Super fast, knowledge, experienced and not just out to take your money. I’ve only ever had horrible car buying experiences but from start to finish, it just felt right. Dennis was my salesman and he wasn’t pushy, he took the time to answer my questions and get the information I needed to make the right choice for me. The first route wasn’t an option for my current situation but i ultimately walked out with a 2022 Durango R/T, I made one tiny little request before my purchase and they made it happen for me! Not to mention it was a holiday and they had to stay late to complete my purchase. After to my prior experience, I was contacted by Mr. Herman and he apologized for the experience. He listened to my complaint and corrected the situation. Mr. Herman was very apologetical and understanding about why I was upset. He worked diligently with Danny to find a deal for me. I came in on yesterday evening I met with Adam and Danny to find a vehicle. Danny found the perfect SUV and had all of the paperwork ready upon my arrive. Both Adam and Danny handled the my situation with EXPECTIONAL customer service and I am beyond elated! Danny even stayed passed his scheduled time to assist me getting everything completed. Not only did she assist with a complex lease buy out, she truly went out of her way to make sure I was driving home with the best car I could find. I ended up with a 2019 Volvo XC60 that I love just as much as the service I received from Sheeren. I live around 2 hours away from the dealership but I will continue to make the drive and recommend you do the same, she is worth it!
