Mercedes-Benz of Wilmington review
Karen & Geoff! They both went way beyond an average or even exceptional experience. Karen is always so helpful and even though she was off the clock and had a personal appointment she still walked me to my car to help me with an issue. She then got a team (literally) to help me with a tech issue and an issue with a part that needed to be attached after the airbag was replaced. Geoff would not give up helping me pair my phone and look for the audio aux input. He even continued researching the issue by looking online after I had to leave and called me with his research results. Great team of people at Wilmington!
2026 Jeep Wrangler review
Bought a new Willys model 2 door. Got nearly 10k off at Brandon Tomes in McKinney. Best Jeep I’ve had so far, and I’ve owned quite a few, dating back to the eighties. Mine has the 2.0 turbo and the 8 speed automatic, and it is surprisingly quick. A bit of turbo lag, but it comes in early at about 3k rpm, and the torque is fantastic. Seems like a lotta folks still want the inline six, but after owning two, those engines are dogs. Also had two V6 models, a JK and JT, and this engine outperforms both. With proper maintenance, should last a good while, but we’ll see. The 8 speed has a great reputation, as does the Rubicon spec suspension. Overall, happy with this Jeep, would recommend.

2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
I just love everything about my 2021 80th anniversary edition G/C! I purchased new but now has 81000km. So much enjoy all the style comfort with no issues. So much more reliable and better looking than the new body style that was released later in 2021.

2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
New Jeep GC owner…about a month in. Bought a ‘23 Grand Cherokee Summit after admiring the looks of it. Was nervous to purchase because I usually drive foreign. I also own a ‘22 Audi and have to say that the quality of my Jeep is comparable. I am pleasantly surprised by the drive as well as the quality of the finishes. The ride is quiet and smooth. The 6 cylinder has plenty of pep and has no trouble getting down the highway. It even has a bit of a growl when you step down on it. I legit smile every time I drive my Jeep.

Great Experience. Salesman not pushy at all! Loved it. My daughter had a list of cars and this gentleman had each car ready when we finished each test drive. Love AutoLenders!
2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
Besides the hefty amount of recalls in the first year, overall has been the best Jeep I’ve owned. Super comfortable, very reliable in weather conditions. Can sit in it for 6+ hours a day without my back hurting (I have a rod in my back). Traded a hellcat for more comfort. It was worth it. Probably best adult decision I’ve made. Does pretty well on gas. (3.6L) I get about 584 range, sometimes 598 depending on how traffic is. However the interior could have been constructed of better materials. (Steering wheel stitching came lose but covered under warranty). Had it since end of March 23 with 25k miles already. No huge issues, never had to worry about screen issues (like what I’ve heard about 21-22 models). I would recommend this vehicle to anyone who is looking for an upgrade from previous body style GC, bigger suv with legroom, and enjoyable drive. I test drove a RAV4, CR-V. Ended up buying a 23 Jeep. Most vehicles in the market don’t have the technology the Jeep has. Toyota is a few years behind (& the road noise is unbearable), CR-V doesn’t have enough pep in its step ( Also the interior gives off impoverished/ barely any enjoyable features and buttons. Jeep is perfect. I love how a lot of options are in the screen but also below the screen. Not too cluttered.

2025 Jeep Wrangler 4xe review
My Jeep journey started with Patriot, followed by Cherokee, and recent upgrade to Wrangler. Each one had it's advantages over the others. Most notable changes are in electronics and interior design. Embedded computer with focus on non-stop entertainment is a distraction for a vehicle used in exploring the nature. The computer should not wake up when you open any door to load or unload things. Doors removal option is way less important than towing capability or surrounding sensors that help with parking, backing out of the garage, or changing lanes in heavy traffic. Wranglers gas cap and the hood should come locked by default. Phone pocket is too narrow for Samsung and there is no simple way to mount it elsewhere. Window control should be on the doors instead of crowded dashboard. Noise in Wrangler is higher than other two models I owned in the past.

I special ordered my 2021 4 dr Sahara in Feb of 2022 and received it 4/1. I have previously owned 4 JK models over the yrs. The 2021 I just love. the interior appts, the dash layout with the nav. I got the upgraded leather seats and paint color white with One Touch Skyview top. Got the 3.6 with E torque for powerplant. They improved on the brakes vs JK. Much stronger!

