My 2018 Ford Focus had a recall on its tensioner rod and oil pump belt. This dealership was very responsive about this recall after I called numerous other Ford dealerships to have them tell me I could not tow my vehicle to their location due to construction or inform me this part was not available and I would have to be placed on a waiting list. The helpful staff at the service department were great and I appreciate their respect and kindness during this very stressful time. When we returned he had everything all set and we were able to complete the purchase. Overall an outstanding job. Would highly recommend to anyone looking of a Ford.
