I had the pleasure of working with Zack on trading in my precious vehicle and being able to walk out with a 2027 Kia Seltos, all while being in my price range. Zack was very knowledgeable on the vehicle and the entire buying process. If he didn?t know something, he made sure to find out! Once I decided on which car I wanted, I was able to work with Lauren in the finance dept. She made the process move seamlessly and provided me with all necessary information to make sure I transitioned from a PA plate to an NC plate. I was very pleased with my experience. I started at CarMax to "try on" several cars from several manufacturers. The salesman (Jack) was happy to oblige, despite it being cold and rainy. We walked the lot and I sat in ~20 cars. I went home and researched them some more, scheduled a few to test drive and came back on Jack's day off. This time, I worked with Brandon for a few test drives and discussed other vehicles at nearby CarMax locations. They found a vehicle that fit my requirements and transported it in for me to test drive. A few days later, I was back for the final test drive, loved the car and purchased it. Jack and Brandon kept good communication, weren't pushy and were a pleasure to work with. The business office was quick and explained the paperwork and processes effectively. Now, two weeks on, I'm very pleased with my car and experience. Thanks!