First time buyer at D'Ambrosio as we had been looking for a pre-owned Jeep Grand Cherokee for our daughter. The team was so very helpful for our family and Rachel Brennan did an awesome job! 2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited review
I've owned my 2014 Jeep Wrangler for years, and it has been one of the most enjoyable vehicles I've ever had. It's incredibly capable both on and off the road, and there's nothing quite like taking the top and doors off on a nice day. Whether it's a weekend trail ride or just cruising around town, every drive is an adventure. The Wrangler's rugged design, solid four-wheel-drive system, and legendary reliability make it a vehicle you can count on. Maintenance has been straightforward, and parts and accessories are easy to find, making it simple to customize and keep it looking great. What I appreciate most is the Wrangler community. Jeep owners are always willing to lend a hand, share advice, and wave as you pass by. It's more than just owning a vehicle—it's being part of a lifestyle. If you're looking for a vehicle that's dependable, fun to drive, and built to go places most vehicles can't, the 2014 Jeep Wrangler is hard to beat. After all these years, I still look forward to getting behind the wheel every chance I get. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another Wrangler.

AutoLenders Exton review
Since it's been six months since I bought my 2014 Magma Red Touring Sport 370z from Auto Lenders down in Exton, I thought It would be a good time to leave a long term review for anyone curious. Pro's - -Super easy to get into contact with, either with text or call. -Super Friendly, laid back, not pushy -Good Atmosphere. As someone who's been around dealerships for half of my life since my father was a master mechanic, this place felt welcoming, and the staff were nice, friendly and laidback as I stated before. It's also very clean and accommodating If you need to hang around for awhile. No sitting in a small room with magazines. -Relatively Quick all things considered. I went in to see my 370z around 2:30 from what I remember, and I was out the door by 6ish(Sorry guys for making you stay past closing!) -No one in the car with you for test driving. This isn't a bag per say, I was just super surprised by this. I walked in, showed serious interest, and my guy, Ryan, just got it prepped for me and let me take it out with a spin. I thought for sure he or someone else would come with me since it's a sports car, but nope. -Didn't try to rip me off with any of that extra crap like paint and fabric protection, Nitogren tires etc, thank god. I think mine only had etching. -Very transparent in their pricing, and give you time to think it over. I felt literally zero pressure from my guy Ryan, or anyone. They honored their sales price. -Financing. I don't know for other people, but they were nearly able to match my own bank, with my bank giving 5% APR, and their Bank in Pittsburg giving me 6% APR, and that's for a sports car. Granted I have goodish credit, so I don't know how it would work for people with bad credit, so I guess this point subjective. Cons- -No Haggling on car price. What you see is what you get there. I paid a premium for my car but If you do solid research on 370z, you find it's basically worth what they were selling it for. Mine was a garage kept from what I could see, one owner, clean title with 59K milage, well maintained, second rarest color, top every day trim(The Nismo is the track trim), tires and brakes still newish when I bought it. Mine an auto which wasn't my first choice BUT its still a great car for what it is, the last mechanical, analog sports car that's bound to be a classic in the future. These cars, If well maintained, hold their value, so I don't fault them for not tolerating haggling. As for a normal, commuter car, that may be different. Shout out to Ryan, Gus and Joe. Good guys. The Owner was also nice and very laid back.
2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
bought a new 2022 GC Summit. I wanted the hemi, only found it in Summit pkg at the time. Overall love the vehicle interior is as nice as anything out there. Real wood, lots of leather and nice materials overall on interior. Kicking stereo. Had a 2016 Overland with hemi. Wanted one more new hemi before quit making them. Easy 20-22 mpg at 70 mph. Plenty of power, very quiet and smooth. Biggest complaint all the plastic trim on the outside. First time i shut the door sounded like a rattle or something, not as solid as the 2016, when i shut the door it sounded solid. Nothing i could find wrong just pieces seeming to make a noise. Overall love it. Looks great, rides great, descent mileage, and very nice interior. Did i mention messaging seats are real sweet. Also plenty of towing power which i needed. Excellent in the snow as well.

