Kia of Cerritos review
I had a wonderful experience communicating this dealership recently. Even though I haven’t purchased a vehicle yet, the team treated me with the utmost respect and professionalism. There was absolutely no sales pressure, which made my browsing experience incredibly comfortable and stress-free. They took the time to answer all of my questions via texts and emails. Also, gave me the space to make my own decision. I highly recommend this Kia Cerritos to anyone looking for a relaxed, professional car-shopping experience!

Kia Downtown Los Angeles review
I had a great experience with Kia of downtown LA. Thanks to Morris. He was incredibly helpful, guiding us through the entire process in a simple and direct manner. He accommodated my budget so I'm very grateful. His straightforward approach removed any confusion and made the buying experience enjoyable. I highly recommend Kia of downtown LA to anyone looking for a new car.
2026 Kia Seltos review
I was somewhat disappointed at first, because I'd had my 2020 Kia Sportage for 6 years and absolutely loved it. I had no intention of purchasing another vehicle, because my Spotage was paid off and at my ageI really didn't want another vehicle or another car loan. Iwas having issues with the brake system and after taking my car to the Kia dealership twice, I was informed that my brakes were probably unrepairable or due to rust issues from Salt and snow it would be almost impossible to correct the issue. I was very upset, but ended up with my 2026 Kis Seltos. I couldn't figure out at first if I really liked my new vehicle, but after driving it to work for the past two weeks, I am very pleased. The gas milage alone is amazing, because I'm averaging 35 miles to a gallon, which with the AWD Sportage I was only averaging around 24 mpg. The interior in the Seltos is very nice and the seats being a nice cloth don't get as hot in b the summer weather here I n NC. I love the panel on the dash and all the features it has to offer. It has built in navigation, which is a big plus. The Seltos also has an automatic light system, which dims the light automatically from high beams to low and there are numerous other features that I haven't even figured out yet. The Seltos is paired with my phone and I get notifications when things like doors being unlocked right on my phone. I have automatic start which is also on my phone and this allows me to control the climate inside my car when it's very hot or very cold. There are several features the I'm very pleased with, even though I still miss my Sportage, my new Seltos is really an excellent vehicle and fun to drive.

Van Nuys KiaReviews
Van Nuys Kia review
We have been shopping for a specific pre-owned Kia for about a month now. Have visited two dealers prior to Van Nuys Kia and interacted with about 8 other dealers via text, phone or email. Hands down, Umer Farooq at Van Nuys Kia is the absolute best. We had a price in mind that we were willing to pay, asked him to let us know if he had any cars that fit our criteria and send a written breakdown of the total out-the-door price. And he did! I’m sure the dealership made money on our deal, as they should, yet their offer was $5k less than a very similar car we had seen two days earlier. Not only that, he was professional, and very pleasant to deal with. Anyone who has spent time car shopping knows how tiresome it can be. I can not say enough good things about our experience with Umer. No surprises and no headaches. a superior experience all around, with special touches like the big red bow on the car for pics and a gong inside the dealership my son could hit to celebrate his very first car.

Car Pros Kia Glendale review
I’m the client for this location for the last 12 years and although there are other different cars in the market , I always go with Kia and the only reason is that this place has the best and most reliable service department. They are simply the best, for them you are not just a subject to bill, they listen they try to find a way to make you more comfortable and less effected by costs. All of this is happening because of the service manager Mr. Raymond ! He is the guy that you want to take over your issues and concerns about your vehicle in a very professional and human way that is possible. If you are tired and anxious about how you got treated in other locations please just visit this place for once even for a simple oil change and you will thank me later. Thank you guys and specially Mr. Raymond for all you are doing there🙏🙏👍👍
2023 Kia Seltos review
I had been driving a Kia Soul and loved it. I didn’t like giving it up at 150,000 miles but it was paid off and I was needing something new. My wife talked me into the Seltos. I drive over 100 miles each day and really like the gas mileage and performance. But, the best thing is that I can count on it being reliable. I would recommend a Kia to anyone,

We bought our KIA last year (2024) with a package of free oil change, 4times/year. Since then I been at Kia xxxxxxGlendale 3times for oil change. The service is great! It goes smooth, easy and for free! :) They never tried to put on me any kind of an extra charge. Their service is always professional and correct! I'm very satisfied with KIA xxxxxxat Glendale.
2024 Kia Seltos review
Honestly, I was skeptical about the Seltos. I initially wanted the Sorento, but happy that we decided on the Seltos. Absolutely love this SUV. It’s an amazing car for the cost and would highly recommend it to anyone in the market. Features that come with it are amazing! I have the “S” model and it is packed with some really neat and convenient features that meet all the needs.

