2026 Kia Seltos review
I was somewhat disappointed at first, because I'd had my 2020 Kia Sportage for 6 years and absolutely loved it. I had no intention of purchasing another vehicle, because my Spotage was paid off and at my ageI really didn't want another vehicle or another car loan. Iwas having issues with the brake system and after taking my car to the Kia dealership twice, I was informed that my brakes were probably unrepairable or due to rust issues from Salt and snow it would be almost impossible to correct the issue. I was very upset, but ended up with my 2026 Kis Seltos. I couldn't figure out at first if I really liked my new vehicle, but after driving it to work for the past two weeks, I am very pleased. The gas milage alone is amazing, because I'm averaging 35 miles to a gallon, which with the AWD Sportage I was only averaging around 24 mpg. The interior in the Seltos is very nice and the seats being a nice cloth don't get as hot in b the summer weather here I n NC. I love the panel on the dash and all the features it has to offer. It has built in navigation, which is a big plus. The Seltos also has an automatic light system, which dims the light automatically from high beams to low and there are numerous other features that I haven't even figured out yet. The Seltos is paired with my phone and I get notifications when things like doors being unlocked right on my phone. I have automatic start which is also on my phone and this allows me to control the climate inside my car when it's very hot or very cold. There are several features the I'm very pleased with, even though I still miss my Sportage, my new Seltos is really an excellent vehicle and fun to drive.

I recently purchased a Kia Seltos from Jack Daniel’s, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff was professional and attentive. A special shoutout to Olga, who went above and beyond to make the process smooth and enjoyable. They were knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping me find the perfect vehicle. They took the time to answer all my questions, explain the features, and ensure I was comfortable with my decision—without any pressure. The entire process, from test driving to finalizing the paperwork, was seamless. I truly appreciate the transparency and efficiency of the team. If you’re looking for a hassle-free car-buying experience, I highly recommend Jack Daniel’s and working with Olga and Carlos the Sales Manager. Thank you for making this such a positive experience! I love my new car!
2024 Kia Seltos review
We almost got in a wreck just now, the car in front of the car in front of US slammed on their breaks. Our Kia Seltos 2024 beeped and then my husband pushed the breaks...none of us hit each other!! Thank you, Kia!!!! It was scary, and I could tell our car noticed the sudden stop before we did!! Thank-you!!

2024 Kia Forte review
It's too soon to tell how reliable this car will be in the future. However, at just one-month-old, it fits all my wants and desires. I love the interior, its comfort, and the extras that are in this car. The controls on the steering wheel make it safer while driving. The navigation system replaces all maps that I have on my phone and it helps to have the speed limit posted on the navigation read-out. This is my fourth Kia and I have never been disappointed.

2024 Kia Telluride review
Loved the car until it was recalled due to engine problem. We had to stop driving our new car and leave at the dealership with no timeline as to when the engine would be replaced! We are now driving a rental car until an engine arrives from Korea and our engine is replaced. We are hoping it will happen soon.

I purchased my GT turbo - automatic in 2021 as 2022 model and my only regret was that didn’t wait for the cooling seats package. Great looking vehicle with above average performance and great fuel efficiency. It’s one of the best affordable sports sedans in the market and one of the few where you can actually fit a 6’ adult in the backseat. I’m looking to add another with my desired package soon.

Replaced my 2019 forte that I loved driving with this 2026 seltos. Needed something with a little more room and the tailgate room. Loving all the features so far. Smooth comfortable ride. Remote start and climate control from phone is a plus. Got 42 average for milage with my forte averaging 35 with the seltos with the occasional 38. Very happy with the new seltos.

I had an excellent car buying experience at Jack Daniels Kia. Everyone I encountered was both pleasant and professional. My salesperson Camille went above and beyond to get me a great deal on a new Sportage. The big red bow on the hood of our new vehicle that greeted my wife and I when we pulled into the dealership was a thoughtful touch.
2024 Kia Forte review
I do like my car, but the seats are not comfortable. I HATE the head rests. I don't understand why they have to be so pushed forward, causing pain in the neck and the back to slouch. I had to buy a cushion to keep my back and neck straight. I also don't like the curved seats. They make it difficult to easily and quickly get out of the car. The problem is worse now that I'm pregnant. The car itself is great, but we spend so much time in the seats, why can't they be made comfortable?