AutoLenders of Newtown Square review
Was skeptical going in but coming out of the dealership was a good story to be had. Worked with William Holcomb and was very fair with my trade-in so in much that I didn’t have to put any money down and it was a 2013. Got the vehicle I wanted with more options then I can imagine and left with a full tank of gas. Also they can me a good deal on their paperwork but I still chose my credit union because there deal was better and it didn’t matter that I went that way. Also I didn’t have to waste my whole day getting the deal done. Less 2 hours and I was leaving with my vehicle. Great experience working with William and auto lender. Thank you Jim Regan

I recently purchased a 2021 Volkswagen Jetta and had the pleasure of working with Gary Thomas. As a 22-year-old woman buying my first car, the process felt overwhelming, but Gary made everything so much easier. He was personable, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to guide me through this major purchase. I truly appreciated being treated like a friend rather than just another customer. I also want to give a huge thank you to Nick, the manager, who was incredibly kind and took the time to chat with my grandpa, who was involved in the process. Their support meant so much to me, and I’m beyond grateful for the outstanding service at Jeff D'Ambrosio. I’ll definitely be recommending this dealership to my friends and family!
2018 Jeep Cherokee review
I like this car a lot. I gave up a lot of interior space when I traded in my Journey for the Cherokee and the ride is not quite as smooth along with less gas milage but every other way it is far superior. Love the 4x4 and how it handles in snow. The interior design is very nice as is the exterior design. More sleek. It is still a nice comfortable ride, especially on the highway. It is much more reliable than my last car. The seat and steering wheel warmers are an extremely nice touch. Yea, I like the Jeep Cherokee very much.

2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
This is my first Jeep I have ever owned. I always liked the looks of the Grand Cherokee. I’m happy with the vehicle. No complaints except it does like to drink gasoline. My previous 4 vehicles were all 8 cylinder full size pickup trucks. The Jeep being a 6 cylinder eats more gas. The Other than that, I’m very happy with my purchase of my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Good looks, drives well, comfortable and safe.

2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
I've owned this for 6+ years. Only 18,300 miles. So, not what I expected when I bought it. I anticipated driving to many hot air balloon events across the country. But, then COVID and work from home. Now retired. No need to drive a lot. I've ensured that all maintenance is done as needed (maybe more often than needed). Other than a minor parking lot ding (not even a note apologizing), it's pristine. Side note: my dealership really wants this as a trade-in. But, I'm not seeing the advantage.

AutoLenders was great to work with. When we couldn’t find the vehicle we were looking for with all the features at their particular location, they were willing to bring in two additional vehicles from other locations for us to also test drive, at no cost to us. Because of their flexibility and ability to bring these other cars in, we ended up purchasing our vehicle from them. They were great to work with!

AutoLenders of Newtown Square review
This is the third time buying a car from AutoLenders. The last time was many years ago. They are getting better with time for sure. The cars on the lot are all in excellent shape and well maintained by prior owners. I love the no haggle buying experience. I feel as though I got an excellent deal on my Hyundai Tucson. The 6 month warranty through the dealer shows they stand by their sales and want you to have peace of mind that problems will be handled. Julian was an excellent sales person and incredibly customer service oriented. He kept running out into the rain to get cars ready for me to drive. He was knowledgeable and informative. Lucas was very helpful and professional in his work to secure financing for my car. Thanks to the team at AutoLenders Newtown Square!

AutoLenders Exton review
It was one of the best experiences buying a used car in years. I found the employees knowledgeable, honest and fair. The offer was exactly as stated in line. The auto is in perfect condition with low mileage at a more than fair price. I would highly recommend This dealership to anyone looking for a great used car.
2022 Jeep Renegade review
I picked the Jeep Renegade in the Trailhawk model because it is the only car in the compact category that also has excellent off roading capabilities. It completely beats out the other "off road" vehicles in its class like the Crosstrek or trailblazer. It also works excellent as a daily driver and great on long highway drives, having way better gas mileage than a pickup or wrangler. No road noise like you get in a wrangler or a truck with big off road tires. I've had this car for a little over a year at this point, with about 7000 miles, and the only thing I can say was any kind of issue was I got warning lights on my dash for the lane sensors, but they were just dirty and a quick wash fixed that problem. I can't say much for reliability just because the car is still so new. I have the leather trim upgrade that you can get with the trailhawk, but even with that the quality of the interior is lacking compared to other vehicle brands at the same price range and category, like the Crosstrek, but looking at Jeep's other vehicles like the Gladiator or Wrangler, it fits right in. Everything does feel high quality. I'm very picky about road noises and rattling panels or vibrations while driving, and I haven't had anything at all yet with this vehicle even when driving on rough roads or hitting bumps. The only reason why I gave this car a lower interior rating is just because of the excessive use of plastic. The exterior is very unique. At first I absolutely hated the blocky look of the renegade, but with all the iconic Jeep stying mixed in and the upgraded look of the trailhawk front bumper, I have grown to really love the way this little SUV looks. The blocky shape gives it extremely good headroom and gives it extra cargo space in the rear. The trailhawk model has armor on the underside to prevent damage by anything you're climbing over when going off road. There are some gaps in the armor that you can fill with available aftermarket parts. I will say that I think the cardboard box aerodynamics are the main reason why the gas mileage is so poor even with such a small engine. With about 55/45 split between in-town and highway driving respectively, on roads with large elevation changes, I do still get 24 mpg combined which is decent. The road handling is also great, the Renegade is a very light car, and even with being a little top heavy it zooms around corners almost like a small sports car. The 1.3l engine is surprisingly torque-y, it took me a little while to get used to being gentle on the throttle, the first few gears are very deep and the tiny turboed engine makes 210 foot pounds of torque so it will launch very quickly until it gets to 3rd/4th gear. The absolute worst and best thing about this car is it's transmission and the way it's programmed. In regular driving, it seems like the transmission has to stop and think about what gear to go to, so swapping gears is a little slow and not as smooth as other cars. At the same time, the transmission is the main reason why this car does extremely, unexpectedly well off road and in poor driving conditions. It will always keep power to wheels that have traction, and so gives impressive control. I have driven this up a mountain trail in the middle of a Montana winter and it felt like a leisurely drive, even purposely drove into tall snow drifts to give myself a challenge and plowed over them without any issue. When I got to the peak in my stock renegade trailhawk the only other vehicle on the peak was a modified, lifted Tacoma with large off road tires that had chains wrapped around them. I'm extremely impressed with how well this compact SUV really does off road. Overall I'm extremely happy with my renegade, and hope to have it for the next decade as a light trail/off road adventure car and daily driver.

