I don't normally take the time to write a review, but I felt obligated due to the great service I received. I came in looking for a specific car. My agent didn't rest till he found that specific car. He was very nice and courteous. I never felt pressured into anything which was very appreciative. I'd highly recommend Jack Ingram Nissan.
One of the best cars I’ve ever owned.

This is a great car. I’ve owned an Infinity and they are very reliable cars! It’s great for commuting. I always get compliments on it design.
I purchased a vehicle from them and the service was beyond excellent. I recommend them for anyone. They are easy to work with and truly cares about their customers. I would buy another vehicle from them.

The car was able to complete all my needs, gas was pretty expensive and has poor mpg. The overall car has aged very well and has had no need for cosmetic upgrading. Fast take off, some mechanical repairs were needed.
4th car we have purchased from Jack Ingram. A 4th outstanding experience! We have always felt like we received a fair price, a quality car, a very good purchasing experience, and outstanding service.
More car for the money

This review focuses on the Q50 AWD vs. the BMW 328ix. I was surprised about the driving performance and interior functions. The Q50 comes with more interior stuff, including a better experience with the control screens. In short, it has more tech on the inside. The Q50 has great acceleration and handling-faster the the 328. The BMW 328 still has superior handling and design-it's just got more swag. For the money, however, there's more confidence in driving the Q50 after the warranty runs out. Having just driven the Q50 in six inches of snow...it does very well, even on un-plowed side streets. In summary: The BMW 328 is cooler, and handles slightly better. The Q50 has better tech, is more comfortable, and still fun to drive.
Found the problem and made the repair. No fuss, no muss, just good work at a reasonable price

This vehicle has a premium performance experience but very expensive on maintenance. After the 100k mile mark you're on your own. Drives great and 5.6x engine with transmission are perfectly mated for great acceleration.
excelant services as always.Came in for an oil change, but had received a recall notice and dealership took care of recall as well as the oil change. Saving me valuable time and stress.
Top line luxery and roominess.

Great value and ride and not bad on the eyes. I receive compliments from co-workers to strangers in the parking lot of stores. The style is ageless and 2015 Model is very similar in features to the 2019 model.
They where vary friendly on the phone and helpful. They listen and answered questions and was upfront and they saved me time from driving in to town
Great car, never had any issues

This car met all of my needs and was a lot of fun to own. The convertible functionality was great for the summer and the heated seats were nice in the winter. The Bose sound system was excellent and it was a reliable vehicle.
We did not get vehicle the same day. The next day at 4pm we was still waiting for the phone call to tell us we could pick up the car that was not the color originally chose. The car was being shipped from another city. It would have been good if we were offered a vehicle until the other vehicle to purchase arrived
I can actually say I love this car!

Since 2009 I was in love with the Genesis coupe but couldn’t afford it and been wanting it up to 2015, then I moved toward the Genesis 5.0 sedan or the Infiniti Q60 to look more my age. when I decided on strictly sedans I started looking at the Lexus GS 350 and the Infiniti Q50S. I test drive both and fell in love with the Q50S. Good speed, good power, smooth ride, a lot of features (depending on the trim you get -mine is just about fully loaded-), fun to drive, pretty good on gas even though it’s a V6, tons of safety features, looks mean but sleek at the same time. Awesome car and would recommend to anyone looking for a fun car to drive as well as safety oriented!
My experience at Jack Ingram in Montgomery Alabama was awesome. Cody was the sales representative was assured me. I had bee to several dealerships test driving vehicles while determining what it was that I wanted to purchase. Cody's excellent salesmanship and his attentiveness coupled with his knowledge helped me to decide on my purchase of my new Murano. Love the driving experience. Thanks Cody.
So in love with this vehicle

This car was an awesome fit for me. A good size sedan. The exterior looks awesome love the body style with a sporty look. Luxury interior and the technology these cars have are insane. So pleased with my purchase.
My visit was so refreshing that I would refer this dealership to anyone , the salesman was professional, he was not pushy, he took into consideration as to what I wanted and was looking for.

The title would be correct for this vehicle, I enjoyed a 2015 Q50 Lease, then I decided to purchase this vehicle, which completely turned me off on Infiniti's Brand now, To begin with the car is very sluggish, poorly accelerates, and at other times it drives normally with good acceleration, with 2 different dealers looking at the vehicle, NO TECH, can seem to find out whats wrong with it (NO CODES SET) Accelerating onto the freeway in front of a Tractor trailer only to find that the car will not accelerate and to get it to move I must go to WOT (wide open throttle) and then it's still slow, this vehicle is dangerous to drive you never know exactly how it's going to perform, so I stay in the slow lane.

Our experience at Brewbaker Kia Dealership was outstanding. The sales individual (Corey Lamar) was very familiar with the product and an outstanding representative for the dealership. Also everyone involved in the process of the sale of our the vehicle (KIA Sportage) were outstanding.

I ordered the car from Houston Car Max because it's exactly what I wanted. Now that I own it, I am 100% satisfied! Thanks, Car Max!
It was an excellent experience, except the paperwork seemed to be excessive. I went over all of the paperwork with the salesman and then again with finance, seems once would have been enough.

I bought this automobile after trading in my beloved 2006 Corvette Z06. I found no use for a sports car on Canadian roads any longer so decided to try the luxury market. I sat in many vehicles, BMW, Mercedes, Buick, Lexus etc., but I found this 14025 km special which was not even in my wheelhouse. This infinity is roomy, appointed beautifully with comfort and legroom and technology, AWD and a V8. Though not miserly I smile everytime I enter this car. It handles great, the AWD is spectacular and it has more than enough smooth power for our paltry Canadian speed limits. Just a dream of a car I would never have originally thought of and now sing the praises of to everyone I know.
everytime I get an oil change there I need to was my car because there will be oil on fenders/ hood
Great value for the price.

I purchased a used 2015 Q70L this past summer. Previously I owned a 2010 Lincoln MKS and a 2014 Cadillac XTS. While the 5 year older Lincoln had more options, and the Cadillac had a nicer instrument cluster neither vehicle rode better or was more fun to drive. Also neither offered the interior room of the Infiniti. Additionally the fit and finish is much better. The only negative I have about the Infiniti is the fuel economy. Very bad. I also enjoy the fact that the car hasn’t sold in high numbers, which makes mine stand out even more. 100 percent satisfied.
Just purchased this beautiful car! Over all it’s a 5 star vehicle across all lines. My only small complaints are why why would you put the center console storage so far back that you car barely access it (and it’s rather small) and the glove box is also a bit tight.
Other than that feel confident to purchase this vehicle. You will not be disappointed!

Shocked at the amount of interior Road Noise.

Road in a brand new Q50 with a friend who had it as a rental. I was astounded at the amount of road noise in the cabin and all windows were up. Had to raise our voices to talk above the road noise. Shocked because I've always heard that Infinitiy's are great luxury cars. I'll stick with my Ford Explorers...they are dead quiet.
