This was the best experience I've had while buying a car. Tony greeted us at the door, gave us the keys, and said he'd be inside if we had questions or wanted to take it for a drive. No hovering. No making excuses about the condition of the car. No abrasive selling tactics. We were able to test drive the car by ourselves, which is nice because you can concentrate on the vehicle instead of listening to a sales pitch coming from the back seat. Financing was easy. And we got an extended warranty for under $2k. A previous dealer (Ford) wanted to charge us $5k for the same 3 year warranty ( the car had more miles, but not enough to justify a $3k difference. I purchased my Certified Pre-Owned 2023 Jaguar F-Pace SVR with 11,000 miles just over six months ago, and it has completely transformed how much I drive. I used to average 12,000 miles a year in my non-performance vehicles, but with this Jaguar, I’m now clocking nearly 20,000 miles a year simply because I enjoy driving it so much. Whenever I have a tough day, stepping into my F-Pace SVR and starting the engine instantly lifts my spirits. Everything about this SUV is remarkable—the exhaust note, the drive modes, the interior features—it’s all a joy to experience. I’ve never been a fan of using paddle shifters, but this vehicle changed that for me. Merging onto the highway in Sport mode, paddle-shifting through the gears, and hearing the exhilarating chainsaw-like upshifts from the ZF8 transmission is pure adrenaline—it takes me back to feeling like a kid discovering speed for the first time. Though Jaguar is discontinuing its current lineup, I highly recommend grabbing an F-Pace SVR while you still can. A couple of personal tips: I opted for leather performance seats over Alcantara, and I’m so glad I did. They look fantastic, are easy to clean, and have the bonus of seat cooling—perfect for summer. If I had to nitpick a downside, I’d echo what others have mentioned about the hood shaking slightly at higher speeds. While it’s noticeable, it doesn’t bother me, and I’ve come to think of it as a design choice to enhance airflow during high-performance driving. If you’re on the fence about this SUV, don’t hesitate—it’s an incredible vehicle, and I promise you won’t be disappointed

I have two Jaguars. The first a 2001 XK8, I bought in 2015 from the original owner. The 2nd, a 2007 XK, I bought after the original owner traded it in to a dealer in Oregon. I had it shipped to me in Alabama. Both are a similar Pacific Blue, the 07 being Indigo Blue, slightly darker. The 01 has Ivory interior, the 07 has beige. The 01 has quite a bit of recurring maintenance from a host of items that needed redesigning, which was accomplished on the 07. Everything needed was done. The big differences between the two cars is trunk space and cabin space. The 07 Cabin accommodates a taller person where the trunk on the 01 would hold a VW Beetle and easily close. I redesigned the 01 upper shock mounts and rebuilt the mounts with new polyurethane bushings that should outlast me. I have replaced them with OEM 3 times since 2015. That chirping sound you hear is the shock mounts, metal to metal chirping. Anyway, the 01 XK8 is a nice automobile that needs near constant attention. The 07 XK is a Super Luxury GT sports car that is easy to maintain and so far, bulletproof. Nothing that I have driven in it's class compares equally. Everything else has a harsher ride and are regular sports cars. I have owned Corvettes, BMW's, Acura's, Mercedes and Porsche's. None compare. So far, I've had people compliment me on my Miata (the 01) and Corvette (both the 01 & the 07)... Jaguar is a brand of only a few in my location... very rare and no one knows what it is... up close, they just can't read, I guess. The guy was staring at the Jaguar emblem when he called it the best looking Miata he had ever seen. LOL!

We had a very positive experience at this location. Because of current supply chain issues, they did not have the car we wanted on the lot. Nancy was great in helping us get one ordered. Once in Crystal was wonderful about going over all of the features of our new Outback. In financing, Tony was so friendly and got us through our paperwork quickly. Overall I would definitely recommend this dealership.

I bought my 2019 Fpace S new and haven't had any problems with it. This is the longest I've ever kept a vehicle! It's fun to drive, tight, and responsive. Interior is really nice and comfortable. I've driven the car around town, interstate road trips, rain, snow, and even on beaches . . . it had handled well in all conditions.

Bought a Nissan Xterra from Jason Chen. The entire process was pleasant and was indeed painless. Jason got me as great a deal as you can hope for in the current market and had me on the road lickity split. I will be directing all my friends towards Jason in the future

When the XJR came out in 1998 it was the fastest sedan ever produced. For 1999 it got competition from the Mercedes E55 and in 2000 the BMW M5. The 1999 XRJ beats these on styling, just have a look at them now in 2010, the others have aged, but not the Jaguar. Reliability is top notch, not a single issue over 5 years of ownership. The Pirelli p-zero tires last only 10k miles at the most, go with a different tire unless you have to race all the time. This is a comfortable and very fast car, it will put a smile on your face every day.