2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee L review
I love my vehicle. It's a 2023 model year Jeep Grand Cherokee L in the Summit Reserve trim with the 5.7 liter HEMI V8 engine. Overall sleek exterior design of the vehicle is nice. As for the interior, it's great! Nice and comfortable interior. Palermo leather seats, massaging front seats and power folding rear seats. Heated/ventilated seats for both the first and second rows. Front passenger infotainment screen, interior camera, night vision camera, ambient lighting and a 19-speaker premium audio system. More importantly is the excellent performance. This V8 engine comes with 357 horsepower and 390 pound feet of torque. It'll go from 0-60 in 6.1 seconds. Very good acceleration for sure. A recommended vehicle for performance, enjoying features, hauling passengers and carrying big loads when seats are folded. 👍👍

2022 Jeep Compass review
Bought this 2022 Compass Trail Hawk new for my wife. Earlier this year (2025) we landed a sweetheart deal on a new 2024 Wrangler Sport S. Guess who inherited the Compass ? I stepped down from a Grand Cherokee but I have no regrets. It has had a few electrical teething issues but all have been resolved and have not come back. The handling and fuel economy are much better than the Grand Cherokee. There are only 2 downsides..........the size of the gas tank (13.5 gal vs 24.5) and the cargo space behind the 2nd row seats. I have easily adapted to both ! I want to give a shout-out to our local dealership, Tri-City CDJR. Start to finish, an excellent place to purchase and maintain our Jeeps. BRAVO ZULU !

2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee L review
Just traded my 2014 GG Limited (had 101,000 trouble free miles on her) for a new GC Overland L. Only have 6000 miles on it but so far I am extremely impressed with vehicle. Comfortable, plenty of piwer with the trusty V6. I am still warming up to the exterior of the L, I think the new style looks much better in the two row model and the okd style looks better than both new ones! Time will tell, but after 8 jeeps I have yet to have any major issues.

Bob Johnson Used review
One of the best experiences I have ever had. From the initial call speaking to the representative Jordan, boarding a flight out of JFK Airport, being picked up by Jordan at Rochester Airport, Transporting us to the dealership in Avon, all paper work ready to sign. Everyone at the dealership were friendly, courteous, and professional. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!! Michael M.
2024 Jeep Wrangler 4xe review
The JL exceeded my expectations. In the past Wranglers were clunky and didn't really feel like they were put together too well. My son had a JK and it was a huge advance forward. So I decided to buy the JL and I think it was another huge leap forward. I have fully loaded Ram 2500 but I find myself taking the Jeep most of the time. Okay part of that is trying to park a long bed crew cab, But I do enjoy driving the Jeep and have taken it across country a couple of times. After a 122,000 miles I still love it.

1983 Jeep CJ-7 review
If your looking for a Jeep with bad boy power.....this is it. Chevy 350 is more than enough power to dig through any mud. Fresh paint and is ready to roll. Garage kept for the last 20 years.
