I like this car a lot. I have not even owned it a month and the radiator fan has already needed to be replaced. When I bought it there was a rattling coming from the passenger side that seemed to be a metal line under the car tapping. I’m hoping that is the end of my problems with this car. I want to love it but am cautious due to the problems I have already had.

I'm 49 years old and have bought cars at a number of dealerships through my lifetime. Frank Leta Honda did an excellent job for my wife and I as we purchased a new 2016 Honda Pilot. Our sales representative, Kyle Lucas, was wonderful. He answered all of our questions; he was not a pressure guy at all. He worked with us every step of the way and made sure that everything tied out as we agreed, when we left to consider the offer overnight. We came back one day later and wrapped everything up; very clean and easy. I had purchased an Acura from Leta probably 12 years ago and they were equally good on that brand as well. Overall, I'd highly recommend them. Oh, they were also very fair and quick on the trade-in assessment.

I did a 'lot' of research and test drives. I ended up with the Q70L with the ProActive, Sensory and Performance Tire/brake package (basically everything). My final choice was between a BMW 540xi, Volvo S90 Inscription and the Infiniti Q70L. Here is what I like about the Q70L: 1. Great blend of performance and luxury. To me, interior space, AV, material quality and design are all aspects of luxury and for performance, I am mainly looking for an engaged regular drive. So not sports-car-like, but not sluggish either. The Q70L's V6 and interior quality is overall an excellent package. 2. The interior is really the best the class. Semi-aniline leather available on the Q70 is only available in higher end cars like BMW's 7 Series and Lexus LS500 etc. The leather is excellent in the Q70L and the Bose Audio can only be matched if you have the Bowers and Wilkens Premium audio systems which cost over $3,000 on the other cars. The Q70 also uses active noise cancellation so the combination of a quiet interior, great seats and audio make it a best in class to me. I don't think a test drive does justice in terms of being able to test the interior of a car. The BMW 5 series works great in a test drive, but having owned one, I can easily say the Q70L is a much more comfortable car. 3. The user interface of the inbuilt infotainment system is one of the best. You can do everything with buttons or the touchscreen. Also, while the screen isn't as big as the S90 or as high-tech as the BMW 5 series, the implementation of the features on the Infiniti is next to none. With the proactive package, you get almost every important driving aid feature (except for auto parking - which is a great gimmick on the BMW) but it is implemented in a way that you can turn on and off any feature without hassle. I know this doesn't show up in test drives, but in daily use, ease of use really helps. The same can be said for the Infotainment system. It is easy to connect to your phone and also to choose your source for music etc. The use of physical buttons is a real plus. In summary: The Q70L is a car you'll love to drive and use in everyday life. It's a highly underrated car, but if you take the time to evaluate it rationally you'll realize how well made it really is.

Brian Buhr was available to discuss the deal even on his days off! We actually enjoyed working with him and Sveta in the closing hours of negotiations. They were knowledgeable about the vehicle and the process we were going through -- our last purchase was a 2002 EXT from Moore in ~2002! A lot has changed! We are hoping to have the same experience with our 2018 we have had with our 2000 and 2002 Escalades! We are keeping both cars so I'll have the EXT (~150K miles) for the farm and around town trips. Susan loves her 2000 Escalade (~40K) -- we broke it in going to Boise, ID in January 2000 driving through the Rockies in January; an experience! The 4-wheel drive paid for itself! However, we were unable to get the Super Bowl coming back through Nebraska on AM or FM. We called On-Star every ten minutes (they suggested it!) and they kept us informed how the Rams were doing. We watched the last quarter in the motel in Lincoln. Such a deal!

After a nightmarish experience at another nearby dealership, ELCO proved to be an oasis of perfection. I could not have scripted a better experience! Lamarr is the MVP of his trade; I will never look for a new/used vehicle without him again. Period. He was unbelievably gracious for a customer buying a $5500 used vehicle- I might as well have been buying a full priced new Escalade for the treatment I received! When I called and inquired about the adorable Hyunadai I happily purchased a few days ago, Lamarr made the process a dream come true. From his genuinely optimistic and cheerful nature (side of humor included) to his refreshingly transparent opinions, his exceptional customer service is the reason I'm writing my first ever review (of anything, ever). He walked me through the car buying process, from test drive to financing, with patience for my million questions and an easy laugh. I felt at home with the entire staff of ELCO: no stereotypically sleazy used car salesmen, just employees rightfully proud of their business and refreshingly happy to make customers thrilled. Long story short, 1) go to ELCO because you will not be treated better at any alternative- trust me, and 2) ask for Lamarr, even if he makes you look at photos of him playing in his old man basketball leagues. You won't regret it :)

The interior of the QX60 is truly a masterpiece - by far the most beautiful and thoughtfully designed vehicle interior I’ve ever seen. Driving this car is so easy and enjoyable - negative reviews about the handling and performance were a total wash for me. In comparison to other brands we test drove, this Infiniti rides like a dream. It’s incredibly smooth, quiet, and has PLENTY of “umph” when you need it; let’s face it, if you’re looking for a 7-passenger SUV to haul around kids or larger groups of people in style (and cannot bring yourself to buy a minivan), you don’t need to go from 0 to 60 in 4.8 seconds. This is the PERFECT car for long trips with the family - it’s amazing how much space they’ve managed to create in this vehicle for the driver AND all passengers without it feeling like you’re driving a bus. Couldn’t be happier with the QX60!

