I need to let everyone know the owner of this dealership is one of the most honest and kind people I have ever met, and as far as dealers go, I have never met any like him. Fair pricing, and great service. This dealer will always be my first stop in the future.
2017 Jeep Compass review
Now in my 6th year with my 2017 and still like it. My complaints are simple. Needs larger fuel tank, better gas mileage considering its size and engine, would prefer manual transmission, and get rid of the xxxx engine shut off function. Love the size, comfortable, still seems solid. My only repair was replacement of the satnav unit that crapped out.

2017 Jeep Compass review
Bought the New 2017 Limited Compass right out of the gate in 2017. Exterior styling is amazing (many compliments), love the grille, black roof is sharp. Interior is great with the exception of no place to put sunglasses/phone. Electronics have been a bit glitchy - remote start rarely works, screen freezes often. Wish the shifting was more aggressive. Put your foot on the gas and it seems bogged down in a gear that's too high, very unresponsive acceleration. I always override the auto-feature that turns the car off at idle - a few incidents that I felt were unsafe. It drives really well in snow but I once bent the underbody shield on city streets after a snowfall. It's a pretty, but delicate Jeep. I love this vehicle but I hope some improvements came with the next model years before I buy another :)

Wallace Imports of Johnson City review
My husband and I just purchased a new 2026 Subaru Crosstrek with a trade-in and this was the best experience with a dealership we ever had in our lives and we saw plenty of dealerships in the last 50 years.. Starting with the first communication which was Ms. Holly, with the meeting and paperwork with Ms. Erika and the finances documentations with Mr. Joey. All 3 of them were professional, knowledgeable, customer friendly and they all went the extra mile to please the customer by explaining every detail we asked. They also have a follow up after the sale making sure all is going well. Thank you all, we love our new car and will recommend your company to everyone I know they are looking for a vehicle. This dealership staff is doing a win-win for everyone, they are fair, trustworthy and want to keep customers long term. We came from NC here and we both are impressed with everyone's service and we highly recommend them.
