Went to test drive a new vehicle they had in stock - we had researched the features we want and this one was a close match. Made an appointment the day before. The salesperson reached out soon after I made the appointment. He greeted us when we arrived at the dealership the next afternoon and right away went for the test drive. Liked the vehicle but noted that it was missing a couple features we really wanted. However, the salesperson was very good, he did not push but indicated that he would be able to offer a good deal if we would consider the vehicle despite it missing a couple features. We said let?s see the numbers. He came back with a decent offer. I countered and that was accepted - just one round of back and forth. Only thing we could not agree on is the trade-in, so we took it off the table and completed the paperwork in the next hour or so. Everything was handled very professionally and without any outward sales pressure. Only underwhelming part is the vehicle delivery experience compared to my recent experiences with two BMW and Mini deliveries. The salesperson drove the vehicle to the front and handed me the key. Felt like he was ready to call it a day.

We have a Ford Fusion since 2017 and it has been fantastic vehicle for us. In past week we had repair done on fixing the electronic security system, connected to the edge of driver door that was not operating correctly. Josh helped me with identifying the issue and also Jack. Veterans Ford did their analysis and tests to get to the root cause with their specialized technicians in the electronics area. We were very concerned as this issue is very critical for us to function correctly. I am so happy that the Ford team at Veterans got it fixed and all is running perfectly again. Because the issue was intermittent it made the challenge even more difficult - so my thanks goes to the whole team who made this repair a success. The team there takes the time to listen and help their customers to the very best of their ability. When I was in Ireland I went with my Dad to a Ford dealer there, where he bought his first car a Ford Anglia. Ever since then we have stayed with Ford for many years. Unique exterior. Interior of ‘20 a bit plastic - not like a Jaguar. A few confusing controls but well equipped. Better performance than Audi and Mercedes. Good interior space.

2020 Jaguar F-PACE review
The F-Pace is an excellent sporty SUV. 2.5L engine has been completely trouble free. The suspension on this generation is a bit firmer than the newer generation. The performance and fuel economy is great. The infotainment system allows for apple car play (corded). The F Pace is bigger than other compact SUVs in its class. I wish Jag wasn’t so committed to going all electric because they have taken the Land Rover Velar and made the F-Pace more sporty and luxurious.

2019 Jaguar F-PACE review
The car has been great to drive around town and on very long trips. It gets a lot of luxe because of the uniqueness of the design. We did have some minor issues with the entertainment system and interior lighting. But the dealer was able to fix that with an upgrade to the software. So far, we are happy with it.

2023 Jaguar F-PACE review
I purchased my Certified Pre-Owned 2023 Jaguar F-Pace SVR with 11,000 miles just over six months ago, and it has completely transformed how much I drive. I used to average 12,000 miles a year in my non-performance vehicles, but with this Jaguar, I’m now clocking nearly 20,000 miles a year simply because I enjoy driving it so much. Whenever I have a tough day, stepping into my F-Pace SVR and starting the engine instantly lifts my spirits. Everything about this SUV is remarkable—the exhaust note, the drive modes, the interior features—it’s all a joy to experience. I’ve never been a fan of using paddle shifters, but this vehicle changed that for me. Merging onto the highway in Sport mode, paddle-shifting through the gears, and hearing the exhilarating chainsaw-like upshifts from the ZF8 transmission is pure adrenaline—it takes me back to feeling like a kid discovering speed for the first time. Though Jaguar is discontinuing its current lineup, I highly recommend grabbing an F-Pace SVR while you still can. A couple of personal tips: I opted for leather performance seats over Alcantara, and I’m so glad I did. They look fantastic, are easy to clean, and have the bonus of seat cooling—perfect for summer. If I had to nitpick a downside, I’d echo what others have mentioned about the hood shaking slightly at higher speeds. While it’s noticeable, it doesn’t bother me, and I’ve come to think of it as a design choice to enhance airflow during high-performance driving. If you’re on the fence about this SUV, don’t hesitate—it’s an incredible vehicle, and I promise you won’t be disappointed

I bought my 2019 Fpace S new and haven't had any problems with it. This is the longest I've ever kept a vehicle! It's fun to drive, tight, and responsive. Interior is really nice and comfortable. I've driven the car around town, interstate road trips, rain, snow, and even on beaches . . . it had handled well in all conditions.
