I’d done my homework and showed up ready to buy. Yaser was terrific. He came outside to greet me on a very hot day. Once inside, he was friendly and knowledgeable. The Sales Manager (typically Mr. Hard Nose) couldn’t have been nicer as well. Everyone at the dealership was in a good mood, smiling - and it was a Monday! After searching online for several weeks, they had just the car I was looking for (a used, one year old certified Toyota) and their pricing was competitive and upfront. The whole process took only about one and a half hours to complete (very fast) and they washed the car and filled the tank with gas before handing over the keys. Overall, a great experience. Bought this standard no frills car with 47k. I am now at 97600 and besides new tiees and an ignition coil it's been a solid ride and just doing oil change. I am an aggressive driver at times and honestly, I feel like a have a pretty spiffy toy. Nothing fancy but very reliable. Oh yes, it has the best stereo system than many other cars. I do enjoy this car.

We live in NC and had the van shipped to us, everything went as smooth as we could have hoped. They are fantastic to deal with.

I love my 2012 Kia Soul! I bought this car in October 2014 and I have put about 23 thousand miles on it since then. I live in Maine so keep fluid film underneath every 2 years. So far I have only had to charge the AC, replace the tires and have the front brakes done. On the highway or country roads, I usually get about 35MPG and less in city traffic. It is very comfortable for long distance driving.

I bought this car in 2014 it had 12,000 Miles on it. Stock tires are garbage, had to get new ones within a year. I've changed break pads and currently at 93,000 miles need my CV joint fixed. Otherwise never had any mechanical issues. I lost sound to my uv stereo system in 2017 and it was too expensive to fix at the time. I noticed other people have had the same issues. It was diagnosed by dealership as the amplifier, but now 4 years later that I'm trying to fix it it turns out it's the stereo. The silver paint is chipping in many areas which isn't appealing to the eye. Otherwise I do love my car as it is great with gas mileage and very reliable.

I think this place is fantastic! Everyone is so kind and ready to help you. My gosh, I’m as dumb as a box of rocks and they treated me with kindness and respect. I was telling this young man at the desk what someone told me they should do. I didn’t know if I was right or wrong. He was so nice and explained what I didn’t know or understand. I told him I needed to rotate my tires because that is what someone told me. He said I had it done last time snd not to worry they would help me and take care of my care for me. Plenty of room, Bluetooth, Sirius xm radio, usb and aux port, drives smoothly and easy to drive. Has a eco button also and plenty of room in the back also with good trunk space.

I had a great experience with Rosewood. No high pressure, Ryan was friendly and accommodating but not at all pushy. The car was not only clean, but the mechanicals checked out. It came with a 3 month dealer warranty, but I got the 48 month/100k protection plan as added security. The navigation system was draining the battery, a Subaru recall issue,but they had that replaced and knocked $1000 off the price for trouble. Financing was no problem, we had a couple of options, including Wright-Par CU, so I could go local for that. Now I'm driving a nice, clean 2019 Outback with loads of features at a good price.

I purchased a Solstice for my wife, the car was in great shape and had low miles, they didn't have any objections to me going to get it checked out. Very nice and helpful, we definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle

A most pleasant auto dealer experience. A good test drive that wasn’t limited to right hand turns. Test drive was long enough to evaluate the car thru all conditions. No pressure and very pleasant people
