It wasn’t a perfect experience, but I still give 5 stars because I truly believe Carrie in corporate and the GM of the store are stand-up people who genuinely care about making sure their customers are happy and in the right vehicle. In the end, everything worked out as it should. Carrie was extremely professional, patient, and helpful throughout the process, and the GM was equally understanding and supportive. I stand by the fact that CarMax sells reliable, well-running vehicles. Two of my children have purchased cars from them, and I recently purchased a Ford F-150 myself. Each time, the vehicles have been excellent. I’ve been very satisfied with the service I’ve received—both when selling my vehicle (fair offer) and when buying one (fair price). On Jan 12th I went in to see a 2019 Jeep Wrangler. The salesperson, Vince, was very helpful and professional. I made it known that I would be paying in full and no financing. He didn’t waste my time and not longer than 5min the Manager, Vinny, came and made me an offer that we were both happy with. 2018 Jaguar E-PACE review
Best car I have ever owned. Have the R- Dynamic and its fast, handles amazing, has awesome tech and features. Costs a lot and we will see how it holds up in the reliability department, but otherwise I highly recommend!

I’m officially a CarMax fan for life! If I could give this team more than 5 stars, I would. My entire experience—from the high-energy sale to the incredible post-purchase service—has been top-tier. The Buying Experience: I came in looking for a specific Tesla Model Y that was still being processed as a trade-in. Despite the logistical hurdles, Mark worked tirelessly to make the car available for me to buy that same day. He then handed us off to Briana M., and the rest was history! A huge shoutout to the Business Operations Manager, Cherisse O., for her expertise in clearing the paperwork and title issues so I could drive home in the car I wanted. The Trade-In: CarMax made trading in my Jeep Laredo X incredibly easy. While Friendly Ford in Las Vegas tried to lowball me at $25,500, CarMax offered a fair $31,800. They are honest and easily the best to work with. The Service (The True Test): The real 5-star service happened after the sale. My 2025 Tesla Model Y had a minor error, and Vanessa Blaschick in the service department was a total rockstar. She walked me through the entire process, kept me updated constantly, and coordinated a transfer to Tesla to ensure it was repaired correctly and for free. I had my car back within 48 hours! High praises to the management team at this location for hiring such professional, dedicated people like Mark, Briana, Cherisse, and Vanessa. They’ve earned a customer for life!

Justin the service rep was very attentive and professional. Made sure he answered all my questions and provided great customer service. Only thing I wished they could have done better was the car wash. They didn't dry all the spots and the only vacuumed the driver side. Other than that, I will return.
