We almost got in a wreck just now, the car in front of the car in front of US slammed on their breaks. Our Kia Seltos 2024 beeped and then my husband pushed the breaks...none of us hit each other!! I had a bad couple of years. 2018 being the worst. I filed bankruptcy, lost my home, was in a job so stressful that it was killing me literally. In 2019 I decided to take control of my life and try to get out of my hole. Anyway, I needed a vehicle and threw my info out there to dealerships who handle people in my case. Hall was the only company consistent but not in an annoying way. They made an appointment for me and I met with Mr. Henry Bly. At first I was apprehensive about meeting with a salesman because I don’t like the “show” they put on to sell you something. But once I sat down with him, he made me feel human. He was real and let me know that I’m doing good and we will get my situation better within a year. He got me into a car that wasn’t the base model to give me some dignity. He made me feel like I once felt before and that’s a person who had great credit and was in a great place in her life. He then handed me over to the finance guy, Mr Chris Sherrod who was also amazing. I’m thankful for this experience and no longer fear dealerships and being suckered. I’m able to hold my head high and feel good again.

2024 Kia Sorento review
I've own a 2024 Kia Sorento SX Prestige for two months and have been completely satisfied with it. It has more then enough power. For those who have an issue with the dual clutch transmission, should understand that it is a computer controlled manual transmission. It will respond a bit differently then a conventional torque converter type. Some have said it doesn't shift smoothly at lower speeds but I personally have had no issues. I live in Pittsburgh Pa, which has a hilly terrain and bad roads and no problems so far. Stop and go traffic has been a none issue. Very smooth shifting transmission! The ride quality is very good. A little on the firmer side, but it takes large bumps well. Seats are comfortable and the interior has a premium feel. I've own a 2019 Honda Pilot Touring and in my opinion, the Sorento is better in every way except for the room in the rear. And where it excels is in the features it offers! It's much better equipped than Pilot at a less expensive price. It has so far been the best car I've own in my fifty years of buying cars! Everything works! Sorento has been one of Kia's more reliable vehicles. I highly highly recommend!

THIS IS OUR 4th SORENTO. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE OUR 2021 SORENTO SX. WE HAVE ALWAYS PURCHASED THE SIX CYLINDER FOR THE 2011,2015,2017. ALL THREE ENDED UP WITH 92,000 MILES. OBVIOUSLY WE DRIVE A LOT OF MILES PER YEAR. WHEN THE 2021 SX NEW DESIGN CAME OUT WE HAD TO BUY IT. WE WERE JUST A BIT APPREHENSIVE DUE TO KIA NOT MAKING THE SIX CYLINDER. ONCE WE DROVE THE 2.5 TURBO IT ACTUALLY OUT PERFORMED THE 6. PRESENTLY WE HAVE 46,600 MILES AND STILL LOVE IT. WHEN NEEDED THE ACCELERATION WHEN GETTING ON THE HIGHWAY IS OUTSTANDING. YOU WOULD NEVER FEEL THAT YOU'RE DRIVING A FOUR CYLINDER. BE VERY SURE TO BUY THE LARGER ENGINE WITH THE TURBO. IT HONESTLY MAKES THE DIFFERENCE. THE SX IS WELL APPOINTED WE EXTRAS. GREAT,GREAT VEHICLE FOR THE MONEY.

2022 Kia Sorento review
Very happy with our purchase! It's got lots of power & very comfortable. With 2nd row folded down we can get 24 bags of groceries in it. Seats are comfortable & my husband who's 6'6" has plenty of leg room. Now I understand why I see so many Kias on the road!!! It's a joy to drive!

CarMax Virginia Beach review
The sale people were very knowledgeable , and was a pleasure to do business with. She had the service department clean the car prior to delivery and they did not half clean anything. The windows, interior seats, and carpet was not cleaned as good as previous car dealers had done. Overall Sale personnel are fine, Service personnel are not as good.
2023 Kia Sorento review
I bought mine new in June. I now have 28000 miles in March. The steering assist is a game changer on 10-12 hour drives. The car is effortlessly fast , drives easy, and I like the maps and compass.

