I saw car I wanted online . Called and gave information on my trade. I didn't get the numbers I wanted for my trade but they too the time to explain exactly why the numbers were what they were and gave me options and advice on how to get closer to what I needed private party. Communication was excellent. I really appreciate the way they do business!

Plaza Jaguar and Gary have been a gracious host for our annual meeting and a great supporter of our club. They have also nicely upgraded the dealership and service center. The dealership represents the Jaguar model very well!

It's pretty nerve racking purchasing a car sight unseen from 9-hours away, however Dave made the entire process easy! Dave answered all of my questions and fulfilled my requests in a timely and professional manner; qualities that only one could expect from an expert such as himself. Even though I had only spoken to him on the phone once and the rest through text message, I knew that I was in good hands. I would highly recommend Dave to anyone that would like to purchase one of Dean Team's fine automobiles, but has any qualms due to distance. While driving to St Louis for a 2 day meeting meeting, I got a diagnostic warning on the car. Made it (in panic mode) the last 12 miles to my hotel and called the closest BMW dealer just before closing time. I wanted to have the car towed over to the service dept. I was told the service dept was really backed up and to call back when they opened tomorrow morning. When I called back at 7AM, I got Patti Kupfer. She said send it on over and she'd get it looked at and see what they could do. She called back later that day and told me the problem and said the parts were in stock and she thought they could get it finished by the time my meeting was over. True to her word the car was ready as promised! Great service!
I was in the market for a new vehicle and Dean Team had a 2013 BMW 328i Convertible for sale that i was interested in. Prior to looking for a new car i had a accident with my 2012 Hyundai Equus and they took care of me while all the other dealerships i went to were low balling me on my trade in Eddy was able to hook me up with a great trade in price! I purchased the BMW and iv been super happy these guys really make you feel like family! Looking forward to purchasing more vehicles from them! The staff especially my Sales guy Kurt Convey were amazing. I originally planned to build and purchase my car, however circumstances required me to purchase the car sooner that expected. There was nothing Kurt could do to make the car production go any faster, so he found a vehicle on the lot that exceeded my expectations and stayed within my price range, He truly went above and beyond, and did it all quickly.
Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
