'They took the time to answer all of my questions, and at no time, did they pressure me to "close" the sale. Additionally, the "after sale" service --> is fabulous! After a drive by a few days prior, I decided to stop in to the dealership late on a Saturday. Jesse greeted me at the door and was very informative about the MDX I was interested in seeing. I had never owned an Acura vehicle and was a bit skeptical until he started describing all the features the car had. Jesse was knowledgeable about the vehicle, not pushy, and gave me the keys for a test drive. When I made the decision to purchase, Jesse had things underway and ready upon my arrival. He and Aaron made the deal easy to complete. Overall, an Awesome Experience! Fyi ??? the dealership is the most modern I have experienced in town with it's amenities and relaxing atmosphere. Now I'm not dreading the service department as I have a good place to hang out if I decide to wait on my car.
Purchased a used pickup for my son's first truck and all the folks at the Auto Shoppe treated us like family. Lanis went out of his way to earn our business. When we need another car, the Auto Shoppe will be our fist call.
High Five to my Saleslady.... Tamera went way above and beyond to get me in the vehicle that I was looking at... Actually booted a Sales Manager out of the car for the night, to make sure it was at the dealership that evening for us to take a look at. Then, met me at 8:00 AM on her day off to get the deal across the finish line.
This is the second time we have bought a car at Corwin Dodge. Bill Strong has been the salmon for both. He has always treated us as friends instead of just customers. He lets the car sell itself and does not use high pressure tactics. All in all it was a very good experience. I would recommend Bill to any of my friends!
Found a car for traveling for work, found what I was looking for with the help of Ben Bowden. Found a car that is comfortable to drive and with really good fuel economy. Will be going back when I need a car in the future.
I just purchased a brand new Mazda and received excellent customer service. My sales representative, Nathanael Richard, was very knowledgeable, thorough, helpful and far from pushy. Even after the purchase of my vehicle, Nathan has taken the time to answer several questions for me. Not only did I have a great experience with Nathan, but the entire team was very friendly and welcoming. I could not be happier with my car and will more than likely be a life time Mazda customer - I would highly recommend this dealership.

One of the most pleasant car buying experiences I’ve ever had. Our salesperson Riley was very knowledgeable and friendly. No high pressure at all. Ray, in the finance dept was also very helpful and explained our options clearly. We were very pleased with the experience!
I have been looking for a truck for nearly two years, whelp this weekend I pulled the trigger. The salesman was Dallas, he was no pressure and no hassle. Dallas was up front and just wanted to make sure I was taken care of. I compared trucks from several dealerships over several states. It came down to a handshake and a promise of service. I went with the F-150 over all others and couldn’t be happier. It rides better than my luxury sedan. If you get a chance stop in at Tri Lakes Ford and see Dallas, he’s also on their youtube video.
This team is very responsive and cares about their guests! I submitted several requests to various dealerships looking for a vehicle and though I received initial answers back, Oakley is the only one that cared enough to stick with me and help me find a vehicle that fit my budget and taste. With them being in Branson and me in Springfield, I didn't want to make several trips back and forth. I wanted to hash out the details beforehand to ensure it was a workable choice for me and my budget. Chad patiently let me hash out the details with him beforehand via text and email so I didn't have to make several trips there. Chad sent me pictures of the vehicles that fit within my guidelines and I went over the links and carfax reports with a fine tooth comb, texting him questions along the way as they came up. He was very responsive and worked with me the way I wanted to handle it (via text and email). Chad had Chris go ahead and get me pre-approved for the loan and when I finally narrowed down my choices, all I had to do was make one trip there to test drive and make a decision! Bada Bing, Baba boom! Doing it this way worked well for me. I didn't feel any pressure to make a hasty decision at all and it proved to be an efficient trip when I went. Chad's goal was to find the right vehicle for me and he nailed it! I highly recommend this dealership and Chad!!
Just a nonsense dealership. Gave us what we needed, when we needed it. Their selection seemed all inclusive, with many options. Definitely recommend to others.
