I had an absolutely amazing experience at this dealership! From start to finish, the entire team went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Everyone was welcoming, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making my experience a great one. The customer service was outstanding, the process was smooth, they kept me up to date on all services needed and explained the ?why?. Will be returning.

Precision Honda review
I have been taking my car to be serviced here for over nine years. This past Wednesday, I took my Honda Civic 2016 for an oil change. Every time I go for an oil change, Mr.Guillermo H. Hernandez always welcomes me with a smile, checks the information of my car, and asks me if there are any concerns or worries about my car.The automobile technician Cesar M. is an excellent technician. I want to thank them both for taking care of my vehicle. Happy Holidays!
2019 Kia Cadenza review
First, anybody who automatically passes on considering a Kia (or its sister company Hyundai) when shopping for a new or "newer" used car is making a mistake. Both of these manufacturers create some of the best cars available in a number of different categories. They have become what Toyota and its sister Lexus were 30 years ago, only better. Those brands never offered a 10/100 drivetrain or a 5/60 bumper to bumper warranty with the 5/60 being fully transferrable to a second owner. Bottom line, we own a 2019 Kia Cadenza (fully competitive with a Lexus ES350) with 9,000 miles and the remainder warranty lasting 4 years and 51,000 miles and a drive away price after a minimal trade and much negotiation of $21,600. The CarFax was clean down to the service history. The supply of these is dwindling and/or going up in price because people have read the reviews and articles and choosing these instead of a Toyota Avalon, Chevy Impala, Buick LaCrosse or even an older Lexus ES.

2020 Kia Cadenza review
The Cadenza is a wonderful car. It has plenty of power and has that burst of speed, if you need to use it. The inside is very comfortable and beautifully designed. Plenty of room inside, whether in the front or back. It has all the bells and whistles, at a much lower price that the European equivalents. You won’t be disappointed with a Cadenza.

First Kia I have owned. Bought it used (it's a 2016). Very comfortable car, great interior fit and finished. Great sound system. Surprised how smooth it runs on regular gas. Handling is not great but adequate for a large car. Exterior styling is nothing special. Very happy so far.

I had an outstanding experience working with Andy while searching for a car from out of state. Even though I ultimately found a vehicle closer to home, the level of kindness, honesty, and dedication Andy showed throughout the entire process truly stood out. He took the time to help me pick out the right car, made sure every detail fit my needs, and was completely transparent from start to finish. It’s rare to find a salesperson who demonstrates such genuine integrity and professionalism. Andy’s trustworthiness and ethics made me feel completely confident in the process, and if I ever need another car, he will absolutely be the first person I contact. Highly recommend Andy for anyone looking for a seamless and honest car‑buying experience.

CarMax Grand Rapids (Kentwood)Reviews
CarMax Grand Rapids (Kentwood) review
This review is about their buying process, not their sales. (I live >100 miles away, so I've never had to come this far to buy a car.) After my Ford Fusion Energi PHEV came off lease, I bought it out and resold it to CarMax. Their online assessment process was fair and painless, and they offered me a pretty good price for me car. But that was an estimate, not an offer. I drove my car all the way here expecting to be haggled to death and get a reduced offer, but--it didn't happen. They examined the car and paid me the original offered amount with no dickering at all. It was a pleasant surprise. Fast-forward to today; now I've got a nice Ford Escape PHEV. They gave a nice estimate when I checked online, so I bought out my lease and I need to get the car over here to sell it to them. I'm hoping history will repeat itself.
2018 Kia Cadenza review
So far I love this car. It has great styling and a good looking interior. The infotainment area is very easy to use. I have the sport package. I’ve received so many compliments on its looks. The only down fall is sometimes it’s not as responsive as I’d like. It’s nice in sport mode, but a little sluggish in comfort mode. Still, I like driving it.

CarMax Texas Stadium (Irving) review
Bought a car here. After several years I traded it in and bought another. Values were fair on my trade-ins. Vehicles on the website are really the ones they have on the lot. No pressure, no negotiating, huge selection. Paperwork process like normal. I did have to refinance after I left there because the interest rates were steep and I got better deal from credit union. Overall recommend. Had a car accident, will return to Carmax.

