I used the service department to make two separate repairs on a Jeep at different times.. Josh Kohn advised on both repairs and both repairs were completed as promised. No issues months later. Solid quality workmanship. I also have dealt with Joe Thomas in sales on a used car transaction. Joe was extremely helpful throughout the transaction. I strongly recommend this dealer for Sales & Service.
Had a great experience getting our new Toyota here. Everyone was friendly and the entire process from start to finish was fast (which has been on my greatest frustrations during previous car purchases). I love my new Highlander, it was exactly the car I had researched and wanted for months only finally deciding to pull the trigger after taking to Molly over email. Will definitely be back and tell others.
Marty, salesman, is very professional and honest. He has held true to everything that he said he would do. I have no complaints with this dealership. If you are looking for a dependable used car, I highly recommend Marty. In today's society, this type of service is not the norm.
Waiting area and the whole new car area is in desperate need of updates. Feels old and dirty. Service department is the only reason I go and that isn't much better. The last 2 visits, one or two service writers working and they do not like making eye contact to acknowledge you.
Robert Heppler has help me with getting a new truck for 6 -8 years real good at what he does dealership is very nice and clean people are nice and friendly When looking for new or used will keep going back to see Robert THANKS AGAIN
Rochester Hills Chrysler Jeep values and appreciates their customers! I had a very negative experience at a dealer on Hall Rd in Macomb and was about to wash my hands and walk away from Jeep altogether when Aaron Carter from Rochester Hills Chrysler Jeep reached out to me via email about my interest in a Renegade. I explained the nightmare I was dealing with and was rethinking Jeep altogether. Aaron asked me to just give him half a day to see if he could do something for me to get me in the Solar Yellow Renegade I wanted. Aaron found a new Solar Yellow with the Power Sunroof and referred me to his manager Gus Abdal who called me to go over my non-negotiables and my negotiables. Both gentlemen worked their magic and not only found me a Renegade with all of my non-negotiables but one with many additional upgrades. They honored the price the other dealer and I had agreed upon even though this new car had all the bells and whistles and cost more. They made it happen! They sent a driver out of state to retrieve it and when it came time to come in and sign all of the paperwork, Aaron saw me walking over to Gus’s desk and stopped what he was busily working on to say, “So, today’s the big day! Picking up the Renegade I see. I ‘m so happy it worked it. Are you excited?” with a huge smile on his face. Gus’s manager also came over to introduce himself and welcomed me to the Jeep family. Gus was nothing but extraordinary from that first phone call to the moment I drove off the lot. He walked me through each and every step of the process, explaining it all. On pickup day, he took me out to my new car and spent 45 minutes with me, showing me each and every single option and how it functioned and had me do everything with him there to make sure I understood how everything worked including setting up my radio stations and Bluetooth. Aaron and Gus are my Knights in Shining Armor! Both gentleman really worked hard to turn this very unhappy customer coming from another dealer to a happy one because of them at Rochester Hills Jeep. If you are in the market for a Chrysler or Jeep - Rochester Hills Chrysler Jeep is the place to go! Just ask for Aaron Carter or Gus Abdal. These two gentlemen will listen to you and find you exactly what you want!
I called over the phone in reference to a couple of vehicles of my interest, I believe his name was "Bill." He was very friendly and tried to help the best he could. Gave me information on the vehicle similar to what I was looking for. I didn't purchase I car from here but it will be iron in the future and I would recommend them to everyone.
I went in on a Saturday and I am big college football fan so Nick Burns set me up right in front of one of the big screen TVs. It was towards the end of the noon games and Nick Burns grabbed the remote and put on the game I requested immediately. While Nick Burns was pricing out two trucks that best matched what I was looking for, other salesman would stop by and ask how I was doing and would strike up a quick conversation about college football. I felt like not only Nick Burns was looking out for my best interest but all the other salesman would check on me to make sure I was comfortable which made for a great experience. Nick Burns brought over two trucks and we were able to get a deal done on a great F150 that I really enjoy driving. I could not have asked for a better experience, didn't miss a play of college football, and was able to get the deal and truck that I wanted. Greatly appreciate Nick Burns as he went way above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. He was completely upfront and honest with me about what he could do and he delivered on his word. Highly recommend going to Nick Burns and I have already brought him up several times to family, friends, and co-workers that if they want to get a vehicle, they HAVE to go to Nick Burns and Suburban Ford of Ferndale! I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After not finding the new 2017 Jeep I was seeking at my local go to dealership I broadened my search distance. After looking at Jeeps at 7 dealerships far from home and being discouraged for various reasons regarding these visits, I had one more go at it and drove to Snethkamp Jeep far away. Story is: was paired with salesman who actually listened and was interested in our satisfaction to make the deal happen. The visit evolved: examined condition of, test drove, liked Jeep, discussed terms of deal including trade in $, struck agreements for sale. Drove home in new Jeep same day! Shopping for a car for my teenage daughter had been difficult, but Marsh Auto Sales made it easy. They have 4 or 5 cars in my price range, with good looking vehicles for the price. I sent them an inquiry, and within 30 minutes received a reply to reach out to them with any additional questions. When I arrived, they not only had the cars I saw on Cars.com, but others, and I bought a car that evening. They fixed a couple of issues with the car (put a new light bulb in the headlight, and fixed a sticky door handle), and I picked it up the next morning. The best part was there were not a lot of additional costs. They only charge a paper work fee, but not a delivery fee and a cleaning detail fee, and they didn't charge extra give a printout of the carfax and fix the items I asked to have fixed. Great Experience!
Very happy with the service. Andrew and Jameson were very helpful. My vehicle broke down just down the road from their dealership and they sent someone down to get my vehicle off the road, traded it in and got me in a new to me Cadillac the same day!! Outstanding people and a very nice selection of used vehicles! Will recommend to anyone looking for a car!
