Once again, I had a great experience at St. Charles Nissan. I needed new tires and an oil change before Friday. I called on Wednesday morning and Al worked diligently to secure my hard to find wheels and had everything completed by Thursday evening. To top it off, they cleaned up my dirt car at no extra cost. Was in and out with my new truck in less than two hours. In that time we took three different trucks out for a test drive, was approved for our loan with a much better interest rate than we were anticipating and they processed our trade in with a very reasonable offer. We had a very rambunctious 2 year old with us as well as our 8 year old and they were very accommodating and understanding. They had Capri suns for the kids and turned on cartoons for them also. Out of our recent car buying experience this was the best by far! I hope we don’t need another vehicle soon but if we do this will be our first place to go. It was an hour drive but very worth it.

I had a good experience while purchasing my 2013 GMC Yukon XL. We got a great deal and a good loan package. If you're in the market for a used car, give Mike Kaufman a call. He was a pleasure to work with and obviously enjoys his job. Just one suggestion - the customer lobby could use a popcorn machine. :-) This seems to be a popular addition to a lot of other dealerships.
Scheduled appt for my 2017 Honda CRV, the lane change departure sensor warning was off, and rear warning was sensor was off. Paul Quisenberry was my Service Agent, he was very nice and explained what he was checking and why. Very efficient and also washed my car while I was there. While I waited the Loyalty Rep checked on me, to make sure I knew what the Loyalty Program was about, I appreciate their attention to detail and great service.
I've never taken the time to write a review on a car buying experience, but I HAD to after going to Andrew with Behlmann's Carnection in St. Peters, MO . Most satisfying car buying experience that I have ever had. I've never felt as at ease as I felt buying a car from Andrew. He was very patient, knowledgeable and beyond helpful. Better yet, I was not there ALL day. Everyone else at the dealership was extremely pleasant as well. I just can't say how much I loved this experience, and would recommend them to anyone. Because I live in Illinois, it was about an hour drive for me but I would happily do it again. Thank you Andrew for being so wonderful to work with.
We purchased a 2013 Ram mega cab dually from this dealer ship. I flew 800 miles from Pennsylvania to pick up my truck. This dealer picked me up from the Airport at there expence. When we got to the dealership they told me that the Salesperson accidentally had a fender bender pulling my truck out of the parking Space. No biggie, they agreed to pay for any damage that was done to the vehicle when I got back to Pennsylvania. Once back in Pennsylvania we took the vehicle to the bodyshop had the vehicle repaired bill was paid by Lou Fuze dealer ship. Also once in Pa. The truck threw a check engine light. Once again. I called lou Fuze from PA they told me to have it repaired at at dodge dealership of my choice. Vehicle was repaired Lou Fuze again paid the warranty bill no problems what so ever. I can't Express enough how great this dealership treated us from the first phone call asking about the vehicle to after the sale customer service. I would fly the 800 miles again to purchase a vehicle from them in the future. It was definitely worth our time to do so. Great Price on the Truck and great Customer Service
