I'm generally not a review leaver but I just felt so compelled to share my experience. I genuinely cannot say enough about how much Josh at T&T made this car buying experience so enjoyable, easy, and comfortable. He is so patient, passionate about his work, and extremely knowledgeable. It was so clear how dedicated he is to not only his work but his customers. I will 100% be sending anyone I know looking to buy!!! Thank you Josh!!!

I was recommended by my brother to come here, and I’m really glad I did. Eugene was extremely helpful throughout the process. He made everything easy to understand and was patient with all my questions. I never felt rushed or pressured. I’m really happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend others to stop by when looking for a vehicle.
2019 Jeep Cherokee review
Overall, pretty decent car. As professional reviews will note, the transmission is a little finicky, but nothing over the top. Learn to work with it, it works with you. Bought this car used last year with 68k and I drive a lot, so I've already put 30k on it. Handling wise, this works great, even in the snow (FWD, not 4x4). Good cargo room, and room for the kiddo's carseat. Now, this is a Jeep, and hasn't been without issue. The front struts have been replaced, probably as part of my driving style and the rough roads in my area. Part of the bumper got pulled off a while back, not a big deal. Mechanically, decently sound, the car has thrown a few check engine lights but for non-issues. It had an issue a while back where it would turn off or restart on its own when stopping (not to be confused with the auto-stop, which is annoying but can be turned off, this car would just flat out turn off), but that fixed itself. Developed an engine tick that does appear in Jeeps, but that has also righted itself. As such, no major maintenance has needed to be done besides my struts. So all in all, it works. If you're in a situation like mine, yeah, buy the 2019.

Even if you walk in having no clue what you're looking for, they’ll dial right into what you need with an amazing attitude. Best dealership experience I’ve had by far.

Making my first big dealership purchase was a huge decision. Adam gave top-notch customer service, kept the vibe light and explained the paperwork perfectly. I'm thankful for everything.
2019 Jeep Cherokee review
I bought my 2019 Cherokee new in July 2019. I have had it for 4 and a half years now and I have had no problems at all. I have over 61k miles on it. I do worry about the warranty being up that something might happen but it has not given me any issues so I shouldn't really be letting it bother me. This is the longest I have had a vehicle. I usually keep a car and trade it in around 3 years but I have loved driving this car so much that I have no desire in letting it go. I hate that Jeep is no longer producing more of these.

Great dealership!! Went in with a car that was not in best of shape. Was able to leave with a better car. These guys are the best. I would highly recommend. They not only made sure I got a safe reliable vehicle, they worked with me so much on my price :)
2019 Jeep Cherokee review
We purchased the same night a wrangler sport JLU 3.6 manual trans and this Cherokee Limited with the same engine and the 9-speed automatic. And oh boy, these cars were completely different despite having the same 3.6 Pentastar engine. Launching the Wrangler was never an issue. Launching the Cherokee and even more reaccelerating was truly painful and required a lot of preparation. Sometimes, the transmission would take few seconds before downshifting making the throttle response slow at best. Other than that, the car proved to be reliable and was extremely silent and very well equipped. I would recommend that car as a commuter for someone who is not seeking any driving fun. For families who enjoy long trips, there are better and more responsive options out there.

The reviews initially made me a little hesitant, but I’m so glad I still followed through and visited the dealership to check out the vehicle. I was thrilled with my experience! The price was great, and the vehicles were in amazing shape. They also perform a 165-point safety inspection and take care of anything the vehicle needs before putting it on the lot. Overall, I’m very happy I gave them a chance and would definitely recommend checking them out!

I signed for a 2018 transit connect. Most banks refused to give me a loan. They found a bank that said yes for $385 a month. Progressive gave a 179$ a month insurance. Total came to 564$. The car drives like a luxury car with nice space in it. I made it a camper. Price is reasonable. Car runs well. Back light was out. The mechanic there fixed it right away when I brought it in. They did a great job. I give them 4 stars.

Imperial SubaruReviews
Imperial Subaru review
My wife and I leased a forester for 3 years and decided to buy a CROSTREK 2025 . WE decided our joints couldn't quite get used to getting in and out so we went back and purchased a 2026 Forester. We had a stress less experience buying a car with Emily Messier who walked us through a great experience. Rmilu is professional and very friendly. I would recommend any interested new car buyer to visit Imperial Subaru in Foxborough and seeing Emily for a great car buying experience. We were so pleased with Emily and I am sure we would go back again. Thank you EMILY.
2019 Jeep Cherokee review
Would recommend this vehicle. Overall very good value and has proven very reliable. Sorry to hear it is being discontinued Jeep had a winner and what I thought was a great tweeter between the Compass and Grand Cherokee.

One of the best experiences I have ever had. From the initial call speaking to the representative Jordan, boarding a flight out of JFK Airport, being picked up by Jordan at Rochester Airport, Transporting us to the dealership in Avon, all paper work ready to sign. Everyone at the dealership were friendly, courteous, and professional. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!! Michael M.
