I would highly recommend Derek for any kind of help you might need for a car. I have a 2024 Rav 4 that I did not buy from Joseph Toyota, regretfully. I have owned it for 3 months and did not know how to program or understand how to manage the options on the screen. Derek took the time to go over every option and setting in the car. He broke down the dashboard and showed me how to use and change available choices, along with options on the steering wheel. He was very helpful and patient for an hour going through the menu and buttons on the car. He gave me his card and told me to call or text him any time I got confused or couldn't figure out how to use something in the car. 2021 Kia Sorento Hybrid review
I have only owned this vehicle for two weeks now. It has every safety feature you can imagine. The gas mileage is incredible. I get over 600 miles when I fill it. I have owned 4 optima's before I got this car. I am going on a couple of road trips in the next two months. Can't wait to see the mileage I will get and I am so glad I don't have to stop and plug it in.

2021 Kia Sorento Hybrid review
brought new in 2021 great vehicle. Many safety features, ride is very comfortable. Until 21,000 miles ( Refill inverter fluid warning light ). continually coming on even after many visits to dealership. Fluid change, electric water pump replaced, more changing of fluid, Still recurring. another appointment made to dealership soon. I really don't think they know what's causing the light to come on? I think its a heat problem when engine is cool its off as soon as engine gets hot Boom! light goes on !. but my experience goes unheard?

2023 Kia Sorento Hybrid review
First brand new car I’ve ever bought. Love it so far. Fairly quick when it needs to be, just don’t hammer it down if not needed. Love the screen and controls. Gas mileage is amazing. Overall happy. Only complaint is the third row is definitely for smaller kids. My two tennage boys despise getting back there. Not a ton of space if third row is up, but set it down and there is plenty! Enjoy

2023 Kia Sorento Hybrid review
Ive have had my 2023 KIA sorento hybrid for about a month. The car get very good gas mileage on a recent 509 mile trip to vermont I got 34mpg the car is very comfortable and fun to drive. the only complaint I have is the car’s computer is very complicated to program I have read the manual which is also complicated Just now i’m beginning to understand how to call up various options these new systems can do so much I guess it is very difficult to make them easy to use

2025 Kia Sorento Hybrid review
We really like the car. Our main issue is in the electronics. Sometimes the seat moves sometimes it don't. The stereo and map screen will just go blank while driving. Radio often shows one channel but playing another. Outside mirrors sometimes move downward while backing up, sometimes not.
