We purchased 2 cars from them. Jeff was fabulous. He worked hard to get a deal we could all agree on.
It's Electric, but it's a real car...

Car has plenty of features, and I have had my golf clubs and 5 full-grown adults in it going out for dinner...didn't lose a one. In addition it has a magnificent panoramic roof with a moon roof, which is outstanding. Heated steering wheel, heated / cooled seats, and a host of features I still haven't figured out yet.
Switch to electric has been easy - if you've got a cell phone or a FitBit you're used to having to plug them in to recharge the battery. I now just do the same thing with my car. Total trips to the gas station in the past month? Zero. So cool
Great experience - no pressure and very informative. Not super friendly but it was fraightfoward and honest. The showroom was basic but very clean and the whole process was extremely fast.
When I Put A Car in Park I Expect It To Stay There

I ended up liking this car a lot more than I expected to- having cold AC blow up your xxx is something you really have to experience to fully appreciate. Everything was just great until...one day I put it in "park", got out to move something out of my parking spot, and it rolled down the driveway and hit the wall. $2000 in damages. Did I mention it was in "PARK"? At first KIA Corporate was cool but then they stopped answering my calls. I took it to the dealership. They checked it over and said "We can't find anything wrong with it". Great. Just great. Thanks for that, guys! Want to see my pictures of the car resting up against the wall while the shifter is in "PARK"? Unbelievable.
get answer quickly to my inquiry even if they did not change the price.
Smooth, quiet ride

I love driving this car. It isn't zippy, but it has smooth acceleration, and costs only roughly $20 a month for 1000 miles in "gas". I love the light colored interior and the panoramic sunroof, but the navigation is lacking and constantly sends us through residental / farm roads. The voice navigation has no Point of interest lookup, so you have to say the address. It takes less time to just ask google to navigate where i need to go. Sirius XM traffic data is lacking coverage as well, leaving the navigation experience very lacking.
I am so appreciative of Rich Purdy over at Kia of Puyallup. Not only did he make my first car buying experience stress-less, but he did so with such poise and professionalism! Rich made sure that I got everything that I wanted and needed in my new Kia Forte, and the paperwork was a breeze once everything else had been ironed out. There's no one who will make your experience more worth it than Rich Purdy. Thanks Kia of Puyallup!
Great Car for the money!!!

This car although it looks small has a lot of leg room in it! Gets decent Mileage & is loaded! Great value for the money! Would buy another one.
Josh guided me through the process of buying a CX5. His knowledge of the car and the range of options was excellent and his patience was endless. He was really busy on a Saturday with a lot of customers but he gave me all the time I needed and provided all the information I asked for and a whole lot more. His professionalism was a real contrast with some sales people at rival dealerships.
Love it so much got two of them!!!!

Kia! You truly impress us!! This car is amazing well built cars!! We had other EVs and they were just ok cars but Kia Soul EV+ made us very happy!!
We love how it drives on the road and handle. It’s very quiet car at highway speed. Interiors materials are good quality material and doesn’t feel cheap! Seat!!! The seats are amazing!!! We drove 20,000 miles in first year on one of them. So much fun!! We are looking forward to our next Kia replacement EV. Hope happens soon!!! Come on Niro BEV!! Where are you???

More people should get electric cars when they find out how little it cost to run them it's ridiculous to pay for gas.
I engaged the vendor through cars.com and asked for email engagement only to start. They complied, answered all my questions via email, includes vehicle inspection reports, car fax and quick reply in follow up emails. Unfortunately the car sold before I was able to get to dealership. But they were great during my initial engagement.
Love my Kia Soul

I recently purchased a red 2018 Kia Soul Exclaim Turbo & traded in my 2016 Kia Soul Exclaim. I love the panoramic sunroof, inside lights, heated seats & steering wheel plus so much more! The car handles wonderfully & fits my lifestyle.
Bought a kia Sportage from them, very friendly office, made a great experience on my end... would not hesitate to refer friends or buy from them again.
Soul EV+ is the best small car I have ever driven.
by REB from Seattle, WA

For a small car, this Soul EV+ is a very comfortable car with good visibility. In the past I have rented gas powered Soul standard models. The EV+ is a vastly different feel over the gas models. My other car is a Lexus GX470 so that makes me pretty picky on features and ride. I felt the Kia Soul EV+ with Sun & Fun package has most of the features as my Lexus with about 80% or better ride quality.
The Soul EV+ with the Sun & Fun package is presently the only EV available with a sun roof with the exception of a Tesla which is well over twice the price.
I just needed my routine oil change on my new car. Did not have an appointment and did not know where the express area was. The service dept. welcomed me and took care of the service. They are awesome
My Second Soul EV+

Just turned in my first Soul EV (lease was up), and replaced it with a new leftover 2017 of the same model. Kia engineers did an incredible job converting the existing Soul into a full EV. The 2017 is the third model year for their EV, and it seems a little tighter and better insulated from road and wind noise. Could stand more power and stronger regen for braking, but such improvements will probably not show up until the Niro EV does.
