My brakes gave out on my 16-year-old Forester as I was leaving town and heading home--I was in Pittsburgh visiting my mother. I had been toying with the idea of buying a new Subaru, and the repair bill was what tipped me to making the purchase. At first no one would pay attention to me when I went down to the showroom, so I was watching TV and planning my car future when Greg Johnston came into the room to deliver keys to a new buyer and I engaged him in conversation. He was friendly and offered to help me then and there--even though it was near closing. I never felt rushed and he took the time to explain everything to me about the different models of Crosstrek. I came back Saturday morning and drove a new car home. I love it. Greg made the experience stress free. He had a sense of humor (even when I sort of gave him a hard time). Everything about the car was explained to me and I am planning on going back for a refresher course this week. Going from a 16 year old car to a brand new one is like going from a model T to a spaceship--and I'm no spring chicken! All salespeople should be as attentive and easy-going as Greg. I hope he's there in 16 years when I may be in the market for a new car. Until then, I can only refer my friends and family to him.
The service department was very helpful when my vehicle started making all kinds of noises. I called they scheduled an appointment that was convenient for me. They diagnosed the problem explained what was wrong and what needed done. They made the repairs and I was on my way. I have been going to them for years.
Jeff Krivickas did an outstanding job of guiding my husband and me through the buying process. He was kind and so patient as he educated us on the tech features of our new car and we left the dealership feeling very comfortable with our Corolla hatchback.
I was extremely pleased with the efficiency of my service at Moon Hyundai. One the service center was easy to make an appointment with. Two, they were kind enough to send a reminder. Three, they were prompt with greeting me and making me feel comfortable during my wait. Four, the waiting area was comfortable. Five, the wait time was short and exactly as promised. Finally everyone was nice and accommodating and so efficient. Everything was explained and my car was waiting steps away. It was a very pleasant experience as car appointments can sometimes be less than. Thanks Moon Hyundai, Another reason I love my car!

Talked about it for months, researched and then went on Life Mart. John contacted me shortly thereafter, of course I didn't answer right away but he kept trying and said they had what I wanted and would I like to stop in and see it. He was great, not pushy but informative and really worked with my budget and trade in.
We arrived at a very busy dealership on Black Friday, expecting a long wait. Immediately, we were greeted by the sales manager and within a few minutes Kitty introduced herself and we were test driving a vehicle. We were treated fairly and the whole team provided exceptional and professional service.

I searched the Ron Lewis Automotive website and after contacting Gayle the sales woman it was a great process from there on. I wanted to go up to see Gayle and even though she was scheduled off she met me there . She is the best by far. I also met scott the general manager which was extremely nice to make everything work out . Betty in finance was so awesome to deal with to finalize it all . I am very glad I drove 90 minutes to deal with them because we are so happy with them and how nice they treated us . Thanks For Everything Folks . The Cross’S
Tried to get a test drive during the first big snowfall of the year. WIth a little shuffling between salespeople, they were glad to pull out my car and let me take it around the block a few times. Came back a few days later to buy it and am now zipping along happily. Thanks Ben!
