I’ve had over 30 cars in my lifetime. Mostly BMW, Honda and Lexus. My first EV purchase was my 2016 Spark EV two years ago. It was ugly and felt cheaply made when I first saw it and sat in it. My first drive out of the dealership, I pushed hard on the accelerator and it literally burned rubber harder than my old BMW M3. I was sold on it , ugliness and cheaply made (now spelled economically built). Now, it’s 2022 and gas is $6.50 per gallon and I am thankful that I purchased this EV. Never had to replace anything except two tires and a window regulator. Now, these Spark EVs are selling for $4000 more than what I paid. So, if you need an around town car and don’t want to pay $6.50 gas, go and get one of these

The service department at this dealership is excellent. I purchased my 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe at a dealership in Springfield VA but their service department is awful. So for the past two or three years I’ve driven past that dealership and drive an additional 40 miles to Chantilly Hyundai. All of the service reps there have been great and Shawn is truly outstanding. I’ve thanked Shawn repeatedly, for the outstanding service but he responds “just doing my job”. My other car is a Lexus and they pride themselves on customer service but this department and Shawn in particular stand above all others I‘ve experienced. 25K trouble free miles so far. Everybody picks on the 55 kW maximum charge speed, but the car is so efficient that it still adds 100 mi in ½ an hour at a DC station. Imagine a 200 HP Fit, and you've got the idea. Zero dollars on maintenance/repair.

I bought my car here and has been going there for service since. Donnavan always took care of it and I never had to worry about it. I dropped my car off, went shopping or dinning and came back to pick up my car once I received a text. Simple, easy and reliable.

My SO said it's cheap, but that's exactly what I like about it! Quick acceleration, surprisingly spacious interior, small enough to fit in the garage in front of our Harley. Comfortable seats and headrests. Road noise isn't too bad, and the ride is acceptable. Kids in the back don't complain about being uncomfortable. I like that the trunk has a second compartment. Overall, it feels fun to drive, and I like watching the regen kick in when using the one pedal driving.

Scheduled a recall service for a week that I didn’t need the vehicle and it was serviced promptly and perfectly. Scheduling and follow up are excellent at Koons.

So far I love the car, but the dealer experience sucked. They were so dishonest and we’re not knowledgeable about the vehicle. I believe Chevy should crack down on all the markups. These dealers are putting on these vehicles.

This EV will not be for everyone, but for a lot of people this car will rock your world. It’s great, it checks all the boxes with very few exceptions. Here’s what I love about it, it’s fast and I mean really fast for a car this size. 200 hp is blast and it never gets old. Entering an on ramp is actually fun instead of nerve racking. You can go from 20 mph to 70 in a very few seconds. See that two car opening in traffic? No problem it’s yours as you fly into it. It is great handling and very nimble. The ride is fine and the seats comfortable. I have the 2LT model and it has all the bells and whistle’s you’ll need. Don’t hesitate buying this EV. It’s cheap compared to all others. The only downside for me is that it’s not a fast charging capable car. You can put it on a DC fast charger, but it is limited. Bottom line is if you do a lot of long range driving, that is more than 200 miles a day it’s not for you. If you drive less you will never go wrong with the Bolt. I’m 70 years old and have owned 38 cars, 24 were new and it’s the best one I’ve ever owned.

This is my 3rd Bolt. I previously had 2020 EV Premier, 2022 EV 2LT. I missed the stuff they took away from the EV in 2022, so I decided to order one like I wanted, with the good stuff I wanted, and none of the stuff I didn't. (Sunroof, Supercruise.) This is my favorite Bolt so far. Everything I had on the 2020, plus wireless Carplay and rain-sensing wipers, which is one of my favorite options ever. Literally impossible to beat at this price point. A great car and a great value.

Incredible value, fun to drive and super efficient. I have owned over 50 new vehicles and this has to be in the top three for the most enjoyable. Supercruise is scary for the first five minutes and then becomes enjoyable. I own three other ICE cars as well and they all seem very old fashioned when compared to the smooth, quiet and responsive ride provided by the Bolt EUV. Lots or room in the back and for everyday stuff, and plenty of range for commuting. Charging at home is a breeze with the level 2 charger, and the cost to run is under one cent per mile. (Charging rates from Excel 4 cents/KWh between midnight and 6am - vehicle returns 4.1 miles/KW of energy use). Couldn't be happier!

We have a highly positive initial impression of this car. Its performance, comfort, range of over 300 miles on a charge (city driving), facility of parking and maneuvering, and the sheer ease of accustomizing ourselves to its controls and functions have left us very satisfied with the purchase.

This is my first venture into EV ownership and the Bolt has exceeded expectations. Please know that I am 6'-10" tall and weigh 335 lbs. Studying specifications, I noted the quite large legroom and headroom dimensions for this car and ventured to the dealership to see if this was the case. My salesman looked skeptical as I approached the vehicle, and was even more surprised than I was at how well I fit! The Premier trim level is pretty amazing from a technology perspective, but some features of the interior finish seem rather odd to me. The driving range that I am experiencing is better than the specifications and I cannot fault the performance. I am looking forward to a long-term relationship with this peppy little car!

I love my Bolt! I have only had to rotate the tires since I bought it, and it has over 22,000 miles on it! Chevy replaced the battery at 14k miles, so, basically, I got a new car at that point. It's completely changed how my wife drives. She used to be a pretty timid driver. Now, if she is in the front row at the stoplight, she looks across, and if there isn't a tesla in the lineup, she knows she can take 'em, and get into whatever lane she wants. I really like the fact that I never have to get gas. I just plug it into the wall (I never got a charging station). I set it for 12 amps, and I'm good.

Purchased a 2015 with 23,000 miles for under $9000. The car is brand new. The battery warranty is 8 years and 100,000 miles. Super cheap to run. But nobody talks about what a hoot it is to drive. It's probably not politically correct but this little car is a blast to drive. The stiffer suspension and quick steering make it feel like a gocart, only this gocart has 327 ftlbs of torque. Everyone that's taken a ride wants one. The only let down are the tires.

I love driving this car! It is fast and efficient. I love the one-pedal braking and seldom have to use the brake pedal. It also has a hand brake on the left side of the steering wheel that is a great accessory. The car looks small, but there is ample room for 4 adults. The storage in the back is limited, but plenty of space for our needs. We can also put two suitcases in that space. If it is just the two of us, we can drop the back seat and create more than enough space for all the luggage we would need on a long trip. The torque is outstanding and is great to have entering a freeway or passing another vehicle. The visibility around and behind the car is the best I think I've ever had in a car. No maintenance other than tire rotations and we have solar panels at our house, so I haven't paid for gasoline (or electricity) in over 3 years. The only negative is long distance driving and that will soon be solved when the Tesla Supercharging Station adapters will be available for GM cars in 2024. Did I say this was a great car? We love it.
