Bought the New 2017 Limited Compass right out of the gate in 2017. Exterior styling is amazing (many compliments), love the grille, black roof is sharp. Interior is great with the exception of no place to put sunglasses/phone. Electronics have been a bit glitchy - remote start rarely works, screen freezes often. Wish the shifting was more aggressive. Put your foot on the gas and it seems bogged down in a gear that's too high, very unresponsive acceleration. I always override the auto-feature that turns the car off at idle - a few incidents that I felt were unsafe. It drives really well in snow but I once bent the underbody shield on city streets after a snowfall. It's a pretty, but delicate Jeep. I love this vehicle but I hope some improvements came with the next model years before I buy another :)

We needed the Infotainment replaced. We were told the part was out of stock at the home office, and it would take awhile to get the part. We were pleasantly surprised that it did not take as long as anticipated. Thank so much, you saved the day. My daughter's band were getting ready to go on tour and open for Jimmy Eat World at the end of this month. All the band members of The Pauses, are very happy, because they are able to work their day jobs online while touring around the US.

I have found out today that Amy Henderson has moved from Winston Salem to Tampa,FL. She was so wonderful & friendly to buy a car from. She never was pushy & was able to answer any questions that we had. I bought 2 new cars from her and just wish we could deal with her when needing another one. Just bought a new car today at Car Max, and actually traded in my car that I previously bought from Car Max 2 years ago. I worked with Nick, who was absolutely wonderful from start to finish! I had talked to him yesterday while getting my car appraised and when we tried to set an appointment for me to come back to look at a car, we realized we worked almost the exact same hours. Nick so kindly offered to stay late so I could come at a time convenient to me. He did everything he could to make my experience as great as it could be, and he truly did an awesome job! He even ended up staying 3 hours after his shift was supposed to end, but he was so cheerful, you never would have known! Anyone looking for a car, definitely see Nick @ Car Max! He's not "just another car salesman" .. he's honest and helpful and gives great customer service!
