vehicle to our closest location. That to me is customer service! Our application was simple and we got pre qualified. Next car will be a CarMax car !!

The Sensory trim model offers excellent amenities and comfort options. A very quiet and smooth ride not lacking of power. The electronics are simple to learn and easy to use.

Was at the end of lease on my 2019 QX-50, and upgraded to the 2022 QX-55. It’s a great balance between the practical needs of a family of four with a dog and being a mid-30s women who doesn’t want to be a mom all the time. They’ve taken what was great about the QX-50 and fixed a couple of the annoying parts. It still has the Powerful engine with the unique compression that puts it over 28 mpg. A couple changes. The new QX-55 has almost all the interior space of the QX-50. You do lose a tiny bit of trunk space and height for the sporty coupe angle on the trunk. However, we could still easily fit adult skis inside. Twice already this weekend, my husband has borrowed my car when he could have just as easily taken his Infiniti - so sleek and sporty too. Since it’s human to justify a big purchase like this. Let’s chat about the new safety features like the heads up display. We had the cruise with auto breaking in our QX-50 and opted to add lane navigation and departure warnings. This made the highway drive up to Snoqualmie pass this weekend more enjoyable. And I can’t wait to take it on our road trip this summer. But really the change I am loving most is Apple Car Play (it also integrates with Android). Let’s face it the navigation in the older Infiniti’s left a lot to be desired. Now I can get Apple Maps, with my Apple Music (or Spotify or pandora) all while controlling and sending text messages with a push of a button on the steering wheel. We bought ours from Brandon G at Infiniti of Bellevue. They were able to work it to keep our monthly payment the same. So we’re all loving the upgrade and we’re really happy with the package they put together.

So far I'm in Love with the Car. Comfortable Tight Vehicle. I gave the Cadillac Escalade a try for years and they just simply disappointed me . QX80 is a winner.

I bought my 2020 QX60 June 2023 with 12K miles on it. Wanted something a comfortable ride and plenty of seating since I now have custody of my two grandchildren. This vehicle has been great with no repair issues at all. Gives the kids plenty of room in the back seat. Love the leg room up front along with the heated seats. Would highly recommend

I have to say that this has been the best car buying experience ever! I went in and my sales consultant, Nakia Scott, was very friendly and patient. Even before I got there, she was very helpful over the phone. The car selection was just great. The quality of cars there is unbeatable. Every car has a perfect Carfax as well. The entire process from walking in to driving out was less than 2 hours and I left with a better finance deal than I had when I walked in. The car is excellent and they warranty is the best. Oh and I got my registration transferred and it's only been a week and a half and I already received my updated one in the mail. I have no complaints. I bought the car recently. I would recommend if you want a nice interior and don't need all of the fancy tech that are in the newer rivals. I like the off road capability as we drive on the beach a lot and occasionally have to drive on some tougher trails. The comfort is really good though not quite as good as the new GMC Yukon Denali with the air suspension. The interior is reasonably plush but not as nice as the Navigator. It is just a step above the new Expedition or on par with the Yukon Denali. The main reason I bought the QX80 was for its off road capability. We have already done some moderate off roading and it performed flawlessly. The power is adequate. Not fast, but plenty for almost everyone. The only complaints are that the transmission is a bit lacking on gears.

Drove down from NY to purchase a left over, hard to find Frontier SV 4x4. I performed the transaction over the phone and made a date to drive down and trade in my vehicle. I have a 2023 brand new off show room floor an my windshield has been leaking water from outside when it rains extremely hard outside had to take it back within 1 month of having it an they kept it for 70 + they replaced the windshield only for it to happen this year again this is not a good look for infiniti the service department say my car is the 5th car to have issues with water leaking from windshield

All around good SUV. Sporty and comfortable. The good is AWD all the time is really nice. Interior is comfortable and really nice. I like having 2 screens. The scroll button is nice on the center console. Rides good, quiet, steering great, sits low more like a car not an SUV. Comments below about brakes?? I have had not problems with brakes. The bad, really bad turbo lag in 4 cylinder, Premium gas only sucks, paint chips to easy. Car would be awesome with a 6 cylinder 3.5L.
