We also really appreciate the managers and the entire team for making the experience smooth and positive. We test drove several vehicles, and throughout the entire process, Ahmad was incredibly patient—not just with helping us find the right car, but also with understanding and respecting our financial boundaries. At no point did we feel pressured or pushed toward something outside our budget. That alone made this experience stand out from so many others. We spent a few hours there working through everything—finding the right fit, getting the best deal, and finalizing the purchase—but what truly made it unforgettable were the moments in between. We had real, meaningful conversations about life, fatherhood, lessons learned, and what truly matters. That time meant more than anything else, and it’s something we genuinely wouldn’t trade for the world (not even for the City Kia car package 😉). If we ever need another car, there’s no question—we’re calling our habibi Ahmad first. Highly recommend!

Great car, I have not seen another on the road, but extremely efficient and comfortable. Plenty of room inside for trips to the hardware store. Love it!

After purchasing the Kia Niro Phev I found it was really a better fit for my situation than I expected. I work within the 26 miles from my home . I can charge at both places. So really the EV portion stood out with unexpectedly higher fuel mileage. It isn’t the largest but comfortable . It isn’t the fastest but so efficient my average is well over 120 mpg. The warranties are really good for the battery

Bought a CPO Kia Sportage. Despite a little back and forth with price and cosmetic issues. The dealership came through and I would buy from them again. Staff was friendly and respectful. Not too pushy.

They were great with suggestions without pressure. Quick on time. 3 hours to do a recall notice, tires, alignment, rotation, oil change, carbon cleaning and a car wash. Nice! I'll be back and schedule with Douglas.

Our salesman James Wind was very knowledgable, friendly and patient. He listened to our needs and gave us great recommendations. He did not feel any pressure at all to purchase a vehicle or add-ons. He answered every question that we had. Gave us test drives in the vehicles we were interested in. Introduced us to the Service Manager Kim and the finance manager. Everyone in the dealership was friendly. Carriage even gave us a better trade-in deal for our 2022 Subaru Outback Touring than Subaru would! We will be back next year for another vehicle and looking forward to working with James Wind again.

He helped me locate the vehicle I wanted in a timely manner. It arrived and was taken care of the entire process. I received fair market value for my trade. There was no need to haggle just sign and drive. I highly recommend this place if your looking for a quality used car. This vehicle is almost new. That’s because carmax cares about what they sell. If you know your price ahead of time this is your place. They got me out the door in less than 2 hrs. Those of you who have purchased cars that could be an all day affair. Everyone was friendly . I can’t say enough good things. There’s no dealership that could compare to carmax. This place met my expectations.

Bill was fantastic to work with. Very knowledgeable about the model I ultimately purchased. I started the process on line and he sent me a video introducing himself and the car. I made an appt and he had the car ready for me to test drive. Purchase process was respectful and very quick. I am a repeat Sorrento buyer and went with the EV model. My previous Sorrento was 10 years old with no bells or whistles. Bill took the time to explain the EV and gas motors and how they work and all the things that can be done using the technology.