I've only had it a few weeks. So, can't speak to reliability. But design, inside a d out, is fabulous. Engine performance (and sound) is great. Ride is a bit more calm than I expected, which is nice since this is mostly a GT for me. But, even with that forgiveness, it is planted in corners. Great blend. I won't be doing track days, so the 450 is all I need. Value is debatable for a car/toy like this. But, I have no buyer remorse, so that says something!

I purchased my 2016 F Type R AWD last December 2022. Since then I have driven about 2000 miles without issue. I test drove everything from 911 to AMG GTS before purchasing the F Type. Lots of AWD HP without fish tailing. Can drive for hours at a time with comfort. Lots of attention, it was a little weird at first. Modification not necessary. I highly recommend.

Hats off to Drake and the service team at PP in Boise. Had extra time on a drive from OR to NV - called PP on the way in to see if they could squeeze in a quick wash to clean the thick wall of bugs caked on the front of my car. Drake worked with the team to create space - we were in and out in less than an hour - during which we grabbed a fabulous burger at the Golden Wheel Drive In next door. Car looked fabulous and we then continued on our drive to NV. Thanks PP!

I till own my white 2014 Jaguar conv. with V8 from new. The F Type is the most reliable Jaguar car as I only service at Jaguar-Land Rover in Ft Lauderdale Florida. With only 34,000 powerful miles still going strong

I have owned a 2016 f-type base convertible for two years. I have owned a Porsche 911 and 944 as well as a BMW Z3 and Z4.. I liked all of them but although the Jaguar is newer it does handle and ride great. I’m older now and I like the feel of a nice sports car. The F-Type gets the looks and admiration you would expect.

Happily we recently purchased a used 2024 Toyota 4runner at Inifiniti of Bellevue. It had many scrathes in various places on the body. Derek indicated that all but a couple could be buffed out. The others would need touch up paint. We were amazed at how beautiful it looked when we picked it up! They did a fantastic job!!! We are so pleased!!!

I had a 2106 Cayman. I was hesitant about moving into a Jaguar. However after I drove the car (P300), I was convinced. It drove as well as the Cayman but has a better ride. Jaguar gives you a lot of options standard whereas Porsche charges much more. Examples: torque-vectoring, navigation and launch control- all standard. PLUS a $8000 rebate. These cars are going to disappear.

I've had my 2022 I-Pace HSE for a month now. Quiet, lightning fast, no loss of acceleration on highway and just as quiet as my Lexus when I'm speeding along. Comfortable seats, good controls and excellent steering, with lots of drive modes to chose from. A really, low center of gravity, race car that doubles as a comfortable cruiser (and I'm 60 and like a comfortable ride now most of all). It doesn't have a center console clock, it has a ton of menus that do everything, but you have to initial spend some time figuring them out. There is no feedback from the engine telling you what the car is doing like the old days, and the standard mirror is way to dark, looking into that tiny heavily tinted rear glass window (my car did not come with Clearview rear view mirror, which should be standard, and that is huge). The panoramic roof is so dark, it neither lets in light nor allows much of a view, and definitely miss my sunroof that opened, because you use the A/C sooo much less. Plus, but I actually enjoy this, you must plug the car in as soon as you get home. But I'd still chose this car. I arrive home with 50-60% power every night, and even my standard wall outlet charges the car to 80%+ by A.M. and that suits me fine. (2022 model has faster charger), Instant acceleration and high regen braking allows you to drive without applying the brakes !! That is fantastic !! Although I did switch to low regen after a couple weeks and I really like how it coasts and still regenerates the battery. A seriously cool car that puts you on the cutting edge, and my solar panels charge it up at night, what more could you ask for as you speed by the gas station and repair shop !!!??? : )

Unfortunately, my car was totaled and I was able to find a very nice Toyota RAV4, that I’ve always wanted! Matthew was absolutely amazing. He was very welcoming and didn’t push any aspect of the deal on me whatsoever. He was extremely patient and very easy to work with. He made my buying experience extremely easy and fun which was a blessing because of all the stress I was feeling over my situation.

We talked and hung out during the waiting process on the paperwork, he was so understanding; helped me set up the radio; got the car all washed up! I highly recommend going in and asking to work with him! He won't disappoint you! Kyle which is a manger I believe; he was very nice also and got me to the price I wanted. Darcee is the finance manager. She is great; we had to go back and forth with paper wok due to some stuff. Which I'm sure was annoying; but she was always professional about it and kind! Overall the whole experience was amazing and it all started with Tuan and being such a kind and understanding gentlemen!