2023 Kia Forte review
Bought the vehicle new in October of 2023. Now it’s March of 2025. Have yet to have an issue🤞though have heard of common problems many have had. I’ve put roughly 20 k miles on the car in a year and a half (mostly interstate driving). Technology package is lovely and the vehicle has an overall stylish feel. It’s important to keep in mind, though, that you’re buying a 20k dollar vehicle from 2023. It’s plastics galore in there, so, though stylish, the material quality isn’t the best. If you’re someone who takes care of your things, you shouldn’t have an issue! Use the maintenance schedule found in the Owner’s manual and this vehicle should get you where you’re going for a reasonable amount of years. That being said, if you’re trying to decide between and LX[S] and GT (not including GT-Line), choose the GT. Though you’re paying a little extra, you get a standard transmission with real gears (the car has more power than you’d think too) rather than the CVT found in the LX[S] (and GT-line). CVT tech has greatly improved within recent years, but they’re still known to be problematic at times. All in all, this generation of Kia seems to be more reliable than most previous gens. Definitely a real deal competitor with the carolla/civic and worth the consideration!

I bought my Forte LXS in Feb of 2024 and i've driven 9,000 miles on it so far. it's been great and i prefer this over a Corolla or a Camry. on the highway i sometimes get fuel economy in the low 50's mpg and on average i get around 37 mpg combined. not bad at all. i bought this for $21K after taxes and registration. the value can't be beat imo.

2023 Kia Forte review
Bought a 2023 forte gt-line for my daughter. We have had the car for 13months and have driven about 12,000 miles. I honestly cannot believe the 1star reviews, nor should you. I was a loyal Honda fanboy for over 30 years before I bought this Kia. I bought a totally loaded Forte non turbo for a hair under 25k with a crazy good warranty. Why not? I figured. 13 months and 12k miles later it rides better, has more power and is quieter than the day we bought it! Zero issues with anything. No squeaks, rattles or interior flaws. Sadly no tire wear. I cannot wait to replace the Kuhmos it came with. It handles great and is fun to drive. My wife calls it “a peppy little thing”. And she drives a CX-5 turbo or my 5.7 liter ram. Over 40 mpg on highway and mid 30s driving around town. This is a fine car. Not a cheap version Hyundai. Much nicer IMHO than the Hyundai. For those knocking the resale… run the numbers and try to buy one as cheap as you say you sold yours for. The Harmon Kardon stereo sounds awesome! This is one of my favorite purchases because its value continues to surprise me. And they give a $500.00 military discount. Don’t buy based on my opinions go test drive one! Test drives are free. Go to carvanna or get on car gurus and see how cheap you can buy one a year or two old used one for.

Plaza Kia review
Overall good experience. Odin Clark was my salesperson and he was very helpful. He was new so I had to be a little bit extra patient but I've been there before. The dealership does not carry a large inventory so you have to wait till the following day after you decide what you want to take delivery if they don't have the vehicle on the floor. I feel like I got a fair deal and they were willing to work with me which is nice. I received a short feature benefit presentation so I had to rely on YouTube to figure out how or what some of these features do and how they work . If I didn't do homework about the car that I wanted I might have got sold on something else. I bought the Kia Niro LX with the advanced technology package and the car runs great. I still can't figure out how the emergency braking works and why my windshield wiper fluid in cold weather smears up my windshield where I can't see. I have to constantly push the wiper fluid button to clear it up. It's very kind of annoying but I'm sure that I'll figure out how to overcome that.
2025 Kia K5 review
I only had the car 1 month but drove it to Florida (all around) and back and put on 3,500 miles. My car is a GT-Line, Wolf Grey with the Red interior, Bose speakers etc. The car is a real pleasure to drive. Very Quiet on the road, and my mileage exceeded the 37 mpg epa rating, and that’s while maintaining speeds of 80 mph with 2 people and fully loaded with luggage. Little if any wind noise. Note that at times I hit much higher speeds not knowing since it was so quiet & smooth. The engine RPM was mostly between 2 to 2.1 at 80mph. The power of the 2.5 liter is good, and slightly better than the 2019 Camry I had, which was a very good car as well. The Bose system sounded great, and all the alert sensors and some other sensors like keeping your car steering between the lines worked very well, but I preferred to turn that off most of the time. If you turn on your turning signals to changing lanes, and a car is present, not only does your side mirrors alert you, but you’ll get sound notices and the steering wheel will vibrate. Triple redundancy. The handling is very good, and secure, brakes are excellent and has a very good feel to them. A very important note is, I appreciate that the 2.5 engine has both Direct & Port Injectors on each cylinder. Port injectors will help cleaned the valves and clear any carbon build up. This is the same arrangement my Camry 2019 had which greatly reduces or eliminates carbon buildup in these Direct Inject Engines. The Nav system worked flawlessly and quickly. I also love you can remotely start your car with the key FOB (No additional charge) or with Kia Connect though Kia connect is only free the 1st 3 years. Also, happily, it doesn’t have the stop & start engine control which can cause more wear on your starter motor with little gain on MPG. The seats are very comfortable as I can attest driving 12 hours straight on my first stop. The car’s 8 spd auto shifted smoothly in all conditions. Plenty of room inside. Lot of storage in the console area for incidentals and drinks. I enjoyed the Panoramic roof. The negative was the Combine toggle Climate & Media control is a bit counter intuitive and sometimes causes more effort to control. Trunk space is good, as I had lots of luggage. The car feels solid & hopefully reliable down the line. The only other negative which is because I do my own oil changes etc, is this car takes a Cartridge oil filter (Not spin on) and takes 6.1 quarts of oil, (Not 5 qts) but I knew this well before I bought it but it’s location and design is good. So it’s not a real big deal, but this will cost a little more for oil changes. Recommended oil chg is 7,500 but I’ll be doing it every 5 to 6K for sure. BTW recommended oil is 0 -30W. Based on my limited time but very heavy usage I highly recommend this car, and I really enjoy driving it. Very sporty looking.

