I should start by saying that the new owners management is doing an excellent job, everybody is friendly, and customer service is top notch, very nice atmosphere great energy, this is not my first visit to a Nissan dealership and i was highly satisfied, they go above and beyond for their customers, definitely coming back for my next lease in the future.
Ana was amazing. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions with kindness and professionalism. I really recommend her. Her customer service was very good. I'm very happy with her service.
I had a great experience at this dealer. Adam the sales representative was very helpful in getting me what I was looking for. Even after the purchase, Adam has been available and has answered every question I have. The staff at the dealership were very patient even though it was late at night when I purchased the car. Amazing service experience....This is my second Kia, both leased from Yonkers Kia. After mediocre buying experience and horrible service experience to fix issues with new vehicle, gave White Plains Kia a shot for 6-month/3,000 mile service....Appointment scheduling was a piece of cake, check-in was easy and pleasant, waiting area was clean, comfortable, and enjoyable. Approx. 90 minutes for service was amazing! Will definitely bring back in the future!
I did not end up leasing a vehicle from Kia but I had an incredibly pleasant experience. Both Kedwin Herrera and the man in finance were respectful and not pushy salesmen. If I am ever in the market for a Kia or if I have friends who would be, I would highly recommend leasing/buying from them.
I own a late model Toyota Tacoma and was in need of an oil change and some other minor services. An appointment was made at The Toyota dealership for three weeks away. After calling the Performance Dealership in Butler,NJ, an appointment was made and the Toyota appointment was cancelled. The service at Nissan for a non Nissan vehicle was nothing less than professional. Service Manager Tim Kelly and his staff were tremendous, including Ms. Popper.What a relief to know that friendly service is right around the corner. Thank you Tim and staff.
