Best selection, best service, very friendly and courteous staff, wonderful clean showroom... went out of their way to make me happy, listen to my financial situation, was able to get me placed into a brand new vehicle for less than a used vehicle.. which was beyond amazing!! These guys are the best... I'm going back in a few months with my husband to get him a car as well.. We love love love the five stars we received all-around. Will be returning for sure.

Ian was the best sales person I've ever worked with. He's knowledge of automobiles and his explanations of everything from engines to batteries to the car's interior is fabulous. The dealership was absolutely wonderful as soon as I walked in. My experience with Leticia and Aaron was perfect. I had scheduled a test drive and when I arrived the car hadn’t even been cleaned up. When dealing on the car the salesman made an insulting and ridiculously low offer for our trade in. After walking out we hadn’t been gone 5 minutes and we received a call saying we could get almost totally what I wanted for our trade in. After we made the deal and picked up the car the following day the tire pressure light came on almost immediately. I returned and had the service department check it. The service said the tire pressure was low due to the cold weather. We then left and the light came on again. They had obviously not even put air in the tires. Upon arriving home I aired up the tires and all was fine. All in all a disappointing car buying experience. Probably won’t return.
I've always had exemplary service and all work that needs to be done or that was done explained in detail. Comfortable waiting area, a couple of quiet workstations, free WiFi, and nice refreshments make waiting for my vehicle a breeze!

David Leung is a wonderful Sales Consultant at Russ Darrow Kia in Madison, WI. He worked with us to get an affordable payment. We upgraded from a 2015 Kia Soul to a 2018 Kia Niro ( a hybrid) which will help us save money on gas. David was friendly and easy to work with. We are really happy!
