I had the best experience with Checkered Flag Auto Outlet. This is my second time using Checkered Flag as our dealership. Our salesman, Allen Belanger, was the best salesman I've ever dealt with. He was genuine, answered all of our questions, and never pushed anything on us. He called us as soon as the vehicle we were interested in was ready to be viewed. The whole team at the Auto Outlet made us feel like they were a close knit family, and we became part of it. They even helped entertain my one year old daughter! I will continue to recommend Checkered Flag to all of my family and friends in the area!
Purchasing a vehicle from 518 Auto was a, dare I say, a stressless experience. Living in NC, I called 518 to inquire additional information about the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. From the first call, I felt oddly comfortable with traveling across state lines to make such purchase. Mark Blumenthal, was available, flexible, and genuine. These qualities were reassuring and contributed significantly in finalizing and making the purchase. I recommend 518 auto sales and Mark Blumenthal to my friends and family.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
Although I was satisfied with the work done on my vehicle I was disappointed with my interaction with the service staff. Initially Carlos was very positive but things went forward not so much. I have concerns regarding communication between the staff members. When I am quoted one price and upon check out I am told something else, then when I think that the situation is corrected and try to checkout a second time the amount is still not what I was originally quoted. As a customer I should not have to work to get a price honored that I was originally promised. Regardless of the lack of communication between the staff members. I understand that we were customers that were acquired by your purchase of Perry Buick but to be honest this experience was NOT a very good first impression. Hopefully you will do better moving forward. Otherwise I???m going to have to find somewhere else to take my business.
I DID MY WEB RESEARCH AND FOUND HALL HYUNDAI CHESAPEAKE'S SITE ADDRESSED ALL THE INFORMATION I WANTED. THEIR INVENTORY HAD THE CAR I WANTED AND THEIR ONLINE PRICE BROUGHT ME TO THE DEALERSHIP WITH THE CONFIDENCE TO BUY MY NEW CAR THERE. The sale people were very knowledgeable , and was a pleasure to do business with. She had the service department clean the car prior to delivery and they did not half clean anything. The windows, interior seats, and carpet was not cleaned as good as previous car dealers had done. Overall Sale personnel are fine, Service personnel are not as good.
In my travels, noticed car I was interested in, did my home work, looked them up on-line, I left inquiry, I got a response from the owner(Jeff) and spoke with him with a day. All the Staff was truly interested in helping me meet my needs. Salesman made all phases of the contract and numbers clear and easy to understand, there were no secrets in the paperwork. I understood everything right up front. They were very helpful and had relationships with financing. I had a glitch with credit union, Jeff (the owner) called me and got involved personally to help solve the problem. They took care of all issues, such as Tags , Tax and Title.
