John Miles Chevrolet Buick GMCReviews
John Miles Chevrolet Buick GMC review
I had an amazing car buying experience with Sam at John Miles Chevrolet! From start to finish, he was absolutely phenomenal. It had been over a decade since I last purchased a vehicle, so I was feeling a bit overwhelmed, but Sam made the entire process smooth, clear, and completely stress-free. He kept me in the loop every step of the way, especially about when the car would arrive in-state, and made sure I understood each part of the buying process. No pressure, no confusion?just honest, helpful guidance and great customer service. If you're looking for someone who?s knowledgeable, patient, and truly cares about helping you find the right vehicle, Sam is your guy. I couldn?t be happier with my experience!
2025 Kia Sorento review

Atlanta Best Used CarsReviews
Atlanta Best Used Cars review
Was provided good service with them. I went to check out a Nissan Sentra for my daughter but came out with 2020 Kia Soul which was better/ comfortable car. Smooth finance team and process. My only advice is if you buy a Kia make sure you know if your current insurance will cover the car and look at the cost. That was my mistake (it was on a Sunday) because I was told things were good with insurance company's covering Kia. I was going to return the Kia and get something else because they don't have a return policy. But, my daughter loves the car but will trade it in about 5 months and get something else from Atlanta Used Cars.

Carrollton Hyundai review
I had our vehicle serviced with an oil change the first time at the Carrollton Hyundai. The service was friendly, quick and professional. Today they replaced my brake bulb, no charge. Again, very fast and friendly. I will be going back and I recommend anyone who has a Hyundai to go here for all of your maintenance and service needs.

Great service. Clean waiting area. Friendly staff. Definitely recommend for service of any car or truck. And Definitely the place to find a new car at a fair price
2025 Kia Sorento review
We have had a different experience than most reviewers. We bought the 2025 Sorento S, (highest trim level without the turbo) and power seems adequate. We had the car for about 10 days when my wife was pulled over for the taillight being out. The dealer replaced burnt out bulbs in the left taillight and for the license plate. Two weeks later there is a message on the dashboard that the L brake light is out. Take it to the dealer, where the service manager is surprised to hear it had 1271 miles on it. Dealership discovered a short in the wiring harness and the part has been on backorder for over a month. Since ordering the wiring harness, the cover for the keyhole on the driver door handle came off. It's gone, must have been while I was driving. Parts that just fall off are not covered under warranty, so it's $20 for the part and $70 to paint it. The people are the dealership have been great, but the product support has been disappointing.

Sons Kia review
Shae (customer relations manager), when you said "please contact me if you have any issues or need to address any problems during your visit" it sounds as though you were sending it while we were at the appointment and I could contact you then. However, since the appointment was yesterday I must not have received this message until today at 10:04 AM (: And it seems as though you were asking me to leave a review IF it was a '5 star' but not if there were any problems. As always, Aria was right on top of everything and I'm happy to leave her an excellent review. Also I would like to express my appreciation for the excellent condition of my car upon return. Son's KIA has made progress towards improving customer satisfaction during the time since we purchased our Telluride. I still see challenges with having someone who is genuine and exhibits sincerity on your leadership team. (We definitely miss Sugarie and Big Country). Hopefully you will find the right person to help you move forward in your journey to be the best car dealership possible. I continue to look forward to our partnership with the Telluride.
