CarMax Costa MesaReviews
CarMax Costa Mesa review
I just recently purchased a Mercedes M-Class from CarMax at Costa Mesa. I was ready with all the salesman pitches, haggling and general unplesantness that is associated with buying a car (paperwork, insurance, time, etc). But moment I walked in Kyle and Ron made me feel welcome and we were outta there with our new car in no time. We had little clerical error but they made sure that we had the that day to drive home with the best price possible (they gave the best trade-in value as well). Thanks CarMax.

Hertz Car Sales NorwalkReviews
Hertz Car Sales Norwalk review
I saw my dream car in this dealership through cars.com and sent them a message. They responded in a timely manner and invited me for a test drive. Next week I drove all the way from San Diego and Obi remembered me and the car I wanted! He was busy when I arrived but he made sure I was taken care of and sent me to Sergio, who was great. He took his time with me and made me feel really comfortable with the purchase I was making. At no point did I feel pressured into buying this car. I also really appreciated that they took care of all the financial things (they dealt with my bank to get me approved for the loan). The car itself was even better than I'd hoped for, and came with a 12 month/12000 mile warranty. Absolutely nothing was wrong with it (other than some minor wear and tear). They do have a no haggling policy, which I was perfectly fine with because the price was already unbeatable. Thank you Obi One & Sergio! Still can't believe that car is mine!

Temecula NissanReviews
Temecula Nissan review
I had an outstanding experience at the dealership. From the start, Logan, the salesman, was extremely helpful, answering all my questions with honesty and clarity. Greg, the sales manager, ensured the entire process was seamless, with no hidden fees or surprises. Israel, the finance manager, made the financing smooth and pressure-free—he simply ensured I had what I needed and then expedited the paperwork. Once everything was done, the truck was ready—clean, full tank, and on time. As for the truck itself, my 2026 Nissan Frontier is phenomenal. I’m thrilled with my choice—the truck is comfortable, powerful, and incredibly useful. I highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a Nissan, and I absolutely recommend the Frontier to anyone who needs a dependable midsize truck.

Jim Burke Ford Downtown review
I wanted to take a moment to share how impressed I was with my recent experience at your dealership. I started with Nicole Martinez, and she understood my situation and worked with me online through email. She started this pleasant process and made this deal possible. Both my salesman, Carlos Mendoza, and the finance representative, Jose Martinez, were exceptional to work with! They were friendly, professional, honest, and straightforward throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer my questions without any pressure, explained everything clearly, and made what can sometimes be a stressful experience feel easy and enjoyable. The entire purchase process was efficient from start to finish, and I truly appreciated how transparent and respectful everyone was. It's refreshing to work with people who genuinely care about providing excellent customer service. Because of this outstanding experience, I would absolutely return to your dealership if I were in the market for another vehicle, and I would not hesitate to recommend your dealership to friends and family. Thank you for making my car-buying experience such a positive one. Please pass along my appreciation to everyone involved.

2025 Jeep Wrangler review
Incredible vehicle. Especially if you put a manufacturer 3 inch lift on it and aftermarket wheels and tires and running boards. A total beast if you can’t afford the Renegade or if you are too upside down on your trade. If you don’t know the Jeep go get one. It’s life-changing.
