I bought a $70,000 used vehicle and after having dealt with the Land Rover and Mercedes dealerships for years, the customer service at CarMax is just not up to their level. Wish I could give a million stars. This man is so friendly and polite. It takes a long time to buy a car. We laughed and the time went by so fast. He also is GREAT. and Leila she made sure she fit us with a salesman that would fit us. She led us to ray. It was a great experience working with these folks. Can’t forget Beto.
