Just wanted to leave a 5 star review about Yonkers Kia. I worked with Guillermo Rijo who really hustled to get me the EV6 that I wanted before the end of the EV tax rebate this September. He managed to do it, working together with their showroom manager, Michael Romano. The two of them hooked me up with an excellent EV6 Wind that was better than what I expected for a leasing price that was more than fair. I enjoyed working with both of them and appreciate the effort they put into the whole process. As the days go bye, my wife and I are liking the car more and more. It’s a fantastic vehicle and represents an excellent alternative to the Tesla Model 3 I was driving before. I am super happy with the service and attention I received from Guillermo and Michael at Yonkers Kia. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to lease or purchase a Kia vehicle. Want to go hank every service dept for the wonderful service, starting with advisor hector,all the way to the service manager Ivelis thank you all and there should be a way to rate there performance as it is for the management team as well the sales,so the individual who deserves it can be rated appropriately for there individual work ethic

We purchased a 2026 Kia K5,GT-Line car at Haleen Kia in North Olmsted, Ohio. The salesman was John Hawk and he spent a lot of time going over the features and answering both my wife and I's questions. He was very informative and professional and had a lot of knowledge about the car. He made sure that before we left the dealership, we had all our questions answered. Driving the car home was a pleasure. My wife and I are very happy with our pruchase. I even contacted John after the sale a few days later and he responed quickly with the answers to further questions I had. I recently had my car serviced at Napoli Kia in Milford. Courtney my service advisor really made the experience seamless and helped me navigate replacing a tire. Everytime I need service it's has been a pleasant experience.

Had a positive experience with this dealership. My interaction was with the sales representative Tom W. He and the financing representative Marty were pleasure to work with and efficient. Tom and the team were patient answering my questions and addressing my needs. Resulted in my purchase of a certified pre-owned vehicle. I would recommend this dealership.

City Kia of Orlando is an excellent place to buy a Kia. Williams Alvarez was very helpful, attentive, and took the time to understand my needs. I have to come back and provide an update. When the Actual General Manager, Sam heard my story he called me and immediately went into action. He apologized for the experience and told me to bring the car back. He offered me 3 options, and said he was here to help and he wanted me to know that he would find out who the last person I had spoke to. He assured me that he would help, and that Napleton prides themselves on doing good buisness. I can tell you, he kept his word. He went above and beyond and got me a full refund on the warranty and made sure the matter was resolved. I'm a woman of limited means, and he has been a blessing to me. Thank you Sam! I was in for a voluntary recall for the system. The service tech was aware of what needed to be done and how long it would take. He met the committed time and I was out sooner than expected