For the first time EVER, buying a car was not a painful experience; it was actually pleasant. Sead Music was my salesperson; he was straightforward, but kept things light with his good humor. I also worked with David Evans. Initially, as he explained how (he felt) the internet "conditional" price was quite upfront and obvious, I was convinced I'd be exiting within minutes with no intention of returning. His explanation came off a bit demeaning, like 'duh, this is totally obvious', and I couldn't disagree more. The "conditional" advertised price was correct ONLY if you were a recent college grad, active or retired military, AND a current or previous owner of the same make/model you were purchasing. I don't know of many who would actually qualify for all three of those, and as such, I feel the pricing is deceptive. To the best of my knowledge, there is no upfront disclaimer on the site regarding those specific requirements. And if there was, I'd completely retract my statement because I think that would be completely fair. I do feel it is my responsibility, as a consumer, to read the fine print. I do not, however, think it is my responsibility to scour the site or call the dealership to ensure I understand the pricing structure. It's too burdensome on the consumer and, frankly, feels unethical. So, basically, it gets people (like me) in the door, and I get that. Anyway, I heard him out, and other than his initial remark re: pricing, he was professional and very straightforward, which I greatly appreciated. I very frankly, but politely, explained that I, personally, loathe the back and forth game that seems to be required to get a fair deal when purchasing a vehicle. You can tell David is very experienced in sales and is adept at reading people. He more or less mirrored my approach and demeanor, we worked on numbers, and very quickly reached an agreement. I don't think I got a steal, but I do feel the price was fair and I could not be happier with the no BS approach and the speed and mannerisms of both Sead and David. I also worked with Steve Emerson in finance. He, too, was a pleasure to work with and made the process a breeze. He did promote all of the adds (gap coverage, extended warranty, interior/exterior protection plan, etc.) as he should in his role (and I purchased all of the above), but was not overly aggressive or pushy, and was even fun. Great personality. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience. I was in and out, the waiting area (which I was never in for long) was clean, comfortable and more than accommodating with complimentary snacks (good stuff you'd actually want to eat - ice cream, cookies, fruit for the health conscious, coffee, water, etc.), and Sead gave me a quick run through of the car's features and made sure everything was working properly before I left. Five stars for keeping it real.

Great alternative to minivan w/ 2 car seats

I was looking for a mid-sized SUV with 3 rows to fit 2 car seats and a 70-lb dog. In particular, I needed access to the 3rd row with a car seat installed. There are few SUVs that met this criteria. I bought the QX60 used with every feature/package other than the theater package. The price was half that of a brand new QX60 with all of the same features (not much has changed between 2016 and 2019). Our family fits comfortably. My favorite features include the Around View Camera, Ventilated Front Seats, Intelligent Cruise Control, and of course the suite of driver safety features. This car meets all of our needs and I would give it my highest recommendation.

I was on the verge of traveling 4 hours to purchase a new truck because local dealer pricing wasn't competitive to my out of town price. I decided to give two local dealers one last chance to step up. Fortunately, Marshall Ford was one of them. I wasn't feeling positive that a deal was going to happen. My sales person, Dorina , insisted I stop in because her sales manager really works with people. Thanks to Dorina for insisting I stop in because Jimmy Marshall was awesome! Jim Parisi......the salesman......can't say enough about the great service we received from this man......from the initial meeting to the close of the sale he was the best.....very knowledgeable on the vehicles he's selling.....made us feel comfortable, answered all of our questions, kept us informed during the whole process of buying a vehicle....he's very polite with a good sense of humor......I have never had anyone give follow-up phone calls to see if we were happy with our vehicle, ask if there were any problems, and tell us if we have any questions of concerns don't hesitate to call......very nice caring touch..... Over-all, I would recommend Marshall Ford.....great selections, great pricing.......great people making other people feel great about "The New Car Buying Experience"............ Now for the things I didn't like.......JUST KIDDING......

I've only had it for a month but so far it's been a great car and it's a very comfortable ride. Gas mileage is pretty good. I'm getting 23 miles to the gallon on mixed highway and street driving.

My husband and I came into Marshall Ford just to look around at their selection. We were approached by sales consultant, Jim Parisi. He was very knowledgable about the cars at Marshall Ford. He was very friendly and easy going. He was patient and was able to answer any of our questions that we had. He listened to our thoughts on what we wanted in a vehicle and did not push up to buy immediately. You can tell that Jim really wants to see his customers happy and will go above and beyond to make that happen. I would definitely recommend this dealer and salesman to a friend. No complaints or concerns at this time. My car is sleek, color is nice, very comfortable love the speed. It’s roomy, the sound system is nice as well. So many apps and features.
