This was for an oil change. I had never been to Kia for service before. The staff was pleasant and courteous. The service was completed timely. I even got a coupon for a few car wash. Waiting area is a little close but still comfortable. Snacks and beverages available. Very positive experience.

Our entire experience at Kings Kia was wonderful. Sam, our salesman, Bob, the Sales Manager, and Tim, the in finance, were all amazing to work with. We drove almost 3 hours from out of state to purchase a Telluride and were very impressed. They don't mark their new cars up over MSRP like many other Kia dealerships and they honor the trade amount they quote prior to appraisal. I have already recommended Sam to a friend who is looking for a car and will continue to tell everyone about our great car buying experience.

Great dealership. Salesman Kevin Hyde is professional and straight-forward, listened to what I had in mind, no pressure, funny, and kind. I didn't have to be concerned that he would say one thing and do something different or give me a bunch of b.s. like at some places I went to. Overall, had a very positive experience with Kings Kia. Worked with Jake G to look at several different used cars and he was honest and respectful young man. Also briefly chatted with the Dylan and he was a real professional. Kind, courteous and with a big smile.
