I,ve had several Jeeps and Subarus and Chevys and my Compass Latitude 4x4 is as good as any for around the city and my freeway trips. Better than the Subaru for the highway and offroad. I feel safe. posted this as i feel some people are harsh and wrong about Jeeps. Do the required oil and transmission services as requested.

Christopher was an excellent sales consultant during a busy year-end with a more complicated sale that required shipping the vehicle out of state to a rather picky buyer (me). Compared to another dealer I contacted this experience was “night and day”. I’d definitely recommend others to consider working with this dealership at least for the sales experience. I particularly enjoyed the fact that Chris found another RSX driver amongst the White Bear employees to perform a brief road test of my eventual car to set my mind at some ease for a real-world experience. They also were fairly cooperative about most of my requests to “seal the deal” (minor touch-up/clean up items). My only suggestions would be to see about hastening the shipping experience if that’s even possible and put a bit more effort into detail of the car before listing for sale - the car had been in their hands for a couple of months and just needed a couple small detail items to make it close to perfect for selling a 20+ year old vehicle (these were the items I had to request at time of negotiation). Nice work overall - just looking forward to the shipper to arrive that will be a great day!

I own a 2018 Compass with 1.4 l gas engine, 125 kw, 170 HP. This is not mentionned in the article. And this engine is quite more powerful than the American atmospheric one. Still, the Jeep is not quick :) The gas pedal still 'creates more sound than speed' :) Giedrius, Europe

I have only been living in Chattanooga 3 months and scheduled my older Fusion for an overdue recall, or two. Fred impressed me, and from a mild interest in a newer, faster Fusion, I asked him to introduce me to one of the sales staff. Greg was very easygoing and we had a great time talking cars and other things. A short while later, Kris and I were finishing paperwork on a 325hp Fusion Sport. Oorah! Great overall experience.

Based on driving habits. I never had a major issue. Drives great, rides nice, sound of speakers could be better but overall best SUV I ever got. Others may complain. But riding it hard all the time will tear up anything u drive. But overall keeping as long it goes 4 yrs so far and can't complain

Had a tough start with my purchases of the 2 cars I planned to purchase as salesperson Luis Moreta was very non responsive as time went on and numbers changed as far as my trade in values on my 2 cars. He started at one number and the next day that number went down when I asked for number to possibly go up. First time I?ve ever had that happen. So I was done dealing with him and was planning on going to another dealership. Then I figured I?d give them one more shot and Amy Rodrigue and Nancy Vega made my experience as I would have expected. They were super responsive and listened to me explain my issues with original salesperson. They made the purchases of 2 cars extremely easy and from start to finish everything was put together in just over 24hours. Early in 2025 (11 months ago) I wrote a lengthy review of Berge on Google and now when I try to update it, it does not give me the "post" option again so I am putting the January 29, 2026 update here. Updated Jan. 29, 2026: I really enjoyed my 2025 Crown Signia Limited, but I decided I wanted a vehicle that was a little higher for ease of exit and entrance - I'm not getting any younger....so today I went back to visit Ernie Beler at Berge and decided to purchase one of the new 2026 RAV4's since they have a new attractive design, are slightly higher and are getting excellent gas mileage! I worked with Ernie and the "team" and ended up with a good solution! Thank You Ernie, John, Enrique, Scott, & Jeffery for treating me like "one of the family". My new vehicle is en route from Japan and I should be driving it within 2 weeks! I have referred a number of people to Berge and one of my last referrals resulted in Ernie selling a new 2025 RAV 4 to my snowbird neighbors from Iowa. They also tried working with a local Toyota dealership in Iowa but they found Ernie and Berge to be much easier to work with and Ernie was able to find just the right vehicle for them! They were quite happy with their experience and shared their pleasure with me. Need I say more??? This is a TOP notch dealership and their goal is to have many happy customers.