I had been driving a Kia Soul and loved it. I didn’t like giving it up at 150,000 miles but it was paid off and I was needing something new. My wife talked me into the Seltos. I drive over 100 miles each day and really like the gas mileage and performance. But, the best thing is that I can count on it being reliable. I would recommend a Kia to anyone,

2023 Kia Sportage review
I've had this car for nearly 2 years but have less than 7.000 miles on it, so maybe this isn't a fair judgement, but so far, it's been great. I got the basic gas model. No problems. Had one weird thing where i didn't realize that I couldn't move the car AT ALL with the door ajar, and the car freaked out & seized up! But once I figured that out, and learned how to use all the tech, it's been great. It actually turns out to be a bit small for my needs, but other than that, great . . .

2023 Kia Sportage review
after tons of research, started looking at the Kia suvs/sportage..I had driven Lexus RX, few other different luxury brands..I loved Kia’s warranty, 7r/10yr wow….even though owned cars and they NEVER required repair, but I do maintain and take care of my vehicles, first foremost regular oil/filter changes and sometimes even skipped a service check…so decided to test drive, I was pleasantly surprised it handled well, cabin quiet, hugs the ride, awesome sound system by H Kardon, suspension felt good( unlike last Lexus) it has all the bells and whistles, safety features. pep when needed, and gas mileage 27-up as high as 36 mph with sensible driving…oh yes 2 rear passenger has plenty of leg and head room, reclining rear seats even for 6ft + passenger was amazing surprise.. cargo area good size.. just could not find anything that turned me off the vehicle…so I bought one, and no regrets..

I just happened to see it right after the dealership took it. The window doesn't affect my sight. The high miles are because it was used for a work car. Where I live you travel an hour 1 way for most people. Didn't care about the miles. It was taken care of properly and I have been to. The only thing that drives me crazy if the timing click.i looked up how to fix it. It's a free fix. I've had to learn how to work on my own car since I don't have my husband here. Y'all I'm a 44 year old woman with DISABILITIES! I can work on this car without being totally confused and lost. I've learned to do my own brakes, which takes me longer to get the dang tire off than replacing the brackets and brake pads. I've learned to do a few other things too. I'm learning how to change my alternator this weekend. With a mechanic by my side telling me what to do every step of the way. I now have 250k miles on Batman, my kid's named the car, and I know he'll run another 250k as long as I keep up.on regular maintenance. You know oil changes, tune ups, and getting to know your car's every feel and sound. knowing if my car sounds funny or not acting right is important to me since I'm not able to run out and buy a new car or afford a shop to take it too. I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE my Kia Forte EX. I can truly and honestly say the ONLY thing I hate on Batman is that he has a sealed system, meaning you can't check nor add transmission fluid. You can but you gotta be smart enough and brave enough to figure it out. It's possible for a non-mechanic to do this but I highly do not recommend you try it of you don't know what your doing. Overall this has been an amazing car and I'm never getting rid of it. It's amazing on gas, 28 miles per gallon still, in town! I'm moving 1500 miles away in another 5 weeks and I'm excited to see what kind of mileage I'll get. I recommend this car for someone getting their 1st car, or wants 1 to travel for work, a small family car, or just plain wants a cute car. I've always been a big Dodge and Ford fan, Kia's are now on my list of favorite vehicles. I'll definitely be crying when I give this car to my son in 2 more years when he starts driving.

CarMax Kenosha review
I would highly recommend Carmax Kenosha. We setup an appt and test drive on their website, and Sergio reached out right away and put the vehicle on hold for us. When we arrived the car was ready for us to test drive, and while we were test driving they looked over our current trade in. We got a fair value on our trade in, a fair price on our new vehicle, and we were in and out in under 2 hours. Thanks Carmax and Sergio for the awesome experience!!
2023 Kia Niro EV review
Performs flawlessly but charging technology is badly designed and takes too long. If Kia had their own chargers like Tesla, that would be better. But they don't.
