Bought it from WPB Schumacher. Bad customer svce. Alignment issues til now, 6 mos later. Problem in steering column which is repairable for like $260, but Delray Kia refuses to fix!! Excuse is that warranty ran out!!!! Shows you how much Kia stands behind their products. The problem is a back and forth clicking in the steering and apparently common, but Kia could not care less!!!!! They even, at first had the gaul to try to charge me a $65 diagnostic fee. Will never buy ANY Kia again. Problem is that now I am stuck with pymts for the next 5 yrs....
Fast and easy experience. Scott Weltmer showed me the car I wanted and got the ball rolling in the deal. Was a great car buying experience

Nothing but problem after problem. Took them a week to tell me my starter and battery went out at the same time???? Now airbag light will not go off. Not their problem. Was not under the Recall. Purchased brand new!!!Nothing good to say about kia😥😥😥😥the worst vehicle ever!!!!
Went out to look at a vehicle. It was already sold. Kyle asked me what I needed and was looking for. Showed me several possiblities that didn't quite fit. The next day he texted/called and said. I have the car your looking for and he was spot on. Thanks for the extra effort and attention to the staff.

In general the car isn't too bad. I bought CPO and thought that meant something like it used to. It proved me wrong a few times over. Purchased a bit over a year ago, the first week, taken back for AC repair and power seat. Recently for belt tensioner that made a ton of noise.
Needs tires already as the new ones that were put on before purchase started to warp and cup about a month into the car.
I can't say enough about their service department. I broke down on the side of the Kansas turnpike on the way from Minnesota to San Antonio with my family in the car. The service manager (Coy) sent one of their guys out with some gas in case it was a problem with the gas gauge. The technician (AJ) came out and was extremely helpful, even following us to our hotel and giving me options to continue troubleshooting the problem. Coy called me the next morning to see how things worked out, then fit my car into their schedule first thing in the morning so we could be on our way. This is a perfect example of the America we all wish for. My local Hyundai dealership in MN has treated me pretty well, but I may just come back to Wichita to buy a car from these guys.

I could use a little more power but wouldn't trade it for the gas mileage ,also wish kids had entertainment in the back. remote start is also on my wish list
I just recently purchased a car from Hatchett, and my experience was phenomenal! This is a nice-looking, comfortable, well-performing car at a very reasonable price. I have gotten lots of compliments on it, and I really enjoy driving since I got it.
This car is so roomy, the trunk is over sized and provides more than enough room. The back seat is giant. There is so much leg room its unreal. The car drives so smooth, and gets great gas mileage. There are vents in the back along with usb ports. The XM Radio rewinds, yes you saw that right. It rewinds. The HD radio is a very nice touch but I do not like that in order to use apple car play you must have your phone plugged in. That seems old school considering that it has bluetooth.
Great, non-pressure, buying experience! Loved the selection and the sales department. No one calls you a thousand times or pushes you. However, since we have to have service done here...we have been disappointed. It takes on average 1.5-2 hours just to have an oil change done. Even with an appointment.

As far as the amenities you receive with a Kia Optima, this car provides you with the most bang for your buck hands down. Extremely satisfied so far.
I went from driving a 2003 saturn ion, to a 2003 ford svt focus to this bad baby. After a car that broke down what felt like every other week, it was refreshing to finally drive a car that didn't make my wallet constantly cry. I didn't test drive the car before i purchased- i had a mechanically intelligent person do that for me. All it took was a picture of his cute exterior and an apt description and just like that I fell hard for him! He's the first automatic I've ever owned and I thought I would be sad because autos don't usually have that take-off kick that manuals do, but i was slightly shocked when i was at a stop-light, pressed on the gas, and was glued to my seat. I have a base model, and it doesn't have power windows or power locks, but neither did my saturn so it really doesn't phase me. The sound system is perfect without being too bass-y or unsmooth. The A/C and Heat system both work excellently without being too loud on full blast that you can't hear the radio. I was also shocked to see that the car had a very large trunk. I was able to fit a shopvac, a large backpack, a few small boxes, and some paintings in just the trunk. If you can afford this cute lil thing, i recommend it!

This car is amazing from front to the back side to side inside and outside..really nice seats that hold you in place while the Turbo kicks in
My sales person was Mike A. I called looking for a specific vehicle which turns out had some issues but he was able to find me a better vehicle at a great price. I had to travel there and due to that I didn't get there til after they were closed, but upon my arrival they already had the cars I was interested in pulled up and ready for me to test drive. Showed up at 8 and left at 10 in my new vehicle! They did a great job and were more than willing to work w me on my own terms!

This car is great on gas! Definitely a perfect fit for my little family. We only have the one vehicle and it is perfect for both of us commuting to work and great with our son for everyday driving.
I really liked the buying experience at Davis Moore Chevrolet. The showroom is spotless, and everyone is friendly. I went online to build my vehicle so I knew which options I wanted and which I didn’t. They found the exact model and brought it to Wichita for my wife to test drive. Wally Awadallah was our sales rep (again this visit) and could not have been more helpful! I am a repeat customer because I like the people and the environment. It’s professional and not a ‘circus’ environment like some of the competition.
