The dealership is excellent, the staff very attentive. I had a great experience. They give full pricing up front with no hidden fees; none of the "dealership, manager's new boat, owner's third vacation home fees." While this is nice for transparency, it does make it difficult if you are someone who wants to negotiate your price. The staff were very low pressure, making for a pleasant experience.

Nice car, nice ride. Little sluggish on take-off. Controls are a little hard to get used to. Could do a better job on the illustrations in the manuals that come with the car.

2023 Kia Sorento Hybrid review
First brand new car I’ve ever bought. Love it so far. Fairly quick when it needs to be, just don’t hammer it down if not needed. Love the screen and controls. Gas mileage is amazing. Overall happy. Only complaint is the third row is definitely for smaller kids. My two tennage boys despise getting back there. Not a ton of space if third row is up, but set it down and there is plenty! Enjoy

2023 Kia Sorento Hybrid review
I've put 60k miles on my 2023 Sorento Hybrid and it's been solid. Only repair was a defective horn, covered under warranty. Maintenance has been very cheap, less than $1000 total (not including tires) for 60k miles! I average 33 mpg overall. I used this primarily for rideshare and got compliments on a daily basis on how nice the interior was. 10/10 recommend.

The only thing that went wrong is the fact the tech tossed away the old brake pads even though I speficially asked that I be given them. Otherwise i would have given them five stars. Cost of the 90K mainteance special came less than estimated costs so that is why I did not drop them under four stars.
2025 Kia Sorento Hybrid review
We really like the car. Our main issue is in the electronics. Sometimes the seat moves sometimes it don't. The stereo and map screen will just go blank while driving. Radio often shows one channel but playing another. Outside mirrors sometimes move downward while backing up, sometimes not.

We had been looking for a 2018 Ram 3500 for quite some time and found a truck on their website. My husband contacted Rick regarding the truck and our trade. This dealership gave us a very fair amount for our trade, considering we were keeping our wheels, tires, tonneau cover, and they were leveling our new truck. And since we live 6 hours away, we needed to get things done in a quick and efficient manner. By the time we got there, the paperwork was ready, they took and swapped our wheels immediately and switched our tonneau cover to the new truck. Ricks service was absolutely impeccable and I hope every dealership follows in their footsteps. We buy A LOT of vehicles and, time and time again, service means SO MUCH for return business!! 2022 Kia Sorento Hybrid review
I have had the S edition for about a year now. I love this car. Got a good trade-in price for my 2016 Sorento EX. I regularly get between 40-45 mpg. Smooth ride. Comfortable drive. Nimble. Responsive. Highly recommend the car, in spite of Consumer Report trashing it. Oct issue criticized 28 mpg. I don't know what model they tested, but it wasn't mine.
