This is for the service department. So I recently brought my jeep in for routine service, and to address a couple other issues I was having, and I left there beyond impressed with the Chrysler Dodge Jeep St Augustine service department!! The staff was so friendly, helpful and efficient!! I have been to several different dealerships in the past and this is by far the best service I have ever received in my 35 year driving history!! They managed to do an oil change, tire rotation, replacement of a sun visor and a new auxiliary battery for my stop start feature, in less than 1.5 hours.. I just can’t say it enough, how blown away I am with the excellence of this service department!!! I will never again drive anything but a jeep and I will continue to drive a longer distance just to get to them!! By the way, I was equally impressed with the car salesman and entire sales team when I bought my jeep last year!!

From first conversation to handshake, the process was smooth, transparent, and fast enough to make NASCAR pit crews jealous. Chad in sales management was dialed in, and Manny ?The Greek? in finance? Total pro. He had me signed, sealed, and home in time for dinner. It?s rare to find a team that blends professionalism, performance, and genuine character like this one.
