I bought a fully specked 2019 Ipace in 2020 and have put ~15k miles on it. It isn't a very efficient EV, and today many other EVs will charge faster, but if you are staying with a 300 mile / 500 km circle most of the time, it is perfect for you. Drives really well. Loads of awards. Unique.

I can't say enough positive things about Manchester Motors. Went for a test drive with Ron, and he was the friendliest guy. We were looking for a plug-in car we could love without success for years. Finally we found the I-Pace! It's super fun to drive. It's marketed as an SUV, but that's a bit of a stretch -- although the interior is spacious, it's lower and longer than most SUV's, making it more like a sportwagon in both looks and how it drives. The car has a ton of features, most of them accessed through a touch screen. Unfortunately the touch screen layout is not very intuitive and it can be challenging to figure out; the user manual is some help, but is more of a reference than a guide ("here's what this button does" rather than "here's how you do this"). Is it worth the price tag? Well, the price is actually a little lower than comparable BEV vehicles like Tesla X or Audi e-Tron. But if an all-electric vehicle isn't important to you, you can get the same level of comfort and technology for quite a bit less. As for reliability, it's too early to tell. But it was delivered with a bad wheel hub that had it in the shop for a week when we'd only had it a couple of weeks. We worry that this could reflect poor quality control in manufacturing, although it could just be a fluke. We sure hope so -- certainly the long warranty indicates they believe in their reliability.

Although my repair took 34 days, it was no fault of Brendan who was accommodating in every way. Parts availability issue... I was given a 2025 Discovery as alternate transportation which I much appreciated. Brendan was super apologetic towards the delay in securing my part. I'm grateful for his working with me to get most of my repair covered under warranty and also working with me on my cost to replace all 4 tires and front brakes. Thank you Brendan! I hope not to see you soon, but if I need to, I look forward to working with you!

I've had my 2022 I-Pace HSE for a month now. Quiet, lightning fast, no loss of acceleration on highway and just as quiet as my Lexus when I'm speeding along. Comfortable seats, good controls and excellent steering, with lots of drive modes to chose from. A really, low center of gravity, race car that doubles as a comfortable cruiser (and I'm 60 and like a comfortable ride now most of all). It doesn't have a center console clock, it has a ton of menus that do everything, but you have to initial spend some time figuring them out. There is no feedback from the engine telling you what the car is doing like the old days, and the standard mirror is way to dark, looking into that tiny heavily tinted rear glass window (my car did not come with Clearview rear view mirror, which should be standard, and that is huge). The panoramic roof is so dark, it neither lets in light nor allows much of a view, and definitely miss my sunroof that opened, because you use the A/C sooo much less. Plus, but I actually enjoy this, you must plug the car in as soon as you get home. But I'd still chose this car. I arrive home with 50-60% power every night, and even my standard wall outlet charges the car to 80%+ by A.M. and that suits me fine. (2022 model has faster charger), Instant acceleration and high regen braking allows you to drive without applying the brakes !! That is fantastic !! Although I did switch to low regen after a couple weeks and I really like how it coasts and still regenerates the battery. A seriously cool car that puts you on the cutting edge, and my solar panels charge it up at night, what more could you ask for as you speed by the gas station and repair shop !!!??? : )

Took my Land Rover LR four and four engine check light was only found out it wasn’t nothing they get the check light out in the process when they finish they ended up doing a courtesy wash which I asked not to. When I came out and looked at my truck it had some marks on the two side black panels and they had Tarnish my front grill and the two side vents all four of my door covers. Went back inside and tolded the service person who was Scott Batwinas. And he went and got the service Manager. Between the two of them they was very polite and apologetic towards me and they fix the problem they did a really good job replacing the items on my truck.

We've had our 2020 HSE for two years now. When buying we wanted something more car than tech and jaguar obviously are the masters at that. They've produced a real driver's EV and as a result, converted this petrol head to an EV head. Well done Jaguar, looking forward to seeing where you go from here.

I purchased the "First Edition" more than a year ago and have been loving it ever since. I traded in my Mercedes S550 and never missed it. The car is super quick and handles great. I find the seats very comfy. The tech is a little slow, but doesn't really bother me personally. I use the Andriod Auto and like how it works. The heated steering wheel works great, and is a favorite feature of mine. I have only used this car with my home charger, and it works great for commuting. I haven't had any problems with the car. Highly recommend!
