Jaclyn, thank you so much for allowing us to pick what we wanted and helping us thru the process. Thank you for never overstepping our decision and providing us with what we asked for. You are an amazing salewoman, and you took our value into consideration. You are the only reason we came back, but you respected our space in figuring out if we wanted to go with you. While everyone else was trying to pressure us into saying yes on day one. Thank you for being awesome, and thank you for making my time at that dealership less painful than it needed. My wife loves her new car and I'm happy you were able to find her the car with all the bells and whistle she wanted. We look forward to our next purchase in the future!

Super group of sales personnel! Good at what they do! I would buy from them again!
2023 Kia Sorento review
The Kia, Sorento HEV I bought was Mfg. Dec 2023. I Bought in early Feb 2024. I like the design, I noticed when I drive posted speed limit 65 mph., with some hills Los Angles to Riverside I am getting 41 mpg. Of course if I drive 70 mph. All I save is 5 minute's. So I prefer to pay the greedy oil companies less. The vehicle is nice, rides okay, interior is well designed, and quiet. Features are just right, however could have came with front grill camera, and seat cooler. It is a nice vehicle.

The people were very nice. But had some work done and not happy with it. It should have been under warranty because you guys replace the motor couple of months ago and the catalytic converter went bad when you put the motor in you should of seen what it looked like. Because the old motor could of caused the problem. Like I said before the people and mechanic were great.

2023 Kia Sorento review
My Sorrento has nice styling...is comfortable..get good gas mileage which in this Era is important...love how it is equipped with navigation, heated seats, fold down third seats. This size is perfect for my wife and I and extra room for picking up guests at the airport or bringing groceries home. I would have liked a little more power for getting up to speed in traffic and getting on the highway. All in all I'm very happy with this SUV