2015 Kia Cadenza review
A nice car, but it has its flaws. Sticker was 38k, bought it brand new in 2016 for 22,000. It was a Steal. Right off the back, dealer needed to update the software because the door locks didn’t work when shifting to drive/ park. Panoramic sunroof rattles like no other. 10+ visits to the dealer for this issue, eventually reached a settlement with Kia. No resolution. Engine has been extremely reliable until about 70k miles. Had to replace the evap canister 500 repair. Currently my ac is not working due to leaking lines. Line replacement is 300 a pc, probably looking at a 1000 repair. 5 years later with the vehicle, it still looks sharp. It’s quick on its feet, it sounds good, and it’s extremely comfortable. A great car for the right person. I am considering trading the car in because I am afraid of what the maintenance future holds on this vehicle. Transferred title from my wife’s name to mine, and it voided every warranty the car had. 5 years later, 78,000 miles the cars worth 12 grand. Not very upset because I paid 22 for it. But I could not imagine paying sticker. I would recommend it to someone who is not as particular as me.

2017 Kia Cadenza review
When I was in college, a good friend of mine’s dad let us use his Lincoln Town Car for big-time double dates. The Cadenza Limited has a comparable “muted” feel to exterior noise that the Town Car had. Add that to the best car sound system I’ve ever heard, and I’ve got a great driving car that’s “rolling headphones.” Best car I’ve owned...

Friendly sales staff, allowed us to take the car for an independent inspection. Prices were fair.
2015 Kia Cadenza review
Love the handling and comfort on the road. Mpg was true to the advertising. The windshield recall was done, with a comped rental. There does seem to be a lag on factory to dealer info relative to the fix on the HECE correction

Stopped back more than once to ask questions after the sale he’s always been there for me Noah his mechanic is a great too and has helped me out more than once with questions about my car. I love my car. Thank you.

Sitting at 101K miles with no major issues. Amazing car for the value. I was even in a major car accident and walked away without a scratch.

We found a very nice 2017 Subaru Outback, clean, checked out with the mechanic & been driving it daily since early November 2024... Thank you also to Daniel (Finance MGR) & Mia (Office Manager) Added 6 mos warranty to seal the deal
2014 Kia Cadenza review
I got my 2014 Kia cadenza about a year ago. I loved the car. Honestly would say the best car I’ve ever owned, I got rid of my cadenza from all the issues it was having, I’m not sure if I just got a lemon of a car but it was terrible. I went through strut issues. Oil leaks, my brakes still grind and make noises after i replaced them. I mean over months they still made noise. Also has coupler issues. The pros of this car are absolutely amazing You get a premium sound system which sounds really good. One of the best sound systems I’ve heard. You get really comfortable seats. My back almost never got sore. Riding on the highway is the best thing about the car. It drives so smooth and quick. I really loved this car tell I started having serious issues and decided it would be better to sell than to keep putting money into it. But if you are looking for a reliable car. This definitely isn’t the one because gas sucks on this thing. But that makes up the amazing powerful engine this cadenza comes with.

2014 Kia Cadenza review
Bought brand new in Nov 2014 and now have 88,000 K on it. Only problem was the friendly rats in my area ate the wiring under the hood as it was coated with vegetable oil and the back-up camera had to be replaced and both were not covered under my 7 Year Warranty. Great car, still love driving it. The 293 HP works really well for this size vehicle.

Auto Discount Mall review
Eddie reached out to me via text to let me know how much my monthly would be, so I didn’t have to make the 40min drive. Everyone was professional and worked in a timely manner. He explained everything throughly and made my car shopping experience a little less stressful. I would recommend auto discount mall to anyone.
2014 Kia Cadenza review
I loved my Kia up to the day it was given to a grandson. Yes, he loves the Cadenza, also! My grandson fell in love with the Kia from the moment that I taught him to drive at 18 yrs old. Teenagers usually like souped up cars, but not my Zach. He fell in love my Kia and ask if I would sell it to him. I was going to sell the Kia to Zach for the price that the dealer was offering, but Zach paid me $2,000 more!
