After identifying what I was looking for in a car he was able to provide me with several option which helped with my selection. Mr Henshaw followed the Car Max procedure which covered a detailed outline that indeed provided a very smooth and thorough handling of all paperwork within a timely fashion. I rate Mr Henshaw 5+
I went to this location after totaling my brand new car and I was in need of a used car. I went in and enjoyed the process from start to finish. After meeting with a salesman for a little bit, I was able to walk around and check out the lot without someone hovering over my shoulder. Once I decided on my choice, all of the paperwork from start to finish was run right in front of me without any disappearing to a back room or talking to the manager.
When I am in need of another used vehicle, this will definitely be my first stop!!

I rarely get frustrated enough to say anything negative, but I don???t understand when you have an appointment why it should take over two hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation. This has happened more often than not when having my car serviced. However, I would like to say the person to check my car in and out was very kind.

Lately I've been looking for a used car to add to the family as we now have 2 kids driving. I live about 150 miles from Apex. On the internet I found a vehicle I was interested in at Apex Imports. Keith Craven started helping me by phone and email. He told me that the subject vehicle had a few dings on the exterior and he went out in a pouring rain to photograph the dings and email them to me. I decided I needed to drive up and take a look for myself. He was very helpful with a test drive and information about the vehicle. He was friendly and completely honest. Good man to deal with.