Green Light Auto Sales review
Was looking for a larger vehicle for my growing family. After a day of visiting multiple used car dealerships I ended up at Green Light Auto. I was greeted promptly by Nick and after letting him know what I was looking for he showed me a couple vehicles that fit the bill. I decided to take two for a test drive and fell in love with the second. Nick was very patient and not pushy. My first time financing was easier than I thought, Nick walked me through everything I needed. Place was nicer than a lot of the other car lots I visited and didn't give me the shady used car vibe. I got a great deal on a great car. Very happy with the experience!
2021 Kia Telluride review
Bought this car as a retired couple to travel in. Lots of room for anything you need to carry while traveling or shopping. Also used to do day road trips with two more couples. Easy for us oldies to get in the second and third row seats, or go on outings with up to 7 people. Love the charging ports for everyone in the car. It has been a very dependable vehicle.

2014 Kia Sorento review
2014 SXL, FWD. really nice vehicle.. great performance.. lots of high level luxury in the car.. including heated and cooled seats!! the touchscreen is easy to maneuver and the physical buttons make it very convenient and does not require that you take your eye's off the road. seats are very comfortable. I have two complaints. the chrome wheels.. almost impossible to prevent rust underneath.. would have preferred aluminum wheels instead. And the third row is useless and should never have been offered. Purchased vehicle used in 2016 with less than 3k miles on it. (really) Pleasure to drive, not to firm, not mushy.. great stereo.. I love this car!!!

2023 Kia Sorento review
My Sorrento has nice styling...is comfortable..get good gas mileage which in this Era is important...love how it is equipped with navigation, heated seats,fold down third seats. This size is perfect for my wife and I and extra room for picking up guests at the airport or bringing groceries home. I would have liked a little more power for getting up to speed in traffic and getting on the highway. All in all I'm very happy with this SUV

Supreme Auto Sales review
Chris was great. Honest and accommodating. He stayed late to help get paperwork done and was easy, not pushy at all. Although, the check wngine light did come on during the drive home, it was expected and discussed ahead of time as they were able to work on the price with me a little. 2020 Kia Sorento review
6cyl has good power and acceleration. Sun roof motor failed on me even though I barely used it. Costly to replace. Oil pressure switch failed on me. About a $30 part but $1400 to replace because it’s difficult and time consuming to replace. Third seat not really usable but I only needed the space for hauling. Overall a decent vehicle.

I cannot say enough about my salesmen (David). I will be remised if I do not share one of the best experiences that I ever had while buying my 2024 Denali Ultimate 1500. David contacted me months before I knew I would be purchasing this vehicle. David and I created a build for a 2024 Denali Ultimate 3500 Dually. My experiences with him were so grand, that my wife wanted to deal with him in finding her the 1500 Denali Ultimate. We gravitate toward genuinely ?good people?, and David is one-of-a-kind. He answered all calls day/night. He has taken my calls even when he was off duty. Truth be told, David, was off the day I came to pick up my vehicle. He is extremely personable. He knows how to genuinely deal with people. I have been a Chevy/GMC man my entire life, and I have tried to test his knowledge even when it was not to my best interest; he stayed honest. He delivers not-so-good news like warm rain. We, as consumers, get so caught up in believing that we can ask for anything with the expectation that we are going to get it because WE ARE THE CUSTOMER. Some things are indeed out of a salesmen control. Some things may even be out of the control of the dealership and the General Motors Corporation itself, but David remained honest even when things could not go my way. He does so with class, and I admire that. Wherever he works, wherever he is selling automobiles, I WILL ONLY PURCHASE FROM DAVID. If he is selling Toyota, then I will buy a Tundra. If he is selling Dodge, then I will buy a RAM. If he is selling Ford, then I will buy the F series truck. Why, because David has taken the time to know what I need and what I like. 2024 Kia Carnival review
I've had this car since I leased it when it was brand new. Just converted the lease to buying it. The car is roomy and has all the options you could ask for. The car is comfortable and does verywell on gas mileage on the highway.

2018 Kia Sorento review
Excellent driving through snow. I have an 81 km one way to work. Never missed a shift. Also very economical with the 2.4 litre inline 4 cylinder. Average on the highway is between 7 - 8 litres per 100 km.