There is a reason that this Kia dealership is #1 in the entire country! I am ABSOLUTELY amazed at how professional, well-informed, kind, and accommodating the entire Kia team is. Today I went in to switch out my lease, and was directly assisted by Rick who I have been speaking with for over a month now and been keeping me updated with all the upcoming deals. I finally had the chance to check out some cars and was helped out by Rick at every step of the process to find the perfect car. I left the dealership with a brand new K5 GT Line, with a fabulous price that we were able to work out together with the help of their awesome general manager, Mohamed Kharboush. I also have to thank Assem who assisted with finding the best price, and Jack from finance who were extremely helpful during signing all the final forms. THANK YOU KIA GLENDALE FOR ANOTHER AWESOME LEASE!!

Van Nuys Kia review
I had an amazing experience buying my new car at Van Nuys Kia. Gabriel Hernandez, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to understand my needs and preferences, and he was patient with all of my questions. He even stayed late to help me finalize the paperwork and teach me all the features my car has. I would highly recommended Gabriel to anyone looking for a great car buying experience. He was attentive, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful.
2023 Kia Seltos review
I owned a 2023 Kia Seltos S, color Neptune Blue. I put 72000 miles on it doing UBER. The original tires it came with lasted me 65000 miles. Nothing went wrong other than the horn went out, which Kia fixed for free. It rides SMOOTH. I had TONS of compliments from my riders. They loved the space. It was easy to take HUGE packages and bags in and out and pick up people from airports and bus stations. It's one step down from their Sportage and worth the money. I just upgraded to a 2025. Guess what I bought? Another Seltos. These are amazing vehichles that don't get enough credit. The newer models have mood lighting. They have one touch and you can open the trunk. Some have leather seats and power seats which I now have. Everyone loved the color. So yes, buy a new kia in confidence. They also have Kia Connect now and you can find your car and immobilize it IF IF IF it gets stolen. Kia will go get it for you through their connect app. They also offer to install lojack. Go for it.

Van Nuys Kia review
If you are looking into buying a Kia, look no further than Kia Van Nuys. The sales consultant who helped me is Russell, and when I say he is the best of the best, I mean it. Not only is he so kind (and honestly, very funny), he was so caring and considerate of all of my needs. From financial concerns, to helping me test drive and find a car that would fit my lifestyle, Russell was so incredibly honest and transparent throughout the whole car buying process. He helped me tailor an accessory package that would reflect what I wanted in a car based on his incredible attention to detail and personable approach. He is also incredibly communicative, and helped me come to the best deal I could get for my car. I really cannot recommend Russell enough for your car buying needs - he is the absolute best.

I have had pickups since 1973. My sister bought a Seltos 2 years ago and loved it. I bought one and cannot complain. It’s a 4 cyl so don’t expect to burn rubber but it will get you any place you want to go. Very happy so far…

2023 Kia Seltos review
Wonderful car, great acceleration and performance. The only negative I would give is the light in the hatchback! They put one small light to the bottom left!?? Why would they do that? You can't see anything but what is at the bottom left🙄🙄 I'm literally going to find a pop light to stick up above ON A BRAND NEW CAR!

2024 Kia Seltos review
My Seltos EX is a compact suv that is stylish and has all the features I need. Comfortable and gets good gas mileage for all wheel drive. Got mine for about $27,500 so it is a great value.

Kia Downtown Los Angeles review
"I had the best experience with Sharleen Macias! "Great experience! The staff is very knowledgeable, and the prices are reasonable and transparent. Sharleen, my service advisor, was incredibly helpful and honest. Sharleen was not only great at what she does, but also honest and genuinely kind. I'm so glad I decided to bring my car here, and I'll definitely be back for any future repairs. Thank you for providing such superior service!" Hope Sharlene's work ethics don't go unnoticed..
2023 Kia Seltos review
I own the 2023 Kia Seltos S. At age 23 years old, its the perfect car for me to travel around in. It gets me to and from work, and still has plenty of space for passengers and suitcases for a long weekend trip. I have the FWD option, and its a gas saver. I drive 60% city, and 40% highway, and I've so far managed to average 35 mpg, that's two more than estimated. I picked the two tone roof option which I highly recommend as it makes finding your car a breeze in the parking lot. It has the right amount of comfort, and technology for a crossover sitting at $25k. I cannot recommend this vehicle enough!
