I purchased a KIA Sportage from Beth in June of this year. Unfortunately, the next morning, as I was bringing the check to the dealership-right in front of the dealership- someone rear ended my brand new car. Beth came out, showed her concern for me first, and then proceeded to take care of insurance arrangements, getting me a free rental car, and setting me up with the body shop.
The body shop did an excellent job on the Sportage. As time went on and I and my wife thought more and more about what happened, we could not separate the accident from the car in our mind. Consequently we began to think about possibly replacing the Sportage. I called Beth and she proceeded to work up several possibilities. I was not sure anything could be done with so new a car and in light of the accident. Beth went so far as to help me take a new 2019 KIA Forte to my house for my wife to test drive. We were very pleased with the Forte and more than pleased with the deal Beth was able to put together.

We knew what type of vehicle we were looking for. The dealership had a Great selection to choose from. Our Salesman Joe did a great job helping us narrow it down and we had our vehicle in less than 2 hours. Most of my car buying experiences have taken 5 hours or more. I for once didn't feel drained leaving a lot and didn't have any second thoughts after making a purchase. Great Experience.
I stopped to look at a car that I wanted, but did not need. The salesman, Ted Mowen, could not have been nicer, and fully understood my situation. He treated me no differently than any other potential buyer. There was no pressure. He took all the time I needed to fully understand the vehicle. He allowed me to determine if it was right for me. Even my Wife remarked that it was the most pleasant experience we ever had in a dealership. We did buy the car. As we went through signing the papers, we found that Jason and Terry in the back office were also very easy to work with. We had to travel a couple hours, but what a great experience, and I am not one who looks forward to car buying. This really is the best place we know to buy a vehicle!
Nick Sipe and Mike Shaheen were both great to work with! My husband and I bought a new car from Spitzer Ford Hartville today and these gentlemen made our car buying process seamless and painless. Great experience with both and would definitely buy another car from this dealership again.
Tj Klinkowicz was my sales rep we worked over the phone thru texts email and in person Best ever to work with went over several cars with different lease options he was awesome then we got to work with Ness in finance where he made it easy to get thru all the paperwork Think it was a new record in speed and precision.This was our 5th vehicle from Great Lakes were 60 miles away and they keep getting better.
My positive experience with Chris and Carena Motors began with my initial call! All questions were answered immediately with no negative sales tactics. Upon arrival, I was able to be back on the road for the test drive immediately. The car I bought was in great shape with all the features I wanted (which were hard to find). Every car I saw on the internet/lot seemed to be top quality, well maintained, and very fairly priced. They have all vehicles examined and if necessary serviced by an independent third party shop. Chris made my experience with Carena Motors excellent and one that I won't forget! He answered all my questions very thoroughly, honestly, and without hesitation! I would highly recommend Carena Motors and will be recommending them to anyone I come across looking for a car. To help with word of mouth marketing, I will reference and recommend them to all friends, family members, etc. who see/ask about my CR-V whether they're looking for a car or not. I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
I actually had some issues with a current car. Not only did they help me with this, they even helped me get out of the current car and into something new. Margarit in the Service Department was very Friendly and the sales person Joe Walker that sold me my new car, was great to deal with, let me test drive all cars, with no pressure and pull available options for me to make a proper decision.
I would highly recommend Kia of Bedford. I had the best experience purchasing my vehicle. KOB delivers what they advertise and more. The staff is always friendly and professional. Thanks Julie for the awesome customer service and delicious popcorn!