2016 Kia Sorento review
I can’t say enough good things about this car!I bought it in 2020 with 45k miles and it was used for two and a half years to get me to school in another town 45-70 miles away, and it kept me safe and performed as good as I could ever ask for. The safety features are the cherry on top and saved me multiple times when merging into other lanes. It has all the bells and whistles- under glow lights, led lights in the front row, Bluetooth connection, and so much more. The car is spacious and has allowed me to drive with multiple people In the car comfortably. The back trunk contains so much space even with the third row seats up. The only issue I have ever had with this vehicle is around 100k miles, the gear shift locked. However, this never affected me and this is something that never needs to be fixed if it doesn’t drive you crazy, and the solution of depressing the gear lock to unlock it while you drive is a simple fix. Overall, this car has been very reliable even at over 110k miles and gives a luxury feel in an affordable vehicle. My favorite car. STOP THE KIA SLANDER!!

2019 Kia Sorento review
Bought in September 2019, before the pandemic and before the chip shortage for $25900.00 . Now have 65700 miles with no trouble. If you want a reasonable reliable SUV this is it. American made in West Point , GA. Built by non union workers so you will not get the junk the United Auto Workers Union builds. Always use synthetic oil, change every 8-10 thousand miles. Yokohama tires it came with only lasted 40,000 miles. Have Cooper tires on all my autos now, great wearing tires.

Southern Kia Virginia Beach review
My 20 y/o daughter called to tell me that RT(service advisor) said her transmission was bad in her 2015 Kia. I didn't believe him, and thought they were taking advantage of her. I called the shop and acted like a complete a$$. Turned out that RT and the service department replaced the transmission and fixed the car for under $100. They took care of my daughter and I was wrong about them. If every repair shop was this honest, non of us would automatically think that mechanics are trying to take advantage. I am a grown man though, and I can admit when I was wrong, and I was. RT and the service department at Southern Lynnhaven took care of my daughter. I live in Missouri and my little girl (20) is a new Sailor in the US Navy. They were honest, fair, and I completely misjudged them. Thank You to all of the Moms and Dads who work in that shop. You deserve a medal, and certainly didn't deserve what I said to you all. Sorry, and Thank You for your honesty.

Put 38,000 miles on in two yrs. No issues at all. Get 30 mpg in city, and 42 on the road on a 2.5 191 hp. Engine.

2023 Kia Sorento review
The Kia, Sorento HEV I bought was Mfg. Dec 2023. I Bought in early Feb 2024. I like the design, I noticed when I drive posted speed limit 65 mph., with some hills Los Angles to Riverside I am getting 41 mpg. Of course if I drive 70 mph. All I save is 5 minute's. So I prefer to pay the greedy oil companies less. The vehicle is nice, rides okay, interior is well designed, and quiet. Features are just right, however could have came with front grill camera, and seat cooler. It is a nice vehicle.

2024 Kia Forte review
I bought my Forte LXS in Feb of 2024 and i've driven 9,000 miles on it so far. it's been great and i prefer this over a Corolla or a Camry. on the highway i sometimes get fuel economy in the low 50's mpg and on average i get around 37 mpg combined. not bad at all. i bought this for $21K after taxes and registration. the value can't be beat imo.

We didn't deal with the Lynchburg office in person, but when I spoke with the lady in finance( I am sorry I don't remember her name) she let me know that they can ship the vehicle to our closest location. That to me is customer service! Our application was simple and we got pre qualified. Next car will be a CarMax car !!
2020 Kia Forte review
I’ve had my Kia now for 3yrs and only had little major thing go wrong which the dealership handled the issue as a decent time I guess. The first few months of having my Kia during the winter here the car would t push botton to start and boy was I pissed off. I kept having to jump start it then it dawned on me on me that they gave me a dead battery! Which was taking care of with warranty thank God! Other then that issue my model Kia forte got-line wasn’t equipped with a decent sound system I guess the package I thought it would’ve had But! Not! and to replace a aftermarket radio will cost a pretty penny to get done. My tires 17” OEM they feel on the wobbly side while driving 50-70mph on the Hyway! while hearing the sounds from outside in the inside of the car which sucks. But it’s power it gets up to speed especially in Sport Mode! The exterior looks good and interior is good also but I’m a pit in some work on it soon. I wish I would’ve known about the Kia Gt though (manual) speed before test driving my Kia gt line lol. My overall about this Kia it’s worth the price as well the experience to drive and to owne one!
