While on a short recuperative getaway in York, ME the tire pressure light lit up on the dashboard of my recently-purchased Certified 2012 Honda CR-V. Not wanting to take a chance on a 3 1/2 hour drive home to CT, I looked up the nearest Honda dealer. It was in Dover, NH,about a 25- minute drive from where we were staying. I did not make an appointment, suspecting (hoping) it was nothing more than the tire needing air, but since I had spinal surgery a few weeks ago and couldn't bend, I was not able to put air in the tire myself. I considered that it was possible I had picked up a nail, and I wanted to be sure my car was safe to drive. As I pulled into a brand-new service drive-in, I was welcomed by a nice young man who asked me what I needed. After I explained the situation he immediately set about servicing the dar. My wife and I were ushered into a waiting area that was new, comfortable, and sparkling clean. After about 25 minutes the service writer (James) came to us with completed paperwork, and he told us that indeed, I had picked up a roofing nail, and the car was ready to be driven. I was extremely pleased with the prompt attention we received, the friendly and welcoming ambience not only provided by James, but by everyone else that we spoke to, and the beautiful and practical new facility.
