Sergio was a consummate professional. Knowledgeable, friendly. I felt informed, not pressured. Answered calls and texts even after the sale. Great experience from showroom to paperwork. Have told many people!
Very family oriented establishment, employees were friendly, patient, and courteous. Process was easy and I didn’t feel pressured. No hidden or unnecessary additions to cost. Visited over fifteen dealerships and this was where we purchased from, simply based on the experience. Salesman Jeff Smith, Larry Gorin, and Sales Manager Tom McClellan Jr. made the process extremely easy. Alleviate the stress of buying a car and let these guys handle it, you will not regret it.
When I started to walk into your dealership a couple of days ago, you helped me with the door. I'm saying to myself, "Who is this guy?" I had just come from a bad situation down the road and was loaded for bear. But once we got inside, you introduced yourself and we had a conversation about what had recently transpired. I don't want to mention the brand because the people at their dealership were at that dealership were under orders from corporate. Suffice it to say that we couldn't come to an agreement. I call my brother, who had recently purchased a Kia at Matt Blatt in Ocean County and he was rather high on the brand. I just didn't know. I had previously leased a Hyundai and liked it. He told me that it was the same company. So I agreed to take a look. Santino, you made the whole process a breeze. It always seems to take forever to get me into my next car. But this time It took around half the time and with half the hassle. The other folks I came in contact with were great. Especially the lady in the office who made me sign my life away. Oops, just kidding. Overall, leasing my new Kai Sportage was much less painless than expected. And It took a lot less time too. My thanks to you and your diligent efforts. Matt Blatt Kia is an awesome place to purchase a vehicle .they may buying a car stress-free our sales rep John was outstanding he was not pushy and very genuine I think he truly cares about The customer in the end we are very happy with our purchase. We are also very Pleased with the service that we get on our vehicles the staff is always very friendly and very respectful. It’s nice when You’re happy with your purchase .but what’s most important is how you’re treated after the sale. I have purchased many new vehicles of all different types and this is the friendliest nicest place.
From the start to finish Joe did an amazing job. He helped me find the perfect car for me. My credit is not the best, but Joe and the te at Manahawkin Kia helped me to get the perfect financing for me. This is my second car that I have bought from them. I love my Kia Niro. Hybrid. Thank you Joe!
Last Wednesday evening my wife and I went into the Manahawkin Kia dealership. 45 minutes later we bought our new car. Jo Bohner was incredibly courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. We told him how much of a monthly budget we had and he found us a great car that fit our needs. I strongly recommend Manahawkin Kia and Joe. Five Stars.
Due to my scheduling restraints and lack of transportation, Robert was willing to pick me up and go into work about 3 hours before his shift started to get me the car I wanted! For what I got, the car was sold to me at a great price! Very satisfied!
I have been searching for a car for a few months now, going from dealership to dealership and I've found this one has overall better prices then other dealerships I've visited. The salesman that helped me Robert was very friendly and patient with me as we walked around the lot in search for a new vehicle, I've picked out a car that i will be back to buy this week and i recommend anyone who comes to this dealership to ask for Robert if you want a great experience and knowledgeable salesman. Had a pretty good idea what I wanted when I walked in. Staff was all very friendly and I didn???t feel pressured at any point during the transaction. They didn???t have my car in the color I wanted on the lot, but they were able to get it from another location in just a few hours! They have tons of cars on the lot and they???re definitely worth a visit if you???re shopping around for a new car.
Positive 1st time experience buying a Kia. Management worked hard getting us the right deal on the vehicle we wanted within the budget we needed. All staff was polite and friendly. I traveled ~60 miles to look at a car with my family and Auto Lenders didn't disappoint. Ask for Ryan W. he was courteous, cooperative and supported making myself and my family as comfortable as possible. Hate car shopping? Try doing it with (3) kids under 5 yo on a cold, rainy day. Ryan and his team made them comfortable and gave them snacks and drinks to help pass the time. They helped me with moving (3) car seats into the van to test drive and ultimately I purchased a used Honda Odyssey that just came in and in the process traded in (2) vehicles. It was as seamless as I could imagine the process. Thank you Ryan and your team for such great service, I would definitely look to use AL again.
