This was my second time purchasing a vehicle at Mazda of Fort Walton Beach and have been impressed so much a second time around that I wanted to make sure everyone knows about it! They have excellent customer service by everyone there. There is NO high pressure sales pitch and their focus is on YOU the customer. They won't try to convince to get buy it now or no deal; they take the time and patience to answer every single question; and if they don't know the answer immediately, they will get back to you. It is a very relaxed and non-pressure atmosphere. I would highly recommend anyone to get their vehicle here.
I will be doing a lot of traveling soon and needed something dependable, with a warranty and that get good gas mileage. I was upside down in my trade in and have very little time to play the sit in a salesman's office game. I originally contacted a Hyundai dealer in Pensacola who I had bought from before and obtained an out the door price in an Accent SE. I was sure Hampton would be more expensive, but I contacted them anyway, ready to go to Pensacola. I was wrong! I was put in touch with Paul Surmiak and brokered the entire deal via text. The first time I met Paul in person was when I went to sign the papers and pick up my car. Not only did I get a better price, I got the better price in an Accent SEL! I got the next trim level up and went out the door $1500 less than Pensacola! I highly recommend Paul Surmiak and Hampton Hyundai, they restored my faith in Fort Walton Beach dealerships!

My family and I were on vacation when the transmission in our car went out. We decided to shop Kia and had a wonderful experience doing so. Dennis did an amazing job at ensuring we were getting a fantastic car. The finance team was great at getting us in and out with the paperwork. Ended up with a wonderful experience and we still made it to the beach. Great job Lee Kia for doing so well in a stressful situation :)
Found the car we wanted with the help of two experienced and professional sales people. Quickly negotiated a good price and financing deal and completed the sale. Took delivery of our new Kia Soul, and have had no problems during the first 600 miles during the first week of owning this car. Wife especially likes the Soul--just the right size for her and has a nice ride both around town and on the interstate.
We stopped in here on a whim, just wanting to look at the Kias. We drove the Sedona van and the Sorento, as we were interested in a little larger capacity car. Our salesman was very knowledgeable about the various cars, and answered all our questions about the pro's and cons of each. We debated which one would best serve our needs, and ended up choosing the Sorento because of it being one year newer, and the many upgrades in safety features available. Even though we really had no intention to buy, we were impressed with the quality, performance, and reliability of the car. Our great experience led us to try a lease with this car and this dealership. So far we are very pleased with the choice we have made.
I have purchased several vehicles through the years. This was one of the very best buying experiences under the circumstances I have had. After a very severe accident with our other KIA we had to replace it. I believe we had a win/win experience with price, quality of the new vehicle and the financing process.
I have the problem with the radio coming back on during a drive, when I turn it off, sometimes within 60 seconds. Nevertheless, many times during a drive of 30-40. During my last service of the vehicle, I complained about the problem. The service advisor told me that they couldn't recreate the problem but reset the system. That was no help at all. The problem persists and it is annoying, especially when I have a conversation going on with my passenger(s).
I don't understand what is to recreate, why they cannot take my word for it that it happens, and why they cannot solve the problem through the process of elimination?
I recently purchased a Nissan from Tom Jones and was floored by the easiness and knowledge of credit challenged people. He made my transaction a done deal. I went to several other dealers , but their salespeople were like robots. Very cold and scripted. I will continue my future car shopping with mr. JONES. I purchased my car and was in and out less than an hour. Fwb autobrokers is a reminder of how deals used to he made. A+ all the way!

My husband and I went to the dealership because "Consumer Reports" magazine gave such a glowing review of the Sorento and I was looking for a new SUV. The rep was very patient and walked us through the buying process. Prior to going to the dealer, we did not think we would but today. But we did!! The whole process was accomplished in a professional manner and we are very happy with our new 2017 KIA Sorento.
I was just as pleased this time as I was the last time I purchased a vehicle at Lee Kia of Ft. Walton Beach. There was no pressure, the finance portion was very easy and the gentleman who assisted was extremely thorough and helpful. My sales associate, Chris Caffey, was as excellent as he was when I purchased from him previously. He was patient, thorough, explained everything in detail, and so very easy to deal with. I highly recommend Lee Kia and Chris!
We recently bought a car from Skip at Fort Walton Beach Auto Brokers for our daughter. We had been to every car lot between Niceville and Destin and were either disappointed with either the selections, or lack thereof, and/or the professionalism of the staff, or lack thereof. The moment Skip came out to introduce himself, I knew were buying a car from him, Whether we could find one on the lot or not. As luck turned out, We did find a couple of options and Skip worked with us so we could take them for a used car check up. They both had some minor things such as rear light replacement, tightening of bolts...nothing major and Skip from day 1 was honest and upfront about all of that and took care of it all! He even got a cigarette burn in the drivers seat fixed. He wanted to make sure the car was perfect for us before we drove it off the lot. Skip communicated the status of everything with us frequently and even called a couple of days after the purchase to see if our daughter had any questions about the car and make sure she was happy with purchase and it was running good for her. His professionalism, integrity, and honesty are above reproach. It was the best car buying experience! I will never buy a used car anywhere else and neither should you!
