DAY and Greg Johnston: great attitude!

I had a non-stressful buying experience recently. Greg is a great ambassador for car salesmanship. No hard sell nonsense, met me halfway on the price, and was polite and well spoken. Same for the sales manager and finance/paperwork manager. Having sold cars myself in the past, I can assure you that they didn't try most of the tricks of the trade. No four square, no attempting to make you feel guilty, no closing tactics. I can't speak to how they treat others, but from the reviews I would say it is similar to the way I was treated. Best part: after we made the deal, the paperwork was finished and signed in about 45 minutes. That's fast. Granted, we were first in line and weren't financing, but that's still good.
Go today to DAY (haha), and you'll find yourself pleasantly surprised. Also, do your research before you go, and go early in the day if you can. I found it very helpful to learn about how to sell cars before I went to the dealership to buy a car, and this was years before I sold them. When you know what they're saying and why they're saying it, everyone is on the same page, and this helps tremendously. Also, you'll know if they're trying to fluff something.
