Absolutely five stars for Cavender Toyota’s mobile service. The two Michaels were outstanding; not only precise and efficient, but genuinely great to work with. Clear communication, friendly vibe, above and beyond from start to finish. They explained everything, respected my time, and made it smooth and easy. This mobile program might be new, but these two get it. They’re setting the standard and should be teaching the playbook. Highly recommend!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you Paya Vila for being my salesman today. You were awesome. Love my RAV4. I pulled in there this morning in the middle of a thunderstorm determined to get a car today. You didn’t hesitate to jump right in to assist me. I appreciated your professionalism, knowledge in the car I was wanting to buy, and your overall calmness about you. Thank you so very much. I wish you the best.

The team at Fredericksburg Rd (Mira, Roderick and Mario) is the BEST! They don't just fix your car, they make sure they take care of you. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
2025 Kia K4 review
I purchased the new 2025 Kia K4 EX during late August for my wife to help celebrate our 55th wedding anniversary, and she simply just loves driving the car with all of its modern safety high-tech features, its comfort, and impressive driving performance. I've nicknamed the car "The Batmobile" with its Aurora Black Pearl exterior paint and stylish features that make this car stand out from other sedans that are in the cost-effective $20,000 - $30,000 price range. Plenty of room inside the car, a quiet smooth ride, and adequate acceleration whenever may be needed (e.g., entering onto a highway). The car comes with Kia's standard 5 year, 60,000 mile full warrantee, and 10 year, 100,000 mile powertrain warrantee which is still very generous of KIa.

CarMax TulsaReviews
CarMax Tulsa review
Exceptional customer service! I bought a truck the middle of this year and picked it up in the rain. When it finally dried out I noticed a cloudiness to the paint on what area. A few weeks ago I decided to have it looked at finally. I discovered a fairly significant issue with the paint when I took it to my detailer and then a paint guy. I emailed them clearly not expecting much to happen as it had been 6 months and they had no obligation to do anything about it. I was shocked when Tyler from their service department called me the next day to schedule a time for me to bring my truck in so they could fix the issue by re-paining the area at no charge. I showed up on my appointment day and he had a loaner car ready and I was in an out with no questions asked. He said they would get right on it, but to give them a few days to get it fixed. They called the next day for me to pick it up and it looked showroom new. It even had a full tank of gas and considering I have a 30 gallon tank that is extremely generous. So many things they did that they didn't have to do, were under no obligation to do, but did so anyway. Truly the best customer service I have ever experienced.

The overall experience was fine but I was just not used to this business model. I bought a $70,000 used vehicle and after having dealt with the Land Rover and Mercedes dealerships for years, the customer service at CarMax is just not up to their level. But I guess that was how I paid $2500 - $5,000 less than what other dealers were charging for the same car.

FORZA AUTOGROUP review
Forza AutoGroup was a breath of fresh air after dealing with so many dealerships that try to add extra packages and hidden fees. These guys were straight shooters. The price was exactly what they advertised, no pressure, no surprises, and no last-minute add-ons. The whole process felt honest and relaxed. I left feeling confident about my purchase.

I took my car in for it's first oil change and tire rotation and the experience was great. Edwin was the person who I was assigned to and he was great! He even showed me some features about my K4 that I was not aware of. Very professional and said it would take less than 2 hours. He was spot on! The waiting room had coffee and ice with water. Very clean and about 4 TV 's you could watch.
